Dont waste your time. I called on a Thursday afternoon right around 12:30 to be precise, with a flat tire issue. They informed me that they are booked solid until the middle of next week. I understand the need these days to schedule service but no time for a simple tire repair? Its not that the service its self was bad, just the lack of ability to get it!

Very knowledgeable with good service. Did my fifth wheel had me in and out quickly.

I had a leaking tire - it was a small nail, and it didnt need patching. They took it out and didnt charge me! Great guys!

Friendly and speedy service! Got a flat tire while driving through Mankato and they were really helpful and fit me right in. Made it home for the holidays because of them!

I go here for tires on all of my cars. They are reasonable priced, and do excellent balancing. Locally owned, with a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Cant speak to other services, but for tires they are the best I have used, anywhere.

I was 60 miles from home and had a flat tire east of town and was referred to talk with Dennis from my older brother which works and lives in Mankato and does business with Tires Associates. I put my spare on and called Dennis and when I got there they opened the overhead door and took me right in as he said he would on the phone . They went beyond and above by not only fixing my flat tire but also put the spare back underneath the vehicle and put the tools back in there place and secured them as well . Very Happy with their care for the customer and quick service. You are lucky to have them in your neighborhood MankatoI would Highly Recommend them 5 stars all day long . Thanks Again, Lee

I have been going to Tire Associates for over 35 years and have never had a complaint with their work in fact its exceptional. One of the things I like about Tire Associates is they never sell you anything you dont need. You wont find many businesses that you can trust to do that. Desk staff are always friendly and courteous as well as the men that do that work itself thumbs up to Tire Associates

So. This was my first time here as a customer and I am a new owner op. I bought my truck at Harris truck centers and they had my first alignment done here before i bought my truck. My dealership treated me right at that time. and they sent me here for my tires needs and alignment etc for the future. well 5 months after I bought my truck it was pulling hard and just not riding well so i thought i would give them a call because since purchase i had to warranty out one steer tire (which they put on before purchase) and since then it pulled harder and harder. So i called and came down and Cory the alignment guy knows his stuff man. He was like you need u bolts in the back all of them. Mike the manager was also nice and awesome and they all have a sense of humor. So I also needed two drive tires. So included in my first purchase they rotated ALL of my tires. Was EXTREMELY quick and efficient with all of it.. I got back on the road and now my truck was pulling the other direction. So my steer tires where just not good. When I bought this truck my dealership had these guys put new Yokohama steers on my truck like i said. Well anyway. 22 miles down the road I texted mike (voice to text haha) and I was like man, Was all that a waste? i also sent a video)He was like turn around. This man made it right and made my jaw drop at what he did. I don’t want to say exactly what he did because man. Let’s just say.... Wow! it was awesome. But let’s say. Those tires are not on my truck anymore and I am leaving with the biggest smile on my face. I will if I can help it always buy my tires at this awesome place. Your a fool if you don’t give them a try.

Price was great. Friendly staff and the service was great and they got me in and out in a short time. Very accommodating and efficient. I recommend you check them out.

Theres a reason u see fleet vehicles here: Sales & Service people were knowledgeable are very thorough. Prices very good, better than Discount. This is second time Ive needed to get 4 car tires and compared prices. Tire Associates were best in town AND high quality Cooper All season tires! They loaded tires in car trunk, but the install fee would have been reasonable, too. UPDATE: just had tires rotated. Best to make appt for this service (1/2 hour needed) but I happen to have time mid afternoon, and they were able to do rotation. Thanks Doug and crew!

They put in a backup camera in my van. 1st they put it in wrong had to go back. Afterwards a light came on they told me that is normal, just doing a scan. Took it to another mechanic to find out for sure and nope they still had put it in wrong, on top of that a part came loose flew off on the highway on the way to my dads funeral. We have been playing phone tag with them and now they say they wont fix their mistakes or stand by their work. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save your money go somewhere else.

Awesome service! Arrived about 5 minutes before closing to replace a flat, they worked quickly to get that done before checking my tire pressure, which was way over due to the heat, and finding a nail in another tire which they patched. basically saved my ass three times in row. Great service definitely 5 stars!

There tire alignment guy is very knowledgeable....im lowering my car and wasnt sure what parts to get to correct my camber and caster...he told me what parts he has seen that have premature failure....i left there very confedent on what parts to get. I will definitely return there to have it aligned

Came in at three oclock on a Saturday with flat tire. Not only were they friendly, the tire was patched and back on the road twenty minutes later. Tire patch was only twenty bucks. Note this was a inside full rubber patch, not a plug. Thanks guys

I dont normally buy my tires here because I like my Goodyear and Michellin tires however these guys really shined and showed me again why local business are great. I unfortunately buy my tires at discount tires but am rethinking that these days. My reason for that and this 5 star is because TA was able to repair a tire that Discount could not. On top of that discount almost didnt give me my tire back I had to go back in and ask for it. The tire had about 30k life left. I punctured it in the tread and it was a larger hole. TA repaired it and Ive been on the road for months with it. Including 3 yards of dirt hauled and multiple loads of woodchips and no problems. Awesome job repairing what others said couldnt be done. I remember my dad and others repairing much worse as you did. Thanks again.

Discount err where great service

Made an appointment a week in advance for my only day off in the near future, showed up and was told they didnt have my tires in stock. And, rather than offering to make amends for not calling me & wasting my time, the guy takes another call right in the middle of talking to me. They lost a long time customer.

I have been flummoxed by the obtuse nature of their website shopping for tires for several years. Its always a struggle to find out what they have in stock, and next to impossible to find prices. I wanted to get snow tires for my car before the storm hits tomorrow night, and after wrestling with their obstreperous website, it looked like they had a set in stock that would work for my car. (this was a Thursday morning, with a storm coming Friday night) With the website being as quirky as it is, I thought it best to call to double check. I told the person who answered exactly what size of winter tire I needed, and he said hold on and wandered off for a few minutes. (apparently they dont have a hold function as I could hear other employees and customers interacting while I waited.) When he finally came back to the phone he asked OK, so what are you looking for now? so I told him again. He took a while to look it up, and after a while he confirmed what I already knew from their site: they had 4 snows in stock in the size I needed. Then he quoted me a price. So I said great, can I come in and get those installed? and he goes, no, were backed up until at least Monday. I sort of mused, oh, shoot, I was hoping I could get them on before the storm hits this weekend.... and he kind of snickers and says yeah, good luck with that!... and hangs up the phone! ***wow*** As it happens, Discount Tires had a set in stock and stayed late to get them installed for anyone who got there before 6 pm. And charged about $80 less too. I wont bother with these guys ever again. Rude, condescending and not helpful at all.

We took our vehicle here to have work done and got a quote. When they did the work they didnt change a valve stem that was included in the qoute. Well the the valve stem broke now and when we asked them why they didnt change it all they could say was we didnt do it. I called another place and got a qoute on replacing it and when I asked them how much they tried telling me the part was more that the other shop quoted me for the whole job. When I told they that they told me take it somewhere else then. So thats what I am doing.
