They allowed people to walk threw the drive threw. no matter how wonderful the coffee is (WHICH ITS AMAZING) the location of this drive threw is already hard to get in. if someone hit me the 2 little skinny girls in front of me would have been SMASHED between my car and the one in front of them. just made me concerned the whole time. is the lobby not open? if its not open maybe you guys need a walk up counter?

I love coming here! Im hooked on the Mermaid with coconut milk. I havent tried much of the coffee aside from the Area 51. Sometimes the waits are long, but its always worth it to me! The baristas are kind, friendly, and follow masking protocol which is important during the pandemic.

I can only speak about the Maple Valley location, but I have nothing but great experiences to talk about. Me and my mom go here almost every weekend. My mom sometimes goes during the week as well. Everyone is always super nice and the drinks are great. Maple Valley is a little limited on places to get food and drinks, so Gravity tends to get a little busy at times, but if they’re able, the girls leave the shop and take orders from the cars in line to speed up the process. Highly recommend these guys. Also their energy drink infusions are BOMB!

Experiences have varied. I had a great experience the first time, with tasty drinks for both a friend and myself; fast service, and I left a 5-star review. Im editing that, because I tried being a repeat customer.The 2nd time was good.3rd time was still fast, but the drinks were poorer tasting—one was too sweet, the other was a little bland.The 4th time, traffic was backed up across the way, into the Walgreens parking lot, but the line moved quickly. I just got something for myself that time—so it was just 1 drink. It was so awful that I threw it away. The tossed order was the Area 51, which had been the same, once tasty drink Id ordered the 1st time. The 1st time I ordered it it, it was delicious. On later reorder it wasnt minty, and tasted bland.So, how tasty a drink is seems to depend on who makes it, because the quality isnt consistent here. But they do have consistently fast service. I havent been back for a couple of weeks now, but may try them again in the future.

NONE of the baristas had masks on covering their mouth and nose. It took 10 minutes for two drinks that I already paid for but cant drink cause they werent wearing masks. Also the whole time they were talking about sleeping with someones mom. Im a barista at a different coffee chain and I wear a mask over my mouth and nose for 5-8 hours a day and keep my conversations in front of customers appropriate. Asking for the bear minimum in a global pandemic.

Fantastic environment, employees have always greeted me with a smile and a great service ever since the first time I went in. To top it off a great product that tastes great. Kendall specifically has always made it a fantastic experience, Phenomenal customer service and always friendly.

Friendly staff! Ordered the vanilla chai tea with one scoop and with coconut milk. It was just sweet enough and so delicious. You can choose a cozy corner or a window as you sip your favorite brew. Definitely worth a visit!

I am a little bit of a mobile payment enthusiast so I pretty much stick to a certain company that does that really well... they were closed the other day so I branched out... the coffee is so much better here its a little crazy... also, service was fast and friendly.

Was always such a huge Starbucks fan till I tried there coffee. ITS AMAZING! I come here regularly now and the girls make the place so inviting. Jessica and Karoline never fail to make me the best coffee and it’s always spot on every time:) Noticed how Katie is very confident in what she does, always focuses on putting the needs of her customers first and making sure that they are happy. The service here is great and so is the coffee what more can you ask for? This place has become my go to spot now.

Grandson loved his Oreo milkshake, granddaughter liked her dirty (with coffee) spiced chai tea, I abstained. The staff was helpful, agreeable and patient. Interesting snack stuff was available but we wished to keep something of an appetite for dinner. Check it out. Its the kind of thing youd like if you like that kind of thing.

Best coffee shop in town! I work remotely and I love being able to pop in here, sip on a delicious mocha, and get some work done. The baristas bring a positive and fun energy to the cafe, while keeping it clean and inviting. Bonus points for putting a huge smile on my daughters face when she gets a chocolate milk, that whipped cream is her favorite! Keep up the great work!

Love the interior design and overall feel. It has a very modern design giving it a unique feel. Trendy names for some specialty coffee drinks. Actual drinks are what you expect from a espresso coffee house.

I’ve visited many coffee stands including other Gravity locations and have never received the type of service like I have at maple valley. Danielle consistently makes me drink perfect and always has the best recommendations when I’m feeling indecisive. The service is fast, even with a few cars in line and all of the girls go out of their way to make friendly conversation with me at the window.

Possibly the best coffee in Maple Valley and always served with a smile ! Easily accessible with plenty of surrounding parking plus they also have a drive thru. They now have a loyalty card as well so be sure to pick one up !

My salted carmel machiotto-iced is yummy. My husband got the Area 51...he is unsure about the Mint used...its unusual tasting. The customer service was great and Im sure well come back and try again.

Can’t even make a caramel macchiato. When I went back inside right after the drive thru they said that’s what I ordered but yet it wasn’t even layered. Never had this problem during the week day.

Got two blue zero gravity drinks (which is what I usually get at the stand closer to home ) and both tasted like they had a cleaner/chemical in it . This was close to closing time so maybe they haven’t cleaned the lines for the energy fuser throughly but I was unsatisfied. Usually this drink is good & my regular .

The staff is so nice and accommodating!! The atmosphere and design of the place is super cozy and and inviting. These are the two reasons I drive almost half an hour out of my way to go to this location instead of going to the drive-thru cIoser to where I live. Also their cosmos and iced caramel macchiatos do not disappoint:D

Coffee is watered down. The latte tasted like steamed milk and Americano like a week drip coffee. Also they got the order wrong -16 oz instead of 12
