Very quick and effective communication with our insurance and City Auto Glass staff. City Auto Glass came to my job to install a new windshield. Quick and efficient work and I was given details for care after installation process was completed. We were thoughly satisfied.

Called my insurance company for a windshield claim after a rock was flown at my windshield over the weekend. Within minutes I received a call for a time and day that works best for it to get replaced and for them to come to me, when they got here I had just woken up to fill my dogs bowls by the time I had gotten my dogs bowls filled I look out my window and they were done already with the paperwork sitting on my drivers seat. Very punctual. Prompt and professional. My new windshield looks amazing and writing about it does no justice. The lady on the phone who called me was very nice and answered any questions I had. Thank you very much. I’ll definitely use again if needed (hopefully not anytime soon LOL). I’ll definitely refer anyone that needs glass repair or replacement on their vehicle. Thank you again.

My experience with City Auto Glass was really great. I wish I remembered the name of the technician who fixed my windshield, because he was excellent. He was very professional and was also great with my dog! There is no evidence that my windshield was ever chipped, and it was in a challenging spot to fix. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had them do a few windshields on our vehicles, great work and make it right. When one of the well known brands had a visual quality defect after installation they swapped it out with a oe dealer glass! City auto glass sands behind the customer and work with your insurance like pros!

I locked my keys in my car. When I called they said a estimated time frame and was they a bit early, which was wonderful. The owner literally (I mean literally) had my car open in less than 1 minute. I walked away my car to get under a tree for shade and he had my car open. Using this business was beyond wonderful to use! I highly recommend.

My experience is what you expect all transactions should be. The service was excellent, from the office staff to the work staff. The whole matter was handled in the Mankato Office and they even had a car available for me to use to do some business. I was also assured by the office staff that everything would be taken of., Ive had the vehicle back for a few months and Ive had no problems whatsoever and confident if I did it would have been take care of. The windshield replaced was from a Buick Tour X that had a ton of safety equipment built in and they still were able to get the WS in a matter of days.

I was provided with excellent service here while getting a new motor for my mustang window. They followed up with me to make sure the window was fully fixed.

Only one item that l had problem with. Remote start receiver was not reinstalled properly.

They have done many windows for me the past. I just had them do two more windows for my Ion and Cmax. Came out to Garys Pizza and put them in took about 1.5 hours if that. Dont remember the guys name that was here out but he did a great job. All I had to do is call my insurance and told them I wanted City Auto Glass and they took care of everything else for me.
