Brought in a factory new bumper for painting (project car). Was a little nervous, because Id been shafted by a paint shop in the past (which was later sued out of business). That being said, these guys were professional, friendly, and took the time to call me twice with updates. The paint job itself looks AMAZING, tint matched, and baked. Unbelievably, the turn around time wasnt weeks, days, but a mere 24 hours for a rare Subaru color (13V / Sonic Yellow). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jeff, Sandy and the rest of the team a Maplewood Caliber were great to work with! Communication was excellent with Jeff sending frequent updates on my repair and it was done earlier than expected. All repairs look great and very well done. The customer service and the job performed are top notch. The interior of the car was cleaned as well, which was great. Their body shop is THE WORST shop to go to. They delay everything and blame it on covid. My car was returned to me with other problems (wipers not working and scratches on my car). I saw a review that was clearly removed explaining similar experiences. The people here have no idea what they are doing. Go somewhere else! You’ve been WARNED!!

A deer ran into my car, causing paint and body damage along the entire drivers side of my CR-V. My insurance paid for the repair of the damage caused by the deer. With my vehicle being an older model (over 12 years old), Caliber made my drivers side look like a band new car. Night and day to the passenger side.The only thing I was disappointed in was the amount of time it took to repair. Ive never had body work done on a vehicle before, so I cannot judge by experience that the job should have gone quicker, but Ive never had a vehicle take over 3 weeks to fix. Usually only 1 week max. I was generally given at least one update a week saying it was on track for the 3 week finish time, but more detail on the progress so I could have a better understanding of the process and why it takes that long to repair would have made the experience a perfect 10, 5+star rating.

As a first time customer at this shop, I would suggest/recommend that if there isn’t enough staff/workers in the shop, avoid accepting new appointments. We brought in our car on July 14th and didn’t get it back until August 25th. The single rear door repair was delayed for over a month and we were told something new each time (damaged parts, delays due to uncovering additional underlying damages, high number of concurrent car repairs).Giving 1 star for the effort to accommodate for the multiple delays by supplying us a temporary rental car which was for 6 days out of the month when our car was in the shop and 2 stars for our service advisor Mike who kept us updated on the status of our repair. Although the updates were news of completion dates and followed by delayed notices, we appreciated the honesty. Unfortunately, I can’t say that I will be coming back to this shop.

Caliber did an amazing job fixing dents in my Equinox. Very pleased with the quick service I received, they make the customer number one. If I run into any issues in the future I will be returning to this body shop.

I could not see where repairs started or ended. It was seamless. No interior damage but inside was cleaned to look like new. I have never been to a car wash that has done that good of a job. While not there responsibility or policy, I was given a ride home and picked up when my car was ready. I only live about 3 miles away but still convenient for me. All the people I worked with were were friendly and kept me informed.

Vehicle was totaled out but the employees have awesome customer service, they are thorough and keep you up to date, didn’t get vehicle back due to the excessive damage but they’ve done work before and did a beautiful job, when logical they bring life back to your vehicle, had I paid out of pocket for all damages which was way too much I’d have complete confidence this place would effortlessly make it brand new! I will ALWAYS go to this place and my family and friends also swear by it! Didn’t hear what I wanted but I truly trust these people and have seen their magnificent work!

Took it in for an estimate but they said to leave it and it will be done in a few days. I was told it was done so went in to pick it up. Turns out it’s not done yet, still waiting for an ordered part. I was told to take it home and bring it back when the part arrived and I had to pay for the whole amount which is all covered by the insurance company, which I did, and the insurance would reimburse me. Now why do I have to pay for it when the payment should have just came directly from the insurance company to the shop. And why didn’t they just wait for the part to arrived before telling me to take it in. That’s two trips for me, which is a waste of my time.

I had a collision on the front end of my car. The staff are very good and professional. They’re updating me all the time and they finish the work earlier than i expected. I had some damage to my rear passenger side door. They were able to replace the panel, fix some other shapes, and paint everything in 4 business days. I was expecting it to take a week and a half at least! Got the car back cleaner than when I dropped it off and everyone was friendly friendly observing all the COVID precautions needed.

I was rear-ended and Caliber was the preferred body shop of the other drivers insurance company. From start to finish Caliber was extremely thorough in communicating with me but also handled so much of the entire situation that I never had to stress about anything. They completed the work way faster than I thought possible and even earlier than the projected time. Everyone who I was helped by was so incredibly nice. It was just a really painless and seamless experience for something that can otherwise be a lot of stress. They were also incredibly accommodating whenever I had to make a last minute change or ask for something different. Im hoping I dont need their services for body work any time soon, but I will definitely be taking my car to Caliber for my future car needs.

I scraped the side of my car on a short retaining wall and gouged the bottom of the door and into the rocker panel. Caliber Collision in Maplewood did a fantastic job repairing the damage and restoring the car to new condition. Even though they had to disassemble the door and other parts, there are no new rattles or noises, so again they did a great job with the reassembly. And the folks at the Maplewood branch are very professional and knowledgeable, and texted me a couple times a day to keep me abreast of the progress. I appreciated the feedback! I would definitely go back to Caliber Collision if I ever need car body repairs again. Thanks Caliber for doing such a great job!

They took over a month and about 2 weeks to get my car back. One of the turn signals was out on the left side. Had to bring the car back so they could change it. One of the security lights is on for the keyless entry that wasnt on there before. Now I gotta bring it in again and pay out of pocket for a rental. Trunk was re arranged and not put back like it was suppose to be. The left side sounds off when I turn. Another appointment I have to schedule now. This has became a headache. Never again. Wont becoming here again. UN happy customer!! Well got into another appointment and they finally took care of the problem. All the necessary lights got turned off like they should. I smashed my car into a pillar because I was so excited to find a great parking spot. I found caliber through my USAA insurance who said they were a auto body partner. I essentially did nothing, between USAA and Caliber, they worked out the estimate, payment and my car was done in a very timely manner. They also partnered w/ Enterprise Rental Car to have the rental delivered to me at the auto body shop. It smelt good in the shop, my car was repaired w/ care.

Google, I think it was, asks me to share what a place is like right now, not sure what that means, its a nice looking building, slightly difficult to get into because Hwy 61 is kind of busy and the place is on the East service road maybe 1,000 feet South of I694. As a business, Caliber has their stuff together, professional, friendly, no BS as far as I could tell. auto body work isnt cheap anywhere but they handled the insurance and customer communications fine.

Got my car looking new from this Autoshop a week or two ago. I just want to thank Sandy for being able to schedule my appointment the week I wanted to bring my car in. Second I want to thank Mike for doing an excellent job on repairing the damages on my car as well as keeping me up to date where the status of my repair is at. Car looks like as if it was brand new from the inside and out!

My parked car got hit by a city bus and the insurance wouldn’t cover a rental car for me so they worked hard squeeze me in right away and get it done as quick as possible! The got the entire left side looking brand new in just under a week! They even stayed a little late the last day so I wouldn’t have to go an extra day without a car! They are amazing! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs body work!

I would highly recommend finding a different body shop than ABRA Maplewood, MN. I made an appointment to get an inspection/car drop off. When I showed up at the shop an associate told me it was only an estimate appointment. This is not what I was told when booking and what my confirmation email stated.This is my confirmation email:An appointment is set up to repair your vehicle at ABRA. You are dropping off your vehicle with us so that we can conduct a complete and thorough inspection. Once the inspection is completed, we will contact you with an estimate of the damages, and then begin the repair process.Please plan on about 20-30 minutes to complete some paperwork and a visual inspection of the damages at the time of drop off. At the conclusion of the walk around, we will provide you with an estimated date of completion.Do not forget to remove all personal items from your vehicle before leaving it with us.The associate told me he had no idea how long it would be until they could get my car repaired. This has caused a headache for me, as I had planned based off what I was told and booked a rental car that I have to pay out of pocket for.If they had properly communicated what was going to happen and how long it would take I would not have an issue. Unfortunately they dropped the ball and I will be giving business to a shop that stands by their word.

Happy with my visit here. Service was provided at a price I couldnt argue with after making an appointment in person. Would gladly return for body service.

First, I wasnt informed with a status about my truck, so I decided to call and see and if it was done and they told me its almost and should be able to pick up he next day. And found out that they didnt have my correct number in the system, so thats why they couldnt get a hold of me, but left a voice mail and someone else voicemailSecond, when i got my truck back found out my power charging outlet didnt work. Before I took the truck in everything worked fine, so check the fuse it was blown. Replace it but only one work and the other one didnt. Took the truck back to the shop, but they say they couldnt do anything about it since it wasnt cause by the repair.

Took my car in for repairs and they fixed it up in about 2 weeks, called me to let me know about everything. They did a really great job with the paint job too and cleaning the inside of the vehicle

If you have your car inspected or left there and they call you and you miss the call, then you dont need to worry about it, according to the guy on the phone. no need to worry about it if you miss the call from them. its nothing important. oh ya, sure, no need to worry about it. good luck, just lost a customer. im pretty sure the owner of that place just love his worker that he hired to deal with customer. losing customer here and there. im sure if i dont need to worry about it, they wouldnt call me.

Brought my truck in due to a side swipe going from the driverside fender to the end of the truck bed. when i got it back the apparent damage was taken care of but it looks like they left a few more deep scratches on the same side. I figured that with the severity of the side swipe that typically the entire panel gets stripped down and repainted over but i still came out with scratches on the same side even though supposedly on the reciept it says they repainted the entire side. The scratches looks like they were made from either rough handling of tools or keys. (For another job) passenger side, looks like they used actual pliers to remove the antenna versus the nom barring ones, so now my radio antenna is all beat up.

Always the best work done. No shortcuts and I enjoy the text message updates. Wont bring my vehicles anywhere else.

This place does not deserve a star. One person screwed it up for the entire Abra. I dropped my car off a month and about a week ago. They didnt start the process until two weeks later. Mike who is in charge of it keeps pushing the finish date back for three weeks now. I mean if its not going to be ready in a month then JUST SAY THAT because they keep putting my hopes up. Id rather take it elsewhere to get it finished at a earlier and honest date!

Never take your vehicle to Abra for services. The mechanics do poor jobs and horrible. I have accident on 03/02/2017 and brought my vehicle for services, but they done my vehicle with horrible job! I will upload picture on here shortly. It is too bad and horrible jobs by Abra !!!!!

Replaced my windshield, but chipped the paint on the roof in the process.. All was fixed, but didnt look seemless... Also found that they dropped the black sealant on my works and damaged them. Worked not go back, ever.

I got in an accident and my car was towed to this shop. They looked at the damage and told me they would call within 2 days for an official estimate and have it fixed about 2 weeks after. So i waited about a week before they got back to me with the full estimate. So i thought okay i should have my car fixed in about 2 weeks, awesome. Well here i am almost 5 weeks since i brought my car in and im still waiting to pick it up. They have been calling multiple times a week to give me updates. And each update is pretty much to say well its taking longer than we thought so itll be another week. I was just told that they just had to finish painting it and then it will be ready by the end of the week. Well today i got another call and now were going to see where its at on monday. Ive been renting a car for over a month now when they originally told me it would be about 2 and a half weeks, which is what i planned on. Theres no reason why its taken twice as long as what they quoted me originally, other than they are imcompetant and suck at their job or they just dont care. Either way im very unsatisfied and would not recommend bringing your car here if you plan on getting it back anytime soon.

They have a contract with USAA (my insurance company). They are supposed to provide a repair estimate, as an adjuster would. However, they refused to give an estimate, just asking me to leave it there to have it repaired. I said I only wanted an estimate so that I could decide if I wanted to have it fixed, and they refused. I am complaining to USAA.
