I had a horrible scratch on my car that was just an eyesore to look at. I caved and went to get it fixed. I could tell that places were trying to cheat me because I was a young female going around asking for quotes by myself, but Rick was super genuine with me from the get-go. His reaction to my scratch was exactly how I felt and I could tell he was going to do a good job. I knew it wasnt going to be a cheap fix, but he worked with me and made it worth it for me to pay for it without my insurance. He got me scheduled to do the repair in a timely manner, even when its mostly just him doing the repairs on the cars. Hes a professional business owner, someone who I was able to have great conversation with for extended periods of time both when I got my quote and picked up my vehicle after being repaired, and I had just met him not long before that. I told him I didnt want to have to come back, but I definitely would if I needed to; he said, Im like a doctor. You dont want to have to see me, but Im here if you need me. His work on my car went above and beyond my expectations; it looks like there was never any sort of damage on my car at all whatsoever and I thought that scratch was never going to come out. 11/10 recommend.

Plow truck backed up into my front fender and cracked my front bumper. Georges Auto Body was the owner of the plow trucks shop of choice. Honestly, Rick is a friendly guy. Always answered my questions and was very respectful. But the work done to my car was horrible. The pieces that are on the side of my bumper are clipped in. Some how, someone decided to drill in the pieces. My right fog light bulb was cracked during the accident and he ordered a new bulb to replace it and it was fine. But after I received the car, my other fog light was not working. Turns out it was not even plugged in.. I also found multiple scratches on my car in places that shouldnt have been scratched. It shows the lack of carefulness to the vehicle while doing the job. My last complaint was the paint job on my front bumper. He rushed the whole job. You could see lots of little bumps on the bumper. There were also two unpainted areas the size of a fingernail. I asked what happened there and he said he must have scratched it when putting on the bumper. Honestly, it took a week and a half to complete and the owners of my apartment and Georges Auto Body was just no professional about my car. Heres a tip, if you own an import car, dont bring it here. They barely have any experience with imports and will creating more dings and dents than there was before. Dont waste your time and money here.
