Mary was very helpful in making our recent purchase for our kitchen table and lounge chair. She answered all our questions also.

Shoddy craftsmanship, my couch broke (see pictures).The staples (nails) pulled out of one end of the support. If you look at the other support, you see a gap. This couch was never assembled correctly to begin with. If you lower the brace, everything becomes flush and you have a solid support.This was a two piece set, so, yes Im concern with the fidelity of the other piece. But this is also basic wood working, nothing time, glue and proper fasteners wont remedy.But, you shouldnt have to fix new furniture.

Good prices for good furniture . They have a large selection of furniture and are very helpful when your there. They have some great deals in there clearance section so make sure you check out that area .

I recently bought a new mattress and when I recieved it, it was nothing that expected and felt completely different then it did in the store. I went back to lay on the one i purchased, and it felt different. Dave took the time to walk me through different options and mattresses. Set me up w customer service to report my dislike, Shae took care of it for me, and I went back today to meet with Dave and my transition and upgrade of a new mattress is done and went smooth. He definitely gets 5 stars from me! Great customer service, WG&R Is lucky to have him on their team! Thanks for everything Dave!

Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly greeted by Matt. After asking what we were looking for, he ushered us around the store to show us potential couch sets. We explained our situation and needs, and provided excellent information on fabric, material and all options that were available to us. We finally decided on a sectional and a adjustable bed base. Matt then talked us through our payment options, as well as the the option for damage protection. At no point did we feel pressured to purchase today, nor to buy something we weren’t interested in. 10/10 for Matt, and we will definitely request to work with him for our next furniture endeavor.

Good selection/decent prices. But, will have waited 1.5 weeks until delivery (should receive this week... will update afterwards). The rub: you cannot receive what you buy immediately from the store.Here are your options:1) Pay for delivery ($67). However, because their distribution warehouse is in Green Bay (and deliveries are only made twice a week), you will probably have to wait 1-2 weeks. They will dispose of furniture you are replacing, though.2) Get it from the warehouse yourself. If you have a truck, you can pick it up yourself. However, it will be a roughly 120 mile round trip to their warehouse in Green Bay. If you have to rent a truck, a standard U-Haul will cost roughly $100 after mileage, and not including gas. You might be able to pick it up the same day (if they have your purchase in stock), though.3) Pick it up from the store. Deliveries are only made to the store weekly, so youll have to wait until the next available shipment to the store.Provided all goes well with the delivery, Im satisfied with the prices/quality, but fairly unsatisfied with the nearly-unavoidable delays in receiving purchased goods.

I got a great deal on a nice chair. My only complaint is the cost of the delivery and the amount of days that I had to wait for delivery. Two days after delivery I am finding parts that have fallen off the chair on the floor.

First time customer, paid for my couch in full and was all set for delivery 4 days later. I work 3rd so I sleep through the day. Their automated call said theyd be here between 10-11. They FINALLY showed up at 12:30 without bothering to contact me to let me know theyd be late. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone and I WONT be shopping there again!

WG&R Furniture store now carries Catnapper furniture. I was very happy to learn this because I have a Catnapper sectional and I love the quality of it. Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and not pressured. I highly recommend you give them a try when buying furniture.

My wife and I were not going to leave the store until we bought a sectional. We met with Harold Schleis. Before my wife arrive I was asking him a lot of technical questions about makeup of different brands. He was so patient and nice. He was also having to do some important paperwork at the time. Then my wife and I said that’s ok go and do it while we look around. When he came back to us he apologized which he didn’t need to do. We found a sectional that we liked but there had to be some altering to make it a bit smaller. Again I kept asking questions because I didn’t quite know what he was talking about but my wife understood right away. He was again extremely patient.I’ve worked in retail before and there’s a lot going on behind the scenes and Harold was always there. To me Harold Schleis should be 6 stars ! I hope his supervisor reads this because I’m serious about our shopping experience. Thank you so much Harold Schleis and WG&R.

Do not shop here! My wife and I looked for a long time for a bed that we actually liked. We were able to find one that we liked a lot at WG&R in Manitowoc. We were looking for a few things and ended up purchasing a bed and two nightstands. We were told that the bed we purchased was in stock, but it had to be shipped in from Green Bay. I recieved a call a month later one week before the original pick up date letting me know that the bed we purchased was not available anymore and had been sold to someone else. We worked with Matt who was not knowledgeable about the products we were looking for and had to run to the computer multiple times. Even after looking at the computer we were told the wrong price on a chair by hundreds of dollars which we found out hours later by phone call. Going in to resolve the issue of not getting the bed anymore we were greeted by Matt with very little sympathy and basically just a shoulder shrug. We were given our money back and offered the same sale price we originally got on something else if we wanted it and was told there was nothing else they could do. Not pleased with the customer service and will not be shopping there again. Save yourself the stress.
