By far the best UPS store in the area!! Melissa and Paris are always so helpful and speedy whenever I go to this location. Soooo much easier than going to the Post Office!

Uhhhhhh not really sure what this dude with the one star is talking about but Michael and his people were super nice and tried to help me out even though I was stressing out about getting a present sent out on time. Not sure if this dude was having a bad day or something but from what I experienced is the total opposite of what this guy is saying.Thank you for helping me even though I know I wasn’t the best customer. I left the store feeling a lot better and they made me feel important. Customer service was amazing and I will be going back again.

Reliable and courteous. I have closer UPS stores but I use this one because my shipments never have issues and they usually get packaged to a point where I feel safe with shipping any item with this store.
The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service, PERIOD! Michael and his entire staff could care less about anyone that walks into their store. Convenience of being the closest UPS store something that shouldnt compromise basic human decently. WILL NEVER step foot in this horrible business. They are a stain on the gem of the Southbank.Michael, UPS and your owner should be ashamed that you run their business!
UPS should separate themselves from this place. The staff including the guy I am assuming is the owner are at best indifferent to the customers. The two woman that work at the store act like helping you is a bother to them. Do yourself a favor and use a different location for these services.
I am very disappointed with the Customer Service received at this location when a problem occurred. I gave two stars because it was easy to send out my packages and that experience was great. However, I sent 4 packages out, at the time. I was not told how they were being sent, I just asked that they get delivered by Friday/Saturday for the cheapest possible price (I was mailing on a Tuesday). Come Friday, I track the packages to see where they are in the process of being delivered, and the tracking states, Label created, not yet in system So I called the UPS Store to make sure that they actually sent them out and the employee that answered let me know that I would have to track with the postal service not with them. Eventually, I spoke to a Mike, and all he had to say was I chose my shipping and that the mail is picked up every day around 11AM. He must have said it two or three times to me, the mail is picked up everyday around 11AM. I asked if they could check to make sure it wasnt at the store and the response was no, its put in the same slot, so that argument doesnt work I responded with I wasnt trying to argue, but its not one package that is an issue it is all four packages that have the same problem. If I wanted the packages to be sent via USPS I would have gone to the post office which is much closer to my house. I wanted the security of UPS which is why I went there and in the future I will double check with service they are providing. Customer Service is a big thing for me and I just feel that this situation could have been handle differently. An example would be: I could have been put on hold, while he looked around just to make sure they werent sitting somewhere, accidents happen. I said I would call back if they werent delivered by tomorrow (Saturday) and Mike said there really wouldnt be a point to call back as they would tell me the same thing again. So I have no idea where the four packages are at the moment and I have no idea who to contact for help because apparently this not the UPS stores problem.

The staff at the Manhattan Beach UPS Store is Awesome. Yes, capital A, Awesome. They know you by name. Every time I walk in they say hello and I dont even have a box with them... the company that I work for has their mail delivered there so I stop by from time to time. It is not just me that they know by name. I would say about half the people that walk in they call by their first name. Yes, the line takes a few minutes now and again, but that is because they are taking care of each customers specific needs.

This small location does what it does best - gets your packaged shipped safely. Customer service here is great, every staff member Ive interacted with has been awesome.Pro tip - there is parking for the store directly behind it. Turn into the driveway touching the building for off street parking.

I got the same lecture about using UPS tape for my prepaid package. I asked why that wasnt an issue any other time I brought in a package, and the guy very smugly explained that this is 2013 and we are in a bad economy, etc. This was late summer and I have been bringing in packages to UPS for years with no tape on them. So suddenly it is 2013 and we are in a bad economy? All he had to do was kindly explain that UPS now has a new policy, etc. I understand that this stuff adds up if all customers are doing it all the time. Instead, he was so smug and condescending, I walked out of there feeling completely YUK. I had been going to a UPS store in a pretty gritty area of Hollywood for the past 10 years and the customer service there blows this Manhattan Beach store away. Given the amount of money I spend in shipping, to me this was a penny-wise/pound-foolish approach.
I have been using them for 5 or so years now. Mike and his staff have always been nothing less than helpful.
