I have never experienced a storage place like this before. I booked online...I was worried the place would be a dump because the rental rate was so low. WOW...this place is like a fancy office building. Very clean..like hospital clean! You drive into an enclosed loading area so your out of the heat, rain or snow...very nice. They even have bathrooms that are spotless...crazy. The manager is extremely helpful and clearly explains everything to you...its a big complex.

Thank You for your professionalism and prompt, knowledgeable service and this facility is so clean you could eat off of the floor. Pristine in cleanliness/ no bugs. Love it . The staff takes true pride in being the best. Thank You for your excellent facilities

Just want to say that Deb at the Maple Grove location was extra helpful to me today. I called because of a notification of a rate increase which I received in the mail. She was very thorough, informative, smart and supportive. She put a human face on what could have been a fairly frustrating situation. Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have such dedicated folks managing their business.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the storage place and the people managing there. Found perfect size and price for my small storage needs. Really impressed with the emails received regarding my inquires and final paper work to rent. Was somewhat disappointed that initial one time charges were not shown on website.

Just got two storage units here and since the size I was trying to reserve was unavailable, Deb personally helped me get ones that fit my needs. She was very attentive and kind. Looking forward to having my storage needs met here for a few months. Thanks deb!

Everything is so well laid out and easy to get to. By far the smoothest and intuitive storage experience I’ve had. Staff was available and helpful as well. Very impressed.

This company and location received many good reviews, and Debra (the manager) was specifically mentioned in many of them, so I felt pretty safe coming here and entrusting my belongings to their storage facility. The facility itself seems very safe and secure and looks very clean, new, updated, and well-maintained. They are always available if I need something; go out of their way to assist me; keep the building clean; have a really good system for security; a huge garage with carts to load and unload stuff; and are very reasonably priced. Extra space storage was a breeze from start to finish. I began researching storage facilities & was drawn in by the first month free promotion they were running at that time. I found their website to be accurate & user friendly & when I was ready to move forward, Deb was ready to help. She knows her stuff & will explain everything clearly & thoroughly. The facilities itself was extremely clean, great location & I was always able to park in one of the two garage stalls. I would highly recommend & if Im ever in need of storage it will definitely be with them!

Deb was extremely thorough and helpful; she took her time even though she was in the middle of managing a tough situation. I showed up a few minutes before the facility opened on a Monday morning and she did not know the appointment had been made for her over the weekend but she didn’t blink. Deb showed me potential units and I was able to walk out very quickly with the rental process completed.

Excellent service from Walker, Debra and Christie. With Walkers assistance I found a unit that fit my needs both for storage and for the length of time I would need to utilize the unit. All areas of the facility are clean, fresh and there are trolleys, dollies, etc. for use. All questions I had were answered, services explained clearly and every phone call or office visit was met with a friendly attitude and someone who was professional and helpful.

This place is awesome!! Rates are lower than any other place I looked. It is so clean and unlike my last place you pull in to a warm large garage area w ample flat beds instead of being out in the cold with no place to pull up and no dollies or flatbed never there and always missing. The staff was lovely and and helpful and it really does feel like your space or a garage you have away from home. Very bright and clean. I love it!! You will not be disappointed

It was super easy to set up a rental and they offer insurance. I first rented a smaller space and quickly realized I had to get a larger space. It was easy and painless to go from one to the other.. Everyone is nice and the building is immaculate. The have carts to help move your things, with drive- in bays to unload inside out of the elements. Would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage!

Went to the Maple Grove Facility to look at a storage unit and Debra the Store Manager was awesome. She showed us the unit walked me through the paperwork and everything about the facility. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I recommend this Storage facility. Debra was awesome!

Extra space storage is amazing really good security friendly staff theyve been very helpful with payment plans I lost my lock one time inside my storage unit and had an emergency where I had to leave they locked my unit for me with a new lock and have the key ready for me when I got there the next time this place is amazing and very affordable

Deb was incredible at explaining the whole process. This was the first time in my life that I was using a storage facility, and Deb made everything very easy and convenient. She was personable, and made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend this place. It is very clean, and well maintained. It would be even better if it had garage doors on both sides of the loading bay,to allow for easy entry and exit. On the whole, my experience was very pleasant and convenient.

This is the cleanest storage locker rental I’ve ever had before and this is my 4th unit rented, all different locations but my first extra space experience and I was pleasantly surprised!I appreciate the nice flat bed carts free of charge and unlocked at all times, climate control, and large elevators- fast freight move!

It was crazy easy to book a storage locker online. Just a few forms to fill out, all on my phone, and a locker was waiting for me later that day with a lock ready to go. No need for any human interaction... Just the way I like it. The facility is brand new and spotless clean. My only complaint is you have to get out of your car to open and close the vehicle bay doors. Not a big deal, but in the freezing cold weather it is notable.

I like the location. However, it can be a challenge getting into the garage sometimes because some people just leave their vehicles parked inside while they are off working in their lockers. Should be a time limits enforcement policy. I think the staff is using Covid-19 as an excuse to avoid cleaning the restrooms and they have put up signs saying the restrooms are closed. We are paying a premium and deserve to have the restrooms available, since frequent hand washing is part of the protocol to stop the spread. There is also one worker that likes to smoke at the entrance to the office and that lingers into the unload bays, my daughter had an asthma attack one day. I have since stop bringing her to the storage unit. So the facility is clean but some people of the staff was are lazy.

I have rented storage in the past with other companies and they have nothing on Extra Space Storage in Maple Grove. From the first time I walked in their office to inquire on renting space I was greeted and received great service from Debra. Needless to say the facility is very clean as it is new however I feel confident that it will be well kept. I appreciate the secure inside loading / unloading garage. I would and will definitely recommend this location to others.

Extra Storage is great and has great deals. The only problem is the help are hard to find at the storage facility. The phone response is excellent and my hat goes off to the manager who went out of his way to get me into my new 2nd unit over Christmas.

Linda the assistant manager she has been harassing me for over a year now putting locks on my unit not letting me come in after office hours. Very very angry person and power hungry, but i let that go until recently she locked my unit without notifying me and my grandma had a heart condition we kept some of his supplies in the unit because its a few min from home, but that day he DIED!! because I couldn’t get the medical equipment that he needed that day do to unit being locked. So know we will be taking the next steps so this will never happen to anyone. Just heartbreaking how a person can be so stone cold, BECAUSE OF LINDAS STUBBORNNESS GRAMPS DIED....

After getting jacked around at another nearby storage place I called extra space storage and got a bid immediately for half the price. Arin called to confirm that the storage unit I wanted was available and even offered to stay a little late if I couldn’t make it in time since this was all last minute. Arin greeted me with a smile upon arrival, walked me through all the need to knows and pricing and was a pleasure to work with!

The building is nice and easy to access but I am not pleased that our rent for the space is going up after six months.
