Very fast and professional. I had a 10:30 appointment. I dropped my truck off just before 8:30 and they called before 10 am saying it was done. I had forgotten to take off my MN State parks sticker and they not only took it off the old windshield but out it back on the new one! Windshield looks great!

My new windshield stress cracked after it was installed and when I called they scheduled my new replacement right away.

Wonderful customer service

Kato Glass did a great job with my windsheild. I had a few hiccups with Kato Glass, but it wasnt their fault with any of the hiccups. All in all, it takes about a day to get a new windshield ordered, maybe 45 minutes for the guys to change the windshield, and a time to schedule in a time to get this done. Due to mother nature and having the wrong windsheild the first time and having a full schedule, I didnt get my windsheild replaced for about a week later than I wanted, but best thing is my insurance took care of the cost. Thank you to the members of Kato Glass for taking care of me and my SUV!
