Tony and Tyler were great to work with. They gave me good estimates on what needed to be done, and the time it would take. Despite finding additional problems, they still had the truck ready to go on time, and had reasonable prices on all of it. Next time I need repairs in Mankato, Ill call them first.

This shop is the best for at least 100 miles around. Tony has blown me away with his knowledge and ability. There is nothing they cant fix. I will never take a vehicle to anyone else. He is straight forward, will not overcharge, and does high value work. If you need anything done to your vehicle (any make or model) this is the shop to go to.

Anthony is an absolutely great person, purchased a car recently and soon after I noticed it had a coolant leak, brought it up and Anthony was more than happy to not only give me great information but fixed any and all issues with the car, Including supercharger oil change free of charge, new seals, coolant, even cleaned the engine bay when he was done. recommend his shop to anyone. Only shop I trust in a 300 mile radius, very honest, and more than willing to help someone out.

Hey. Dont go to Tony. Hes the best mechanic in town, and Im sick of waiting a week to get his amazing service.Yeah, you, looking at who to repair your car. He will do such a great job and for such a reasonable price, you might consider not junking that pile of garbage you call a car.

If you want someone who isnt going to rip you off and is going to work hard to solve whatever repair issue you may have, then go see Tony at Old Town Garage. You wont find a better, more trustworthy mechanic.

We recently were in a bind with our college daughter’s car. My husband is knowledgeable in auto mechanics and so he usually is able to fix our vehicles, but since she lives a few hours away we found ourself in a predicament. We called around and spoke to many different shops and Tony was the most knowledgeable guy on the phone. He was pleasant, flexible, and gave us high quality care. I love the look and feel of his shop also! It’s comforting to know we have found a trustworthy mechanic in the area for our daughter!

Took our vehicle in for an oil change and asked Tony to look at the transmission as we were having issues with it. He ended up fixing it at the same time he did the oil change and the price was more than reasonable. Referred my grandson there but unfortunately they refused to give him an oil change unless he needed another service with it. We have since taken our business elsewhere.

Hes good. Hes honest. Hes busy. And the main thing is, IMO, he can see with his eyes closed in three dimensions. So if you have a car that means a lot to you, like my 86VW Camper, Tony is the best mechanic. Heck, if I move to Minneapolis Ill still bring it down to him. He treats it like its his own. Ive attached a project that was started pre OTG. Crazy work. The Econoline was maybe a little too crazy, but it was a grand story and a pretty vehicle.

Tony at Old Town Garage is an experienced mechanic who recently opened his own shop in Mankato. Im from out of town and was passing through when I had some mechanical troubles. The first shop I stopped at tried to help but admitted they didnt know much about Audis. They told me finding someone at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon was going to be almost impossible but after calling a couple of shops for me, Tony said to bring it over and he would look at it. He got it worked out and I was on the road again in about an hour and a half. If I lived in Mankato, Id definitely take my car to him again.Thanks again, Tony and good luck with your new business!
