If I could rate zero I would they ripped us off so bad and Im sure they sabotaged my brakes and muffler we brought our Volkswagen in for back brakes ended up paying 600 for calibur 2 weeks later front brakes brake line and axle needed to be replaced 4 days and 450 later we got our car back. The car sounds like a tractor which it didnt sound like before. And they dont respect women customers. I strongly STRONGLY suggest avoiding this place like the plague

I brought my car in because my breaks were going straight to the floor and the break light came on. They told me I needed new rear brakes and one caliper. The total was close to $500 dollars. I understand parts for a VW Passat can be costly. But this charge was excessive. After complaining they told me they needed to break a bolt because they couldnt access the breaks without a key. They broke the bolt and explained they needed to refill with break fluid and that I would need to go purchase break fluid for them. I told them I brought the car for you to fix, not for me to run around getting break fluid granted I had no means to get it because I had no car. I paid to get my car. They told me I owed an extra $28 for the fluid and something else. I agreed to pay later. 2 and a half weeks later the breaks go straight to the floor and the light comes back on again, so I head home. 15 minutes later the rear right tire blows. I bring the car back telling them the car wasnt repaired correctly. They proceed to tell me that now its my front break line thats has been damaged and I need a new axel and tire as well. (Remember I said, rear tire)I said.why didnt you tell me that the first time.aside from the tire this is the same damage from before and probably what caused the tire to blow as well. he insists this is new damage that occured after I brought it the first time. Long story short I was charged and additional $470 to repair the front break line and axel. They worked on my car for a total of 5 days citing that they werent done yet because they were closed memorial day. Obviously in my opinion they probably didnt fix the correct problem the first time. I ended up paying close to a thousand dollars for breaks, Labor came up to between 300 to 500 of that.. Needless to say I wont be going back and may take them to small claims court.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE .. they will up charge you a different price then they quote you, they steal ( the stole my entire aftermarket car play / android play 9.7 “ radio thing ) and charged me 2k more then estimated and didn’t do half the services and when I was upset and demanded a cheaper price they refused and held my vehicle for collateral…

Good shop friendly people they know what to do

Professional, fast service at a great rate. I found them only because they were close to where my car broke down and I wanted to save on towing fees, but Im glad I ended up here. Highly recommend!

Do not go ever trust me you’ll thank me later. I hate that I had to give them 1star just to leave a review. They are unprofessional can barely understand what they are saying no one knows what’s goin on. Waist of time and money......

Wilson and Jon are exceptional people and their work is 2nd to none. They stayed after hrs just to get my veh to me on time. They were honest and gave me a run around of what was needed unlike other shops which tried to up sell me. I recommend them 100% if youre looking for great honest work and they definitely know what theyre doing here.Thanks guys, will be my go to shop from here on out.

I’ve gone twice now, and both times I left no better. First, for an oil change, the mechanic could do it but the owner (who wasn’t there and didn’t know when he’d return) needed to run the credit card so I would have to pay with cash or go somewhere else. The second time was a Friday at 12:30pm and, though the hours were 7am-6pm the door was locked and no note posted.I was trying to support local business.
