Birthday shopping with the grandkids and my daughter... clearance heaven on clothing for all... bucking froncos fans all got Chiefs swag...LMAO!!

JCPennys is a good department store to go to. But they arent like they use to be.

Great for deals, but the red card is really upsetting. They have strange ways of doing business.

Store was very clean an tidy today I like that in a store . You know when walk in and it looks clean and smells good, so you want to spend time in there and shop . Customer service was excellent. She was a new girl and did great . Ill be back

Disorganized, messy, and not enough salespeople. I have to wonder who is doing their buying and merchandising for them, these days. The selection of goods, everywhere in the store, is so-so, at best.

No inventory, super long lines and they had lots of people working just standing around. Stood in checkout for 30 minutes and still didnt get checked out so left.....

Typical mall JCPenney. Nothing magical. Nothing out of the ordinary. They were in the middle of a sale. So that was a plus. Having a Sephora in the store seems like a weird match but, if it works for them, then there ya go.Mall JCPenneys always feel like a covered entrance to the mall. Nothing most want to stop for rather, just a spot in the parking lot with better parking due to fewer cars and a distance of space to walk through to get to the mall itself. 🤷‍♂️

Never any check outs open. Staff wondering about the store but only 1 check out open. Planned to buy several dresses for an upcoming graduation as well as shoes and baby clothes but did not want to wait in the line with the only check out which was 15 customers deep on all sides. I kid you not lines into the other sections. Ridiculous! Put items back went to another store.

Use to love JCPENNEY at the Manhattan Mall. Havent been there in awhile, because of the coronavirus. Picked up a online order yesterday. I was a little confused, to what their safety guidelines are. On their website it says masks are required, but none of the employees wore one and most customers did not wear masks. Also, no social distancing was practiced. Feel a little disappointed and put off by all that.

JC Pennys is 1 of my favorite stores. Clean and good customer service.

Poor selection/organization of mens boxers; it took a while to get a second register to open up; the young man at check out was helpful & polite

JC Penney has good prices, especially with sales. Easy in, easy out due to location in the mall. Staff always friendly. :-)

I love a line of bathroom towels Penney’s carries. I also love that Sephora is inside this store and the mall location. When I have free time I like to browse JCPenny for clothing for myself and my family.

The new person in the jewelry section is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No guilt about online returns. It is great.

With all the major cutbacks, customer service is non-existent. ☹️ I am very handicapped physically, although I look normal and walk with a cane. I love to shop at JC Penney and will continue to do so, but it takes me a lot more energy and time to even buy one item. Shoe shopping was difficult without a clerk to help me. I am still glad that our JC Penney is not closing like so many have. 🙂

Great experience went to the salon and they where fast to check me in even though I didnt have an apt. They listened to everything I said that I wanted for my hair cut . Would definitely recommend! And will be going back for future hair cuts and possibly a color !

This is my favorite store ever. Recently had a sale from the salon with Biolage Products. Got 32oz bottle of Shampoo and Conditioner for less than 25$ for both. Have nice clothes, and always have a sale of some kind... I love it!

Good place for inexpensive clothing. Unfortunately the company as a whole seems to be struggling so I dont know how much longer it will be in business.Also it is one of the original anchor chains in the Manhattan Town Center Mall, Sears already closed and Dillards is not going to be able to maintain this place on its own.

I had a nice experience there was a lot of sales going on which was nice however I am disappointed about customer service that used to be that there would be a sales associate in the department whether it be lingerie or womens clothing or mens clothing an sales associate working would say welcome and their name and if you need anything. I waited while 4 employees stood around. 1 was complaining about her shift to another. The other 2 stood across the counter talking to each other. At least 2 employees made eye contact with me before ignoring me. I left the items on the counter after I got sick of waiting. All future business will be taken elsewhere.

I did order a dress online and had it delivered to the store. I really like the dress! Though, I really dont like one type of sales strategy used by JcPenny or anywhere. I dont like the buy one and get half (or some other percentage) off of the second item. There are so many times I am so frustrated with these sales. Because most of the time I only see one item that I really want. So....I end up not buying anything. Ill think, Just let me buy one item at a sale price. I want JcPennys to succeed. I dont like seeing stores go out of business. I do like where you put the clearance priced clothes in one area. Sometimes so much fun to find some good buys there. I do like looking online and having the item delivered to the store. I have gotten a number of things that I really wanted that way.

The store is significantly clean. From personal visits, I can say cashiers are very nice and helpful. They will personally assist any customer. Things are placed so any individual can easily reach them. I also havent seen any misplaced items. Also, I havent seen any unsatisfied customer.

The prices are fair and all, but the management here lacks.

I love JCPenneys!! At this location all the associates are very friendly and helpful. The store is always nice and clean including their bathrooms. Im so happy that at least JCPenneys is still open in our mall since everything else seems to be closed.

Not one person in the store asked me if I needed help. The selection of clothes looked like something an old fat woman would wear and the store itself looked like they were having a garage sale with way too many racks of sale clothes! Penneys,in my opinion, has gone downhill drastically in the last few years. I will not be shopping there anymore. 0 stars in my books!
