I was there looking for a pair of quality shoes for my friend for her birthday. The wonderful young lady who was helping me strongly advised me that I would be better bringing her in to get her feet properly assessed. This woman knew her stuff. She was very knowledgeable about what to look for when it comes to buying shoes. The way the arch is shaped, the toes, the way someone walks. I was very impressed. I competed the gait study and was suggested an insert and shoe based on the test. I was able to run on treadmill before purchase and was told about their return policy. Sales associate very helpful and knowledgeable.

We went in there originally for my wife, but I ended up going in and doing the walk evaluation. The guy that I was working with then recommended a couple different shoes, and we settled on the Altra Torin 5. Couldn’t be happier with these shoes and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and aren’t pushy at all.

I took my 13yr old son in to get fitted for insole support, for basketball. Not only was the process easy and quick but we learned a ton about how it all works. I highly recommend anyone go through the process. Also, they have a huge of selection of shoes and gear. We will be back for sure!

Awesome experience and great customer service. I was quickly matched to a shoe that would suit me, and they offer a 7-day return policy in the event the footwear does not meet your needs. Their pricing is competitive and better than everything Ive found online. The staff were also incredibly kind to my daughter and allowed her to help while she waited for me to finish shopping. They will be sure you get the correct shoe for your foot, and if they don’t have a product in store they go above and beyond to get it. MRC is community friendly and they know how to put on a race!
