You have many options for testing for and getting hearing aids, but THIS is the place to go. GREAT service, very experienced doctor of audiology, excellent testing & follow up. Hearing tests and consultations are no charge. Billing can be done thru private insurance, VA - many options. Audiologist is willing to make house calls. Offices in Mankato, Faribault, New Ulm, Albert Lea, Wells, Hutchinson and St James. Just call Tracie in Mankato (very knowledgeable) and she will advise on insurance and make appointments. Cleaning services are also free - just a great team, and batteries are very low cost. Pro-Tip: if youre going to Madison East Center, enter at the door marked Handi Medical Supply on the Victory Drive side of the old Mankato mall. My Dad can now hear after months of issues and Im soo thankful.

Dr. Pacovsky was extremely friendly and had me in and out for my hearing exam in less than 15 minutes.

If I had my way I would not even give the mankato store 1 star. I went in over 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard anything from them on what the are doing for my hearing aids. That and there testing u to reminded me of back in the early 80s testing unit. It was older than me and I am 47 now. I would not recommend going through these people. No communication at all it even when testing.
