Fast and friendly service. Same day appointment. Replaced my phone battery in 20 minutes. My phone also had a small crack in the back which caused a full fracture on the back of the phone when they lifted the back off (normal occurrence). They replaced the back of the phone for free. I wont be replacing any of my own screens or batteries anymore; its too much hassle. I will gladly have the pros do it and get it done quickly and correctly in 20 minutes.

The website is set up well and easy to navigate. When I called to ask about a battery for my car the guy who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and had great customer service! When I stopped in to have my battery installed, it was a quick and easy process.

Lead Acid battery labeled Duracell. Tested battery prior to deployment. Battery exceeded advertised 18 A/Hr rating at 1/10 discharge rate for 105% of rated capacity. I also purchased a cheaper battery pair from another vendor for my 2nd UPS, it tested at 77% of rated capacity. They appeared to be the same battery outside of label but the B&Bs Duracell was much better.

Probably wont be using them again. Purchased auto battery online which said they had in stock. Drove 30 miles there and was told their in stock listing has no bearing on what they actually have in stock. They also didnt have a similar model battery in stock (which again their website said they had). And this was for a common truck/Chevy Silverado - not some rare 1972 foreign car. Store employees told me to go to Fleet Farm and try there...

I bought a battery for my Galaxy S5 approximately 2 months ago. I expected to purchase a new battery, not one they pulled out of a box! It wasnt even in a package, he just went into the back room came out with the battery in his hand and installed it in my phone. I didnt even get a receipt for proof that I purchased the battery at your store! The battery worked fine for about 3 wks., then it started losing its charge a little quicker than normal. Now it wont hold a charge for 1 day! I have to charge it at least 4 times a day!! The battery that came with the phone, when I first purchased the phone, lasted about 2 yrs before I had trouble with it. The battery that I was sold, at your store, is just junk. Im retired and on a very limited income. I do not have the money to buy a new battery, so I dont know what I can do. Yes, the employee who sold me the battery was very friendly, but that doesnt cut it! Employees can be the best, most friendly employees that you have working for you, but if theyre dishonest and cheat the consumer, well it just doesnt look good for your business. Went to the Mankato mm store to get my battery that I paid online for. They gave my charged battery they were holding for me to someone else that came in on foot! I had to take another battery on the rack that was only 85% charged . They shouldnt have gave my battery to someone else . They emailed me and said it was ready to go and it wasnt. Dont they know this by fulfilling online orders when they look on their computer system?!

Super kind and helpful staff. My car remote was not working and their staff fixed it in less than a minute! They explained what was wrong and even had the courtesy to use the remote start and started my car for me!

I went to the store for a battery replacement on a Weedwhacker. The gentleman said they didn’t carry them or anything like that. I went home and looked for the battery style and number online and found that battery plus does have it and that store did indeed have it in stock. I Purchased the battery online but did not receive the 10 percent off discount (code was entered) for picking it up in the store. I will pick it up in the store tomorrow and see how that goes…

My experience with Batteries Plus was fantastic. I had destroyed the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S6, and when I googled fix my phone Mankato, Batteries Plus was the first listing. I called, talked with the associate, and he informed me that they did not currently have the parts to fix it, but that they could get them by the next day. Sure enough, I get a call the next morning saying that the parts are in. That evening I dropped off the phone and the associate informed me that it would be done by tomorrow morning. Went in the next day and there it was, looking brand new. The only reason I am not giving 5/5 is because when they got my information and the phones information, they never asked which color S6 I had. So now I have a hip and fresh Black and Gold S6. Not even really an issue for me, but the fact that the associate didnt even ask was a little off-putting. But hey, who doesnt need some variety every once in a while, right?
