One of my favorite places to get shoes. the employees are so inviting & kind. prices & options are unbeatable!

Thank you for giving me a nasty attitude for telling someone I brought into the store to buy them online. That was a private conversation not one for a cashier to drop her two cents in with a rude attitude

Walked in, was given attitude immediately by a female worker when asking about prices and options, left. I’ll be finding a better deal somewhere else.

We went in to buy some vans for my wife. As soon as we walked in an associate, Drew, came over to greet us with a smile on his face. He was very charismatic. He was very nice and literally almost brought out every shoe my wife wanted in her size and even his personal recommendations for her. He was very polite and funny all at the same time. Needless to say, if you ever need some shoes ask for Drew. 10/10 would recommend.

I went here to try on a pair of Dr. Martens here because I didnt know what size I needed to get to order the pair from the Dr. Martens website. When I asked to try them on and that I wasnt sure if I was going to buy them in store because they did not have the ones I wanted and just wanted to try them on to see about size the girl who was helping me went to tell her manager. Then her manager, where I could clearly hear him, said I dont care, look them up and tell her we dont have her size. So the girl comes back to me and tells me she has to look them up and see if they have my size. She proceeded to get on to the Journeys website look them up so I told her I would but the shoes there after a moment of her showing me the ones online I could order from in store because I really wanted a pair of Dr. Martens and didnt want the incorrect size. I could see the monitor of the computer and she didnt even see if the had my size, she just went straight to the back and got them. I was upset about this but I brushed it off. 140$ and a ride home later when I go to wear them for the day I find they are defective and so I had my mom go return them for me while I was baby sitting. When I went to give her the shoes and box I realized that the girl didnt give me a receipt, luckily my mom could get them exchanged but the manger was extremely rude to her and instead of just exchanging in store he order the shoes online and had them delivered to us which he said would be a day or two. It was four days until I got them just to get another pair of defective shoes, which this pair has even more defects! Will never go here again.

Great store the customer service is outstanding if your in the area you must stop in.

Use to like it till they stopped selling DCs

Had them order shoes for my daughter because they didnt have her size which is fine BUT they ordered a size too small then I being them in and they tell me sorry its will coat you almost 20 more bucks for the next size that they were suppose to order the first time ... and the girl was kinda rude about it too so Im done with this place
