Really terrible pickup in store experience. The item that I really wanted said it was available for pickup on the Walgreens website so I added it to my cart but then Walgreen’s says there’s a $10 minimum for pickup in store orders so I ended up adding stuff to my cart that I really didn’t want just to meet the $10 minimum. Imagine my shock when I drive over 20 minutes to go pickup the stuff I ACTUALLY wanted but they were “out of stock”. Long story short I drove over 20 minutes to pickup items I didn’t really want or need just to meet a stupid $10 minimum order requirement and be told the item I ACTUALLY wanted was out of stock even though it said it was available at this location on their website. I wish I could leave a ZERO star rating.
I am very happy with using Walgreens on Sudley Rd, next to Premier Martial Arts. They pharmacists are truly wonderful. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. The employees are always welcoming and try to have your needs met as fast as possible. They have been very informative and will try and work with you and the insurance companies. My family has used them for years!
I love Walgreens as a drug store chain. Their stores always feel clean, bright and inviting. I always feel welcome when I enter any of their stores.
This pharmacy has very bad customer service. I went their to get my medication and they gave me such a hard time. I went through the drive through with a coupon for my medication and told it wouldnt work, when I went again through the drive through with a new coupon I was ignored for a good 25 minutes with people beeping behind me. I later went to another Walgreens pharmacy to find out the employee could have applied a coupon on their own.
I absolutely LOVE this store!!. Michael, The Manager at this store went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with locating Aveeno Cleansing Pads. This product is VERY hard to find. However, I stopped by this store 3 days in a row before and after work to check their inventory, but to no avail. I stopped in on the 4th day and ran across the Manager, Michael. He stated that he notice I had been in the store frequently in the last 3 days. He asked me what I was looking for. I told him. He took the time to assist me my contacting numerous Walgreen stores (I was there at least 45 minutes with him while he search on his store computer. to see which of the local Walgreen stores had this product in stock.. Again, to no avail. He Special ordered this product for me, asked me how many I needed and I told him, at least (4) so I wouldnt run out again. He promised me hed put (4) of these items on call for me when they arrived in to his store.. He told me this product would arrive in his store on the 21st and hed give me a call . He did exactly what he promised. I got the call and was able to pick up my (4) containers of Aveeno Cleansing Pads. This store is located at the corner of Sudley & Centreville Road. For excellent Customer Service, just ask for Michael. Hes the best at caring for his customers!!!

My mom went to this store and was treated poorly by the cashier who was working today. My mom has problems with her vision and was having problems paying with her debit card. The cashier was so impatient and was rushing her. We will never go back..unfortunately I was not with my mom when this happened. Walgreens needs to hire people with empathy and compassion..if you cannot show it with a vulnerable person I cannot imagine what their true colors are.
Very disappointed in this store. My husband had his wallet stolen and has an upcoming surgery to which he required a negative COVID test result. Before I had made the appointment for a test online, I called and had spoken to a pharmacy representative to see if an order from my husbands doctor with my husbands name, DOB, and medical record number was sufficient enough and I was told it was, “as long as it had his name and date of birth”. We go to his appointment, present the order, and have the test done. Once we had received the results, I noticed that his date of birth was entered incorrectly by the technician and called to see if it could be corrected. After speaking with 6 different people, it was decided that they could NOT fix the date of birth and that we had to come for a repeat test and they could correct the date of birth then. We then got back into the car, arrived to have the repeat test done, only to have us denied the repeat service for a test they had ALREADY done due to my husband having only the order and not his photo ID, even after explaining the situation.A complete waste of time and a complete lack of communication obviously done by incompetent staff.
Positive: Got what I came for after looking for this item at Food Lion and CVSNegative: Slow cashiers having difficulty processing a refund and a coupon for a couple of customers in front of me (while I was trying to buy one simple item).
Very very dissatisfied with this walgreens for almost 2 mos. I got hurt at work, and i have another insurance for workmans comp. Everytime i give them the workmans comp card because i have atena to. The prescription gets filled and it takes 30 - 45 mins to get it charged through workmans comp. Plus they are very rude when i explain it everytime.
Amy didnt greet me at all after having a friendly conversation with the person in front of me. I figured I would get at least a hello i came in on 02/09/2020 @ 1:47 pm. I told her to have a nice day regardless of her actions. And still no response back after the transaction... only thing she said is did I have a Walgreens card?!.
The perfect place to get my Christmas cards done....

Took passport sized photos of myself to print out for 35 cents each. Manager refused to give them to me because Walgreens charges $15 to take the pictures and print them out themselves.

Sodas are over price cheaper at the 711 on the corner, the pharmacist were very nice but check your prescriptions before you will leave the store had to go back because they gave me only 10 of my pills out of the total 30.
I was at these pharmacy on 02/22/16 around 5pm, and the guy that it was serving at that time (black man) it was very stupid with me, why ?? Because he told me : mam sorry but I cant understand what the doctor handwriting you should call the doctor what he did prescribe to you, and tell him to send us a fax,, I was like seriously!!!! Are you kiddin me, I was need it my medicines for that day... He told me let your prescription here and I will call him tomorrow, so my husband got mah I told me to take my prescription and go to CVS, guess what!!! The lady over there she quickley find my pills.. So I think racist is what that guy was with me... You must not have people like him working there

Don’t bother going to the “consultation” stand at the pharmacy. They were not helpful.
It is an excellent place I find everything I am looking for and super excellent attention
