Very nice and professional.I went in to get my windshield replaced and all the safety features recalibrated along with it, i was expecting it to only take half an hour but they told me it could take an hour and half to two hours. I was okay with sitting there and waiting the whole time but they said theyd do their best to get it done sooner, which they did. I was in and out in a little less than an hour and could go on with the rest of my day.Plus the waiting area had the office playing on the TV so that helped make the time go by faster!I would highly recommend them.

Made an appointment online for Saturday. Dropped my van off and picked it up a short time later. Social distancing and face covering is a practice at this location that I very much appreciated.A coupon i found online was honored and the service was great. I was more than happy with the work Scott did on my truck. He did a great job of giving me an estimate on how long it would take to replace my windshield and then got it done an hour sooner than he originally said. Great work by everyone at this location. I will definitely be coming back if needed and recommending to others.

They were supposed to go to my mechanics shop after I called them and told them that the truck was in the shop they originally were supposed to come to my house on Friday between 8am to noon. I called them day before and said to do crack in windshield at my mechanics shop they said not a problem. While on Friday I stopped by my mechanics shop and he said they never showed up so he didnt start working on my truck until Saturday because of Safelite screw up.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Safelite. Greg called me the night before to give me information on how to make sure my insurance was verified before the appointment. I found out my deductible was $0! Greg was amicable and kind when I arrived and offered me water and to turn on the TV while I waited. He kept me updated about how long my windshield would take, which was under an hour! My new windshield looks amazing. The technicians did a fantastic job, and I enjoyed sitting in the clean waiting area reading my book while my car was being finished. Overall, I had the best experience possible and Safelite made the inconvenient job of taking time out of my busy schedule to have my windshield replaced enjoyable. Will definitely recommend Safelite to friends and family in the future!

I brought my vehicle in to replace a cracked windshield. 11am appointment. The gentleman at the counter took my keys, pointed out the coffee station, and told me which restaurants were nearby in case I wanted to have lunch while I waited. He also offered to turn on the TV and asked if I wanted my wiper blades replaced. He said it could take an hour an a half to replace my windshield, but it often took less.The waiting room was comfortable and clean, with public rest rooms. Fifty minutes later, another fellow brought my receipt, briefly explained it. and informed me that my vehicle would be along in a short while. Fifteen minutes after that I was driving away with an impossibly clear new windshield.Everyone I talked with was helpful and professional. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. I have no complaints. Ill come back here next time I need a new windshield, but hopefully that wont be anytime soon.

Cannot talk to a real person. Everything is done online. The problem with that is I only need trim around windshield fixed. That is not an option so cant complete for making appointment.

Had glass replaced on vehicle and new windshield had an issue and this place replaced it free of charge with no issues. Only used them once but very happy with the service. We did drop vehicle off and picked it up later so can only rate on that aspect and not on having them come out and do the work off site. Would go back!

My experience was so smooth it approached baby bottom status. My tech was easy going, friendly and pretty much a rock star. I had nothing to do and got what I needed. Awesomeness pretty much sums it up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called then for the convenience to have my glass replaced at my location. Only 5 days later, a crack was coming from the outside of the glass inward. I had a feeling that when they came out, they would say it was caused by a rock and that I would owe for it. Well, the guy is in my garage and less than a few seconds said, it was b y a rock. The surface felt smooth. I took pictures and was prepared to contact the better business bureau. A manager on the phone agreed finally to replace it. So, this is the last time. Stay with your local person and rely upon good customer service and backing up the work.

In and out I 1 hour, flat. No BS. They were ready when they said they would be and did a great job. Cheaper than another estimate I got in town.

Safelite came to my work and replaced my windshield. Much to my amazement also cleaned my dash and all windows and vacuumed the floors. Way to go above and beyond. Will be recommending.

The technician came to my location and replaced my windshield. Due to some trouble with the dealer part and a few reschedules, it took over a week to get my windshield installed. They made it right by giving me a discount, which was unexpected but awesome. Thanks!

I checked my local options for windshield repair, selected Safelite, and began the online scheduling process but needed vehicle information that was not immediately available. I left the web page open overnight. Imagine my surprise at receiving an email this morning, at a professional email address I had not provided to Safelite, inviting me to save $5 by completing my appointment information. I had provided NO contact information -- not a single keystroke on the online form. Opening the schedule an appointment page was enough for Safelite to give itself permission to invade my computer and utilize data that it mined without my permission. I have unsubscribed from a Safelite email list to which I DID NOT subscribe. With apologies to our local owners, I consider this unauthorized corporate access to my personal data and will NOT schedule with Safelite. Consumer beware.

Spent 150 on my windshield like 50 to put it in the upper windshield molding was to small....next time Ill buy the windshield and the molding kit from auto body specialist (abs) and have windshield dave or Dean Hewitt install it!

They dropped me off at home while my windshield was being replaced, then brought the vehicle to me when it was done. (Since it was bad weather and they couldnt just use my driveway)

Their phones go to a call center. Lost that local feeling. Sad but true.
