Needed some screws to attach a 2.5 inch SSD to a bay for a computer upgrade and couldnt find any in town. Called them up and they were willing to give me what I needed or sell me additional ones for future use at a great price. Really saved my bacon and were very helpful!

Went in needing a single static bag expecting to have to buy in bulk. They went in the back and got one for me and just let me have it. Always great customer service.

High price for a very simple fix... Still, I had peace of mind that theyd get it done correctly without BSing. That trust was not misplaced. Even got computer back quicker than the time frame they gave.

Dull experience. Called already having computer knowledge but was treated a bit like I not only didnt know what I was asking, but gentleman didnt want to give out a single tip....had to pay for that. So I went to another place.EDIT TO ABOVE REVIEW....... I do appreciate being contacted about my reviews but do not wish to call or come in to discuss my review. I do tho want to answer the questions presented in the response to my review...I have been working on computers for years, self taught. I was in an internship program at another local computer store for a year before the owner became ill. So I am not a technical idiot but at the time my experience with Apple was limited. I contacted everyone in Manhattan and this is where I found an Apple tech, the man I spoke with that day. I fully explained I was switching the os on a MacBook and only needed to know the way to switch it into safe mode, because for some reason I couldnt remember at all. Maybe from the 9 straight hours repairing this laptop.I explained every detail to the gentleman of what I was doing, had done, and my question. I didnt not claim to know everything but rest assured I make sure to be upfront that Im able to do the work Im doing.My review was not intended to harm anyone, but to put my opinion out there. Im aware that a person wouldnt call an engine mechanics to teach me to change my motor either. Mainly because, owner, I also already know how to change an engine. 😁 Being a female with a mechanical mind, it happens all over. I wouldnt worry.

Been here a few times to get various little parts for my computers, like fan connectors and power cables. The staff is very helpful and if you ever have an emergency and need a replacement part asap, this is the place to check first in Manhattan!

Well its a bit late to say this as the one star was given long ago. Your associate, I dont remember his name, was rude and refused to engage in a conversation about the product I was looking for. I felt that he failed to represent your business.
