I spoke with Shawn over the phone. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. Called with a mattress and frame I saw online for my kids. He took every step possible to get me what I wanted for my kids and found out that they will all be here within a week. I also asked about a safety bed rail and gave me his very own personal experience ha has had with them. He told me where I could one and for how much. He was very informative. Went to Mankato Slumberland because I heard they had 4 barstools that Ive been looking for the last 6 months. Was told that they were not for sale and couldnt get anymore of that style because company closed it doors. They knew I wanted them that they got the manager to agree to let me buy them. Our sales associate Skyler K. was the best!!! He didn’t pressure us into buying anything and tried to find us the best deal for what we had been looking for. Skyler listened to our wants and needs and went to work right away. When I said something was a little to pricey for me, he went back to the drawing board to to find something in my budget. We got three pieces of furniture (two from one maker and one from another). Skyler suggested certain colors to use for the different pieces so that they complement each other in our home.I will definitely be telling our family and friends to go to Slumberland in Mankato MN to go work with Skyler. If you have your kids with too, he is very friendly with kids also. Thanks Skyler for all the help!

I came in looking for furniture for my first apartment. I found a nice couch and loveseat set for a really great price that I ended up purchasing. My visit was amazing overall, but my reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is the sales people just kinda made me feel like I was being followed, and well I don’t know about anyone else but I dislike that.

Went into this store today looking to purchase mattress set and frame. Started out fine but then went down drain when clerk left me to help another couple and never returned to help me. I walked out of store only to return to give him a piece of my mind on how since the other couple was going to be spending more money than me he had no right to leave me hanging. He could of at least got someone else to help me. Wrong thing to do especially when I give him a piece of my mind right infront of other customers. Needless to say did not purchase anything. Walked out steaming mad.

Awesome customer service. I thought I ordered a platform bed so I didn’t order a box spring. The bed ended up needing a box spring so I called the store and it was delivered within 30 minutes.

I love Slumberland, they are professional and personable. They have a great selection of furniture, etc.. to choose from, and will work with you to your satisfaction. I also like the idea I get a birthday coupon of $25 every year to use as a discount on the already low prices. There furniture isn’t outrageous in price and it’s great quality! I’ve never had a problem with any item I have bought, and I have bought from them for years.
