Amazing service! All three times Ive been here, the final bill has been LOWER than the quote! This last time they even fixed both front ball joints and worked it into the original quote price, that was a great surprise. Almost as great as the time they let me know my car had a corrosion warranty and that they could do 14,000 dollars worth of body work for free! They even hooked me up with a complimentary rental car from the lot, it had 50 miles on the odometer.I would definitely recommend these guys for any car maintenance!

My experience at Mankato Volkswagen in Mankato, MN was unlike anything that I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I had found a Jeep that I had been searching for through FB Marketplace and sent an inquiry. Within seconds, I had a response and was put in touch with Hunter Ellis. I explained to Hunter that we were traveling for some distance and wouldn’t be able to make it until the next weekend. He actually kept in touch with me and confirmed that the Jeep was ready for our viewing. The Jeep was in the exact shape as it was marketed. Our warranty was about to expire on our present vehicle we intended to buy an extended warranty, after discussing that and all our other options, it was far better to purchase a new VW Atlas. I stopped to look at a car which was not what I ended up wanting, they went the extra mile to find me the exact car I was looking for in another state and had it shipped up for me. In the mean time they offered to help with a loaner car while they shipped the new one as my previous car had already been sold. Brought my 2018 VW Tiguan in for a vibrating/rubbing on the drivetrain and they looked into it and told me it was nothing. Brought it back and the service manager finally drove it with me and he noticed it and said he hadn’t felt that before, and took it in. Next day, was told it was the “Continental tires.” Took the vehicle home and rotated the tires, which are Bridgestone, not continental, and the vibration continued in the same area. Took the vehicle to the origins dealership in Minneapolis and they said it was a weak hub and replaced it. Issue is gone. They’ve been sloppy with all of the vehicles I’ve had serviced by them, and we’re lazy with this one. Mankato Motors as a whole is a very lasy company. Never recommend.
