This particular facility leaves me thinking theyre incompetent. I still dont have my shipment even though it was reported as delivered, no assistance without tracking #. So now I have figured something else to get my letter. I really dont have time for this. Inconvenience to the Nth degree. Fast delivery means nothing if you never get your package

This review is about the drivers at this location and not the front desk (who are mostly helpful), the drivers at this location deliberately skip delivering packages on the scheduled date, regardless of whether the package was paid for overnight shipping.So if you take time off to stay back at home and wait for a package that needs signature, be ready for a delivery exception because the driver took the “wrong route” or was simply lazy to deliver the package. Also, this shows up as “Delivery attempted, customer not at address or business closed” on the app or tracking.I’m writing this because this isn’t a one time thing but has happened on several occasions. So, if there is a manager reading this, better get your house in order cause the Rogers location is nothing like this.

I dont understand why the maple Grove and Rogers locations are so terrible. Ive lived across the country in multiple states and this is by far the worst 2 locations Ive ever seen. If your package says loaded on delivery vehicle you should automatically assume its gonna show up 1 or 2 sometimes 3 days late. The drivers here are so lazy and care so little about their jobs, i ordered springs for my car and they just left it on my driveway at the end by the road cuz they were too weak or lazy to bring my 40 lb package up, cool just have my big box right out in the open for everyone driving by within 10 ft away. This is just one dilemma Ive had multiple with them. FedEx needs some serious reform its actually pretty sad where its at in its current state

Dont sign up for update with this location, theyll change delivery date right away when you do. They dont allow pickup but would just change delivery dates out of the blue, ruining birthdays, marriages, graduations and bunch of others. We are disappointed with them. Target should start delivering with UPS rather than Fedex.

Very fast service and super nice employees. This was a very nice location, although the parking lot is very small. It is also not very obvious from the street – it looks a lot like a warehouse. Overall, a great experience.

The lady at the counter was so unprofessional, I thought she was going to have a asthma attack, she was no help to me at all with the questions I had.Also the other gentleman was no help, he had no patience with me at all, he was in the middle of helping me and another lady came in the store and he stop helping me, and had the girl that was acting like she was about to have an asthma attack help her.The manager lady came out of the office, and the guy called her face mask the cat in the hat mask, and she act like she did not hear me asking questions, she just stood there. All I wanted was to find out where my package was, and to see if they can have it sent there, but again no help.COVID-19 is going on, and we all should be showing love to one another, not treating people like I was treated, if you dont like your job, or like helping people, get another job that you will be happy at, or work somewhere that you are not helping people in person. Your customer service skills, are really bad.

PL Dental is very disappointed in our FED EX driver who not only has been disrespectful towards our staff members but has lost multiple patient cases and has failed to provide proper documentation for his mishaps. The Driver instead tells FED EX that the package was either undeliverable and returns to the sender or signs off on the packages for our staff instead of having the receptionist sign for it herself thus resulting in missing and unaccounted for packages because although he signs them for the receptionist he doesnt always have them. It is very difficult to get a hold of customer service and request a new driver. We have had multiple incidents with this driver and our Labs can say the same. I dont even want to give 1 star as our service has been a complete inconvenience with no resolution!

Fedex Driver scanned my item in the lobby of our apartment complex as couldnt be delivered, because he was too lazy to walk to the apartment. Couldnt even sign a missed package slip because he didnt make it that far to drop it off. Called customer service was told they would redeliver it at 6 pm. That never happened, once it was at this facility they didnt care to put it on a different truck or attempt to redeliver it. 3 service reps later they finally admitted they werent going to resend it. Was told that even if I were to drive to go pick it up they wont give it to me, then informed I should pay 5.99 to schedule a special delivery time. I hate fedex, I wish online retailers gave you an option to pick who you want to deliver your packages, because Id choose anyone else other than fedex.

I was very disappointed at every stage of receiving a package from FedEx. I ordered a phone through Verizon because mine was literally falling apart. My order was not delivered and I was never updated. My package arrived at the transit stage at Maple Grove and sat there for three days until I finally went to pick up the package myself. I called FedEx several times to be updated on my new delivery date but was not contacted. After my third phone call, a representative advised me that the delivery address was not complete, I confronted the representative that I had confirmed my address three times (both online and over the phone) and the representative did not respond. I am exhausted dealing with their lack of responsiveness, and I am beyond upset by the fact that I had to pick up the package myself while being lied to about why the package was never sent out from Maple Grove. And to make matters worse, I saw that the package had been attempted to be delivered, but was ripped off of the package and I was never notified. If ever given the option, I would never choose FedEx over the postal service.

This location is the epitome of disaster when it comes to American business. Honestly FedEx shouldnt even be allowed to operate in this country with the service that is provided, by locations like this. Absolutely worthless customer service, always late deliveries, and careless with your items. I will never, in my life, ever pay for shipping if its going to be through FedEx. Worst customer service, support, logistics, operations, etc. of any business on the planet.

Ive never had problems with the city of Maple grove before and this takes the cake. I ordered my package a week to almost two weeks ago and had the date set on my calendar. I wish I would have saved my money and went to the store up the street and picked the item up myself elsewhere. You not only ruined Christmas for me but the vacation I had before it. Shopping time and I have half a gift. It was the only gift I had shopped for or gave myself a chance to shop for. I am in the worst mood possible before Christmas since changing my work place and I hate the job I work at currently and I dont think that will change. Since I will be working late until the holiday. Thanks for nothing, I wish I could tell you to send it back if Its going to be delayed another three days. I want my money back and to be able to go someplace else. Though by word of mouth the company I bought the thing from who asked your company to send it wont even let me take it back even if I havent got it yet. You know how I feel about both of you right now.

I found FedEx to be a waste of time. I sat in line for 20 to 30 minutes. Got to the clerk. I had a QR code on my phone for a return. I was told that this office cannot do QR codes even though its a FedEx code period And I had to go to a Kinkos FedEx. If I want to return my package and get a receipt for my return.

Worst experience ever!! I went in to use the computer, needed help as it would not go on. I asked at the counter, was told shed be right over. I waited 10 minutes, went again to the counter, stood there for a full half hour while 4 clerks helped the next 6 people who came in the door, and Im standing there invisible. I sat back down, called the store I was in, asked for help. Was treated coldly, very unhelpful, I walked out.

I have had only trouble with Fed Ex for approximately a year now. They refuse to deliver a package I paid to be delivered! I would have chosen ANY other service than FedEx, however I was not given an option my this seller. I have called twice and gotten kind individuals, but no answers and no actual help. I understand its near Christmas, but my package arrived at this facility at least a day ago and I was just told it wont be going out for delivery today same as yesterday. This feels spiteful. I work in the shipping industry, I understand the process. This is just HORRIBLE customer service on a parcel ordered December 1st.Do Not Trust This Service!

I really wish there was a way to give this company zero stars! My package was supposed to arrive today and at 6:30pm the notice changed from end of day to pending. I called customer service and they told me I would have to wait till Monday! I understand how busy it gets around the holidays but as a company it is your responsibility to adjust. I paid for a service and was told by customer service I would just have to wait. I will, and I repeat, I will never use your company again. If you’re looking to use a shipping company I highly suggest you go elsewhere. This company is simply put, incompetent.

Our Blue Apron is suppose to be delivered on Saturdays.We got out of the house today, Mail was delivered, others out and about. No weather happening. FedEx did not deliver. They must be wimps to want to do their job. Now we probably wont get the delivery until Monday and the food will go to waste. I went to FedEx to send a defective phone back to Verizon. The man who helped me was very kind. Although the box was from FedEx, it was meant to be returned via UPS. He covered up the old shipping label for me and helped me with another transaction. He went out of his way to help me, which is a rarity in the shipping business. Even though it was more costly to ship what I needed to from FedEx, I would go back simply to have that customer experience again.

I go here to drop off Express stuff for work that misses the truck. Service is usually fast and friendly for the pre-labeled packages I drop off. The staff seems helpful and knowledgeable for the people that need stuff shipped or are picking things up. They need more people at the counter at around 5-6PM. Lines tend to form pretty quickly with only one person running things up front.

Amazingly proactive service! Strong work!I had 6 inbound Priority Overnight boxes coming in today. As a result of a snafu on my part, I was not available to accept them when they arrived at 9:32 am. Instead of leaving 6 door tags and having me wait an additional day, the driver left a note that they would try again at 2 pm. Having not seen this note prior asking for the packages to be redirected to the local FedEx Print and Ship location, I received a phone call less than 30 minutes after the redirect saying my important packages would be delivered to the new location within 30 minutes! This is incredible corporate and employee-based proactivity and customer service! I am so impressed that they went above and beyond to make sure my packages and I connected. Thank you!

Initial Unsatisfactory Experience with Fedex February 2020: Received an email stating that the driver attempted to deliver my package at 1:22PM, but that since no one was home, they would re-attempt tomorrow. The email also stated that there was even a door tag to confirm the attempted delivery. I was home ALL DAY and did not hear a knock or a doorbell ring. I even checked my door for a doortag and did NOT find anything. I proceeded to replay my security cameras to determine if a FEDEX truck was outside my home or drove by from 1PM to 2PM -- NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO FEDEX TRUCK, NO FEDEX DRIVER, NO PACKAGE, NO DOORTAG, NO ATTEMPTED DELIVERY MADE!!! PERIOD.I called customer service and all they could say was they dont know why the package wasnt delivered and that they will re-attempt a delivery tomorrow before 8PM. WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIARS!!Next Unsatisfactory Experience with Fedex August 2020: My package was slated for delivery on Friday 8/28/20, but since then, the status has been changed from delivery at end of day to pending and has been sitting at the Maple Grove Distribution Center for 3 days. Finally, Sunday night (8/30), it was marked for delivery on 8/31/20. Its now 8/31/20 and there still is no delivery. The status was just changed back to pending at the Rogers location. This is ridiculous! Second time my TIME is getting wasted by Fedex.

Let me first start this off by saying there is a evil rude woman with black disheveled hair heavy set that is about the meanest person I’ve ever dealt with that works at the front. If I could 0 rate I would. I had a credit card supposed to be sent to me overnight and as the second day came and it stillDidn’t arrive I started wondering. After 4 more days I finally called my bank and got the tracking number. It was for fed ex and said that this place had tried delivering my package 3 times which isn’t true at all. 7 days went by and I finally called this place and demanded nicely they deliver it, and they told me that they had tried 3 times and would not again and to come in get it myself. I couldn’t believe they were refusing and I told them they definitely never attempted to deliver it. I drove 20 miles to pickIt up and finally got it. I don’t understandHow this horrendous place can claim they attempt to deliver 3 times without inquiring with someone when they literally have all the info they need. I didn’t have a credit card for a week and wouldn’t have ever gotten it unless I didn’t inquire.

I AM VERY UPSET. I had a very important package being delivered today. The fedex guy didnt even bother too buzz my apartment, just left a note that my package was going too be at the Walgreens by me. I get it if I wasnt home, but I was home all day, and when you buzz me it goes straight too my phone for you too let me in. Around the time he came I was on my phone watching a show the whole time, and i wouldve gotten the buzz, also I never gotten a missed buzz. So I leave with my baby once I get it since my status says attempted delivery, and the lady says jes not back and shes shocked he didnt put hell be back at 4pm or 6pm. So I get to call them at that time and ask if he gave them my package. Its ridiculous that he couldnt just buzz me. Rude and unprofessional.Also just found out the fedex guy also has a key too our apartment building.Seriously!? Literally all you had too do was press my apartment number or walk in. Ive now had 2 Smartpost packages languishing in the Maple Grove facility for nearly a week waiting for transfer to a post office about five miles away. Estimated delivery date changes daily, and after 4 days of changes delivery estimates they have now been listed as pending for 24 hours and have supposedly been on the way to the post office since Friday Morning. Lost? Mis-directed? Who knows, because their customer service is nonexistent. Pathetic service!

Dropped off a package that was fragile. I put arrows all over the box pointing up advising to keep the box in the upright position. As soon as I handed the box to the agent, she moved the box so it was on the side. What is the point of me putting fragile and up arrows on the box if it wont be followed? Unfortunately this is the closest FedEx to me and I dont have another option, but you need to train your people better.

Each time I have items shipped to me via FedEx, the Maple Grove location ships them to Rogers, only to have the Rogers location ship them back to Maple Grove. Why? Because I dont live any where near Rogers and Maple Grove should be delivering my packages. Thus causing my packages to be a few days past the scheduled delivery date, which is highly disappointing when its Christmas gifts.
