I was nervous at first going in because I wasn’t sure what the specialist was going to say, but the process was very straight forward and he was very helpful. After the exam it was confirmed I needed hearing aids at the age of 26. The process for that was pretty straight forward as well. Overall loved the experience and so grateful for the help in my hearing.

5 stars for Anitas competent, friendly, professional, and helpful manner in servicing my fathers hearing aids. Anita is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to get to the root of the problem of my father not hearing as well as he had hoped. She cleaned his hearing aids, gave helpful suggestions and sent us home with instructions and tools to keep his hearing aids clean and in good working order- all with a smile and at no cost. Anita is the best!

Customer care and service deserve a 5-Star rating. Very knowledgeable and likewise professional. Staff is well trained and up to date, resulting in complete satisfaction. Personally I had my hearing aids looked at and cleaned, resulting in improved hearing (TU Anita). Recommendations for pre-vented care were much appreciated. I was not disappointed, and will not be.
