OMG! Amanda and Trish are absolute Life Savers! I went in to the AIM Mail in Mannhattan Beach with a disorganized jumble of heavy furniture that I had to exchange. I was beyond frazzled. They were calm and professional. They helped me figure out how to track down my shipping labels and printed them out for me. They helped me tape and move my boxes. On a really stressful day, they were there to help me complete my task. I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am for their knowledge and professionalism!
I’ve been going to them for at least 8 years. I use them for all my mailing and notary needs. They have a great staff that are always helpful and kind.
Extremely rude and immature. Was charged a 70% markup on an international shipment and later told We charge a substantial markup for postal items and when I inquired about how they reached that cost figure on those fees (such as a percentage or cost tiers), I was told That is NONE of your business. It comes off as extremely dishonest and borderline criminal to not be transparent about what the extra charge is used for but to add to that rudeness, hostility and responding to emails with NO, is hardly helpful and a poor way to run a business or treat people in general. At no point was I demanding a refund. I just wanted to know why the 70% markup and would have given repeat business because I could have dealt with such a mark up; if I understood there was a viable reason. Unfortunately, they opted to act sketchy and treat me like dirt.On top of everything, the inappropriate behavior is attributed to it being the holiday season. It is pretty pathetic and heartless to gouge shipping costs during a time where people will be shipping gifts to family and friends who cannot be with each other due to the pandemic.
Everyone here is always really helpful!
Absolutely poor disgraceful service. These 2 women behind the counter absolutely did not care about the service they were providing paying customers. They were rude, unapologetic and filled with excuses after excuses for the poor service they gave me.They charged me over $100 for a small mailbox for which they never gave me the key to. Every time I inquired as to when I would be able to receive my mailbox key, by coming into the store or calling in, their reply was whenever we get to it. I got horrible excuses as to why they didnt have my key; like I forgot my wallet, I didnt have time. there is only two of us in the store. It seems if one person is manning the store the other person can go out and get a copy of my mail box key. Getting a copy of a key shouldnt be that difficult. On top of that they werent even apologetic for not having the key on the premises at the time I payed for the mailbox. Then the lady tells me I shouldnt be upset because apparently nobody gets their keys when they want it! What kind of service are they providing when its common to charge people for a product and service and not provide the product or service! That is inexcusable! If you own or are running a business be responsible stop making excuses!!!Horrible Experience!!! Stay Away From this AIM Mail Center location.
Im a tourist from Australia. I arrived with a package near to closing time (6.30pm) - was served almost immediately by the only lady in the store who was very helpful. Input all info onto label for me, took me through all options for postage and insurance and told me how I could track the package and when it was scheduled to arrive. Even when there were more customers waiting, she didnt make me feel as though it was a hassle for her. Im sorry I didnt notice her name.Outstanding!!
They were closed last Saturday at 2.45 PM. When the schedule said open till 4 PM?
Expensive for a PO Box, but worth every single penny. Adore Trish!
I dont know where the bad reviews came from? I have been with this AIM Center for more than 10 years and have had consistently top service from the friendly ladies there. Always helpful and efficient.
Two women here at this store are condescending disrespectful. They dont know how to press a hold button, so I heard their entire conversation, that was very disparaging to me.
This place tends to close early. The staff on duty told me that the owner refuses to pay overtime so any customers that walk in at or around closing time will be refused service un less they are picking up!!! Even the USPS itself has better ethics than this place.
Skip the post office and use these guys. The staff is really helpful
Do NOT use this place for any notary services. Documents were not filled out correctly by Neftali Carrera and were refused my court commissioner. When I returned for correction, she had the audacity to insist on payment. Go to UPS store or AAA to save time and money.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff that really care about your needs.
Great, very helpful and friendly staff.
I work there and Ive never given anybody bad service if yall are having bad service from one of the other staff members you need to bring it to the attention of the owner
