I called and set up an appointment last week for my mother. The appointment was set for 10:30 am on Saturday. I received a text message to confirm the night before the appointment. I drove down from Minneapolis Saturday morning, picked up my mother, and drove over to the Miracle Ear center. The place was dark, no one answered the phone. I called today and no one extended an apology for my troubles. They blamed the call center for not relaying the appointment, which is ridiculous. I guess I will be taking my mother somewhere else to get her hearing aids!
