Task completed. They actually have a ready made, cushioned, generic box to ship a laptop. Only around $27. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Go FedEx!

Staff was very helpful. I had a large scan and print job for the blueprints of a house my grandfather is building and they directed me in how to use the scanner and choosing printing options. I have also shipped items here. Would recommend

Better-than-average FedEx office. Not a lot of people and the machines work very well.

I Really like going to this FedEx Kinkos there always willing to help with any project, any print out ..Most of all there Smiles and All the Staff and The Managers are Amazing People. I been going up there since 2009 when my kids were small on school projects the employees go out of the way to make sure our experience was great. Keep up the great work ✌️

These guys got it goin on!The aptly named ‘Print & Ship’ Center can literally do anything as long as it involves printing and shipping!I made a lot of my campaign material here when I ran for City Council. Also when I lost my dog 😢 (still looking for Luke).The on-line ordering was a snap, things were ready on time, and delivered as expected.Not sure you can ask more out of a print and ship center.The people are really nice but if they get suddenly busy you have to be patient. Worse things have happened. 🤷‍♂️

Great Customer Service -- At 10:30 pm after going to 2 store and not finding printing paper for my sons homework, I went to this store. There was already 2 people before me but a tall gentleman in the back (I think his name was Timothy) noticed I walked in and took me at another register to not keep me waiting. He pointed at the paper and told me that it was on sale for a great price (and it was). He was extremely polite and in a good mood for the late hour. He rang up the sale and told me, Thank you for coming in, we really appreciate you business. I was happy to have found the paper but mostly its nice to be treated like a valued customer, something that seems rare nowadays.

Great customer service, they are my go to place to print anything in color or to get anything laminated. Whether it is an online order (via email) or an in store order, the employees are really nice and helpful!

Typical fed ex. Open 24 hours is a big bonus. The late night staff needs to drink some coffee or something so they can be a bit more observant and helpful. But they do try. All in all Im happy with this location. Its close to home, and serves all of my shipping needs .

Are you KIDDING me? a print job promised in 2 hours was not finished in 9 hours. thats after 3 of their copy machines had error messages, so I couldnt do it myself. they had no explanations. AND they told me I have to come into the location with receipt to get a refund from my credit card payment. sounds like ANCIENT way of doing things... broken down equipment and cant refund a credit card for a print job that never happened? insane...

From printing a large birthday poster for my daughter to passport photos, lamination and more these people are pros and I’m very grateful for their help and attention to detail.

The price and delivery for same services is not the same. 1 small book I requested to have spiral bound was $10. Ive had thicker books and non standard sizes spiral bound before and was charged less than $6. I informed the clerk something seems incorrect. She read off 4 charges with a smile. I said no thanks. Not sure why the difference but Ill take my regular business to another location

Stood in front of the packaging and shipping section for at 5 minutes without being helped or acknowledged. How do you not notice a 62 customer carrying a package? Finally had to ask the greeter or whatever he was if there was supposed to be someone stationed at the packaging section, to which he replied in the most condescending fashion Ive ever heard, someone will help you shortly. yeah right! The lady at copy section thankfully asked me if I had been helped and when I said no, some lady came from the back of the store to assist me. She wasnt that great either but I finally had my stuff shipped.

Literally some of the most incompetent staff I have had to deal with... They couldnt figure out DropBox, so I had to bring my files on a flash drive. Then, they could not get the big printer working. Finally, before solving my problem, they began assisting other customers behind me in line and when I informed them that they lost my business, they removed my flash drive without safely ejecting, and my files were corrupted. Luckily I have them on my computer at the office, but come on!!!tl:dr: They could not print a single sheet of paper after 2 hours.

Don helped me out tremendously. Had to drop off some packages for work that were already late, helped me repackage them so theyd get there. Life saver.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while three employees talked and ignored me. Then whe I was finally helped, the lady hassled me about not buying the bubble wrap she tried to sell me and refused to insure my package saying it was improperly packed. What a joke.

Easy to print papers, but I had bidness cards made and they were delivered with am un asked for border that made me look silly, SILLY!

Called here and woman on phone was really rude-- I am from east coast so I know rude,, she then put me on hold and I could hear her say in background what do I have to do everything here. I dont think she was talking to me- but when on with me couldnt wait to get me off phone-- leaves bad taste in my mouth and I have a very large business account with Fedex.

I booked here business cards printing. Paid 43$ for 250 cards. It’s worst quality of printing I’ve ever seen... they don’t know how to do it... I highly NOT recommend this place...!

I like that it is 24 hours but they no longer have docking station for a laptop.

Two stars for finally getting the job done. Been to this location twice (always give things a second try right) and both times have been extremely painful. 40+ minutes in the store for a two minute task.
