This is probably the most caring staff I’ve ever experienced within the optical industry. Dr. Nguyen takes her time and goes above and beyond to listen and make sure you feel comfortable. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now for my regular contact lens and glasses appointments. She is extremely thorough. Today I came in for some strange vision issues I was having and she gave a very thorough exam once again and assured me that everything looked OK after running many tests. She made sure I felt at ease and comfortable before I left her office. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone searching for a caring eye doctor who is at the top of her game.

My entire family has been patients of TSO for years. The office is well kept and the front and back staff are always professional and super friendly. I always recommend TSO to friends and Family. Dr. Masters is my go to optometrist. Her caring and outgoing demeanor makes you feel like youre in excellent hands.

This was my first visit after switching from my previous eye doctor. This place was really nice but what made it awesome were the people. Id complained that my previous eye care felt routine, and impersonal no communication no expectations just an exam and balance due... Not the case here from the preliminary exam by Dr. Nguyen to the super cool Dr.Masters even to Jack who rung me up. It was a great experience. Ive definitely found my new home for eye care. Id highly recommend TSO of Mansfield!!!!

What a wonderful experience!!! The staff was amazing! From the greeting when I came in, to staff staying passes closing time so I could finish picking out my new glasses all friendly and helpful. I went to TSO in Mansfield and had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. Brittany was the tech who worked with me for all the initial testing she was very kind, thorough and a wonderful personality. Taylor went out of her way to help me find glasses I would be most happy with. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Today was our first time visiting this office. I was highly impressed! My daughter needed glasses and was nervous about the eye exam. She absolutely loved Dr. Masters! She made her feel at ease. I really like the support staff and eye doctors. Everyone is kind and attentive. You receive help at arrival along with complimentary water a s sometimes candy. The atmosphere and decor is great. From beginning to end you feel that everyone there cares to take good care of you.

Walked in Saturday morning without an appointment as I was having lightening-like flashing in my right eye! Thinking it might be a retinal tear, the staff squeezed me in for an eye exam! Simone and Dr. Matthew took excellent care of me with the necessary tests and assurance I was going to be OK! No retinal tear, whew! Thank you!

Had an issue come up so I called to see if I needed to come in. Staff was wonderful and due to the nature of my issue I had an appointment less than 2 hours later. Every staff member I came in contact with went above and beyond to make my entire visit go smoothly. I saw Dr. Julie DeMaggio, and she was wonderful and so thorough. I’m so thankful a good friend recommended the TSO-Mansfield office to me several years ago. I absolutely will go nowhere else.

As usual the friendly staff greeted me and checked me in.After a short wait another staff member took me into the prelim testing area. Another staff member took me to an exam room and did a complete pre exam prior to Dr Smith.Dr Smith as usual did a complete job of.a new prescription and then I was taken to another staff person who did the paperwork ordering my new glasses.All in all a pleasant experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Prapta for years and do not plan on changing vision providers even though I have moved out of the area. His office is timely, professional but extremely friendly and thorough. Always up to date with the current technology.

Dr. Prapta is far and away the best optometrist I have ever had. He is always personable, yet professional. He always hears my concerns and works for the best outcome for me and my son. All of the staff is equally kind and professional. I cant imagine ever going to a different optometrist or practice! 👍🏾

When I first started having dry eyes I came to TSO and she was my Dr but she sent me to a cornea specialist who I saw for the next year but I felt they did nothing for me so I came back to TSO and Dr. Nguyen and that was the right decision for me,she has bent over backwards to help me and with results that I never saw at the other place. This is a great office with nice staff.

The entire staff from front desk to exam room is super welcoming and KIND. My son and I love how informative and helpful they are. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking! The only names I know are Dr. Masters, Lily, and Aaron, but everyone is wonderful!

I have visited this location for over 5 years and tried a few terrible chain locations when I moved to Burleson… I make the 35 minute drive (one way) just to come here! The staff was so patient when I was unsure of some insurance info and they were able to help me. The tech and Dr. Masters were AMAZING!!! Just so thorough and easy to talk to. I’m so happy I can see clearly again! Definitely make this a place to get your eyes cared for.

Dr. Masters and her team are excellent. They always get me in and out. She is incredibly thorough! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

Doctors and assistants were all very thorough. They discussed all prescription possibilities with me and included my input with their results in making the decision. They also explained all procedures and functions they were checking as they tested my eyes and vision.

I visited for my annual eye exam. My visit started exactly on time which is important to me. All of the staff were friendly, explained what was happening and knew their jobs very well. The folks at the Mansfield TSO are fantastic. My visits have little wait time, and the staff and doctors are super friendly and knowledgeable. I go in twice a year, once for a medical eye exam and once a year for contacts and eyeglasses prescriptions. Dr. Nguyen is fantastic, always friendly and makes me feel at home there. Her exams are quick but they dont feel rushed. She always makes sure all questions have been answered. I couldnt ask for a better eye doctor!

Everyone at the office is amazing. From the front desk personnel, the assistant who helps before the doctor and the doctors. All of them are great. I really use to love this place. The best customer service for years. Totally opposite as of late. I drive an hour one way for my appointments because I really enjoyed this place. Except for the last 3 times Ive been here. I set the appointment. I confirm with the email. I take time off work. I make the hour drive. Only to find out that my appointment was not in their system or we left a voice mail but didnt even have the correct phone number on file! I cant be seen by the Dr. I set the appointment with. I hope they can contact me and fix this.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. This is the only vision clinic my entire family goes to! The entire staff is beyond accommodating and truly sincere. Our kiddos can be a handful, but everyone from the doctors to the techs do not bat an eye (no pun intended) about it. Although everyone is great there, Dr. Masters is pretty phenomenal!!!
