Had nothing less than a great experience bringing my car here to get a dent popped out my fender. Horacio knew right away within 5 seconds the same dent had been popped out before improperly by wherever the previous owner of my car brought it to. I got in touch with Horacio from my auto service package. He was referred to me as the paint and dent tech that would be able to fix my car in one day. Although we had to reschedule multiple times due to inclement weather, we finally settled on a day for me to bring in my car.I had a few dings and scratches from shopping carts and unfortunate road debris, but Horacio removed all of my dents and repaired the scratches to the best of his ability. I called Jersey Dent to see if they could fix a dent above my front passenger wheel well on my Subaru Outback. Filipe came to my office to take a look and give me an estimate an hour or so after my initial call. Unfortunately it was raining or he would have fixed it the same day. He came back the following day and after a few hours the dent was fixed. I could not be happier with the job Filipe did and I would highly recommend giving Jersey Dent a call before you take your car to a body shop for any minor dents on your car. Save yourself time, money and the pain of possibly having to rent a car while your car is in the shop.

Made a appointment with Horacio to repair a small dent on my 2019 BMW X4, Im been honest, I was little skeptical by reading all the reviews, is he really that good, Horacio took his time and pull out the dent on the driver side door and polish the door panel, after the repair is done I try to find the spot where it was, it took me a long time by searching with all kinds of angles and let me tell you, that dent was 99.5% gone, Im a very picky person, if there is visibility on the panel I will spot it, in this case there is none, I just have to polish the surface more to get that 0.5% off the paint. If you guys need to get your car dent to be remove, Horacio is your guy. Im very happy with the results. Thank you so much.

Had a dent in passenger side rear door in the area around the wheel well moulding and the bottom moulding, approximately 12 in diameter, with a small area pushed in more than the rest. I just purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback Limited and had about 2500 miles when a deer decided to trot out and hit my driver side door, just below the door molding. After the deer hit my car, he got up like Scooby-Doo, and ran into the woods without serious injury. I was very bummed and remembered, with my old car, when a car detailer was able to get a baseball size dent, out of my fender, the paintless way. I was amazed! I have a Lexus LS that had a small vertical multi-ding door ding In the center of the drivers door. I scheduled a appointment at my Lexus dealer to have the dent removed by PDR. The dent specialist at this dealer did a great job previously on my wife’s GX suv and spent a lot of time making it perfect.However this time the service writer told me the PDR guy said to take it to a body shop and it was not fixable. These guys have a magnificent technique. They remold your dent back into shape from the inside. This is much better than having to use bondo, sand, resurface, repaint, and clear coat your car as they do in a body shop. I highly recommend this service. Excellent!

After someone dinged my new Dodge Challenger I found Jersey Dents in an online search. I initially sent a request through the portal on their website. I did not hear back so I called and spoke to Horacio directly. He was having difficulty reading messages through the website so he told me to send a direct e-mail with pictures of the ding to jerseydents@hotmail. After viewing the pictures, Horacio promptly e-mailed me back with an estimate and an appointment for the following Saturday.When I showed up for my appointment I met Filipe and Tony who were both very nice. Filipe worked on the ding and Tony worked on a rock chip. The ding was deep so I was a little nervous it would not come out. It took a lot of work but Filipe is a perfectionist and did an amazing job in making it disappear all together. Tony (also a perfectionist) was also awesome in doing his best to address a nasty rock chip. In talking with Filipe and Tony as they worked I quickly realized that they were car guys just like me. I am super happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Horacio and the boys for any dings/dents and rock chip/paint repair.
