The incompetence of this office was unbelievable. I was horrified when I went to pick up my antique documents that were supposed to be trimmed to fit into my archive storage box. The trim was about 1/8. I even left the box with them to avoid any mistakes.With 1/2 borders, they managed to cut into the print on the documents.I was told they slipped in the cutter. I can only suppose that the careless employee either forgot to clamp them before cutting or just didnt care enough to check before cutting.I wish I could post without any stars. They should get zero.
Had a poster printed and my instructions where a little tricky because of the very specific dimensions I needed and the employees where so awesome and patient with me. They ended up printing it 3 times before finally getting it right but the guy was really nice about it!
Not a good location and seeing they have a 2.7 star rating. Repeated issues at this one location.Brought an item to ship yesterday in a box, pre-tagged. Deanna forced me to buy an overpriced bubble-mailer, refused to ship without it. Make no sense, uhhh, its in a box, which box trumps bubble mailer... Id like my $1.60 back.
I dont know why this locations rating is this low. I have great experience at this Fedex location. People here are fridenly, sometimes they are kind of slow but it doesnt bother me too much.
Same day prints ready ahead of time on a Sunday. Great quality and service, they even fixed a blur in the image I originally overlooked.
This fedex location is the worst when it comes to customer service 😒, they treat you as of you are imposing on them rather than them providing a service to you. They look and roll their eyes in the most judgmental manner. There is this one girl there she is the only consistent face I have seen there and her attitude is just the worst, why do they still have her there,I dont know her name but if I ever step foot back in that facility I will most definitely get that name and post it.
The customer service here is awesome! Ive gone there a number of times to use their photocopiers, to buy supplies, and most recently to mail packages, as the post office has been less than reliable. It costs a little more, but my packages arrive to the recipient the next day (or sometimes the day after, if I get it in too late in the day), with tracking, and it is reliable. The store is unfailingly clean and organized, and I never have a problem finding what I need.Recently I went there to see if I could print some long documents that I had downloaded from a website via an iPad app. It was too much to try to print on my home printer. Adam and Zoey helped me. Adam showed me exactly what I needed to do to submit them, which was quite easy. I expected that I would have to submit the job and come back later to get them -- there were other people in the store. But he and Zoey got to them right away. I was expecting to come away with a stack of 80+ pages of copy. Adam suggested some very inexpensive add-ons since this is going to be something that I use and reference often. I came away with a very professional looking, spiral bound booklet, with protective front and back covers - and for a very reasonable amount of money.I appreciated the care that they took, and the suggestions that I hadnt even considered. More than that, they were pleasant, friendly and professional the whole time, truly making me feel like a valued customer. Ill be going back, as I have other things such as this to print, and Id like to have them done the same way.

I was buzzed for my package and was not home so I asked delivery guy to deliver package to my apartment office and he said no (its literally 100 ft away from the building I am in) so I asked him to bring it back to the fedex location and not to leave package in front of my apartment door. What does he do? Leaves it in front of my door and now it has vanished. Poor delivery service as this is not my first time asking them to not leave it unattended.
When delivering to your apartment no time when their coming no call they just expect you to b sitting around waiting for them to come. I missed a package Fedex said it was coming the next day at the same time was out there for a hour no package came. FedEx need to better their service .
Crystal was excellent to work with and got my order shipped right away. Amy, the manager, did a great job assisting me timely with my Poster Prints which came out with excellent quality in a glossy print.
I have been frequenting this location since it first opened up and the only things thathave changed, which I feel is for the better is the technology.The staff has always been extremely helpful, friendly and very professional and great to work with.Anytime I need to ship anything through FedEx or use any ok kinkos various services I always come to this location.I cant wait until the Scamdemic-pandemic and the elections are over so kinkos can return to there regular operating hours.
Apparently delivered my package, as my package number says “delivered”...but, I never got it. Customer service told me the driver remembered delivering it, and left it at the door. The driver delivered another package to my spouse and told him that the package was the size of an envelope and must have gotten blown away ... WHY WOULD YOU PUT AN ENVELOPE ON A DOOR STEP?!

Store employee Christine acts like she’s doing you a favor by letting you ship a package with Fedex. Not once, not twice, but THREE times she has refused to send my package because I don’t have enough “packaging material” inside the box and the shoes I wanted to return were “sliding around” inside. I literally repackaged the shoes exactly the same way they were shipped to me. Every other employee is really friendly and doesn’t give me any difficulty. Christine shouldn’t be working with customers!
I dont use FedEx for shipping (The Maple Grove location is 10 miles from my house, while their chief rival has a quite satisfactory store 1 mile from my house), but this Maple Grove location is the closest to being within reasonable driving distance and convenience from me that has a large-scale printer-plotter, which is what I need to reproduce designs life-sized. Ive always found the staff to be helpful, though not everyone is really knowledgeable about their self-serve printer equipment. Ive never done large-scale, office-type document reproduction via a FedEx/Kinkos location, but Ive had designs and drawings in small numbers reproduced here for quite a few years, and when glitches have arisen, the staff has always been willing to do what they could to resolve the issue.
WORST ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOR AND SERVICE by Store employee ALYSSA. Wonder how this location still functioning. Never listens to customer. I should really give a negative star, but dont have an option.
Luckily there is another FedEx down the road. If this was my only option, I could not continue to go there and have to deal with Christine. If she was the only option, I would have to switch providers. If there were no other providers, I would have to drive my packages around the country because I would rather do that than deal with her. Other people are nice.Also, stop asking me what Im shipping.
Ive been to this location 4 times over the past year and the experiences have been night and day. Twice I have had Britney provide outstanding customer service with a smile and pleasant demeanor........and twice I have had the unfortunate experience of being served by the Store Manager Christine. A general attitude of contempt and annoyance toward the customer are quite unbecoming. Perhaps a job that is less customer facing would be a better fit for Christine.The two star rating I gave are both because of Britney. Im not sure if she still works there, but can imagine Christine would be a big reason she would have left.I would gladly pay the high prices if Britney were the one to assist, but if Christine is my option, Ill find someplace else to take my business.

They mustve made changes due to all the negative reviews Ive seen because I went there twice within a couple weeks and had great experiences both times.The first time I need to send a notarized letter and I was greeted the moment I came in and then helped quickly and competently in sending it and it arrived in time too.Second time I needed to send a few parts for work. Again greeted immediately and the young guy at the counter said the lady who was taking the shipment was leaving soon so he quickly got me a box and packing for the inside and we got it out in time. Very fast and helpful.Not sure if i got super lucky two different times with different pepole or if they have listened to everyone. Either way I recommend giving this place a chance.
Do not go to this location since you will likely be unable to ship your package in the box you bring it in. They will not accept any retail box since ANY box with a picture on it does not meet their standards. You need to purchase an expensive box.
The service was average, their prices are way too expensive.Regarding the service. I realize that most print jobs are unique, dealing with all types of file formats, paper sizes, etc. The employee helping us almost printed our document with the left portion cutoff. I caught it and we manually adjusted the margins together. I would have expected her to catch that.I had 5 pages printed on cardstock 8.5 x 11 paper. Single color. $8.00. So expensive!

Rude service by Christine in two occasions. By phone trying to track a package and in person trying to ship a package. Apparently this location will not ship packages that say UPS on them, even though they meet their guidelines posted at their site and the labels are scratched off.
Needed to ship back an item I had just purchased. I interacted with ALYSSA who treated me terribly as though she was angry I was in the store. She refused to include my shopping receipt in the return package, and I had to demand her to give me my receipt because she didnt want to give it to me. She stormed away angrily after talking back to me for having the audacity to request my receipt for proof of shipping.
For all of your printing needs, you may want to try the UPS up the street. This FedEx location doesnt have the equipment to print some of the more basic requests. UPS - no problem.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!Brought in a Home Depot shipping box, they denied it spitting out some policy that NO OTHER FEDEX PLACE HAS. Ive never had an issue shipping boxes at any location except this one. Their previous review history looks to follow suit. This store needs to be replaced.I even spoke to the manager and she is completely oblivious to how a business should be ran. FedEx should take a look at this establishment and see that it does not conform to customer expectations.

Boy at counter would not take my package because he thought it was a different companies box? Give me a break, there were NO visible logos of any other business. Clerk was very rude and unprofessional. There was another customer in line who seemed to share the same opinion. Went to Minnetonka location and they had no problem taking the same package. Avoid at all costs

Wow, I hate to say this, but the service was terrible. There was only a clerk in store. My husband went to get a print made... The print job shouldve taken 5 minutes, because it was a self-serve, large print on large paper--so it wouldve been true-to-size. Halfway through printing, the machine runs out of paper. First, the guy puts in the paper onto the roller wrong. Then takes the roller and the paper off. Re-does it again. The whole time, cussing under his breath (or so he thinks). The rest of the time, hes alternatively helping customers pick up orders or doing other things.My husband spent nearly an hour inside this store... and the guy still charged him for the print. The print shouldve been free, considering all the hassle for what shouldve been a 5 minute job, printing and paying included.Avoid this store like the plague. It certainly makes me miss the Kinkos and Copyworks stores when I was a student in Ames, IA 10 years ago...
The staff were friendly enough but the prices are insane! 70 copies of a double sided 8x11 on regular card stock one side color and one side b&w is $170. Even on a cheaper paper it was still $140. I went online in my car and I can literally go to Target and and buy a brand new printer, a paper cutter, and 2 reams of cardstock for $125.

Copies are a few cents more than office Max which adds up. Customer service was bad asked how to get a receipt they said oh a kiosk over there with some random wave yes it kind of was in front of me if I had looked around a bit more but I had never used their services before and didnt know which kiosk it was.
Shockingly unable to print on A4-sized paper with their 100K printer. Beware approaching with any job slightly outside the norm.

Brought my package with prepaid label here and was refused because they want to sell me the packing peanuts.I drove to Fedex shipping center (7555 Meridian Cir N, Maple Grove, MN 55369) few blocks away. No question asked.
