Im a new resident to South Orange, in need of some repairs on my truck to pass the New Jersey vehicle inspection. I spoke to my neighbor Jon, he told me to go see Frank. Not only did Frank and his staff show me the caring and support of a long lost customer, but they actually cared about made sure it would pass. From this point, there will be no one else that will work it.

Weve been taking our cars (new & used) to Darin since we moved to MAPSO 13+yrs ago. Hes friendly, reliable & trustworthy. The price is always reasonable, better then any dealer and all other auto mechanics in the area. Very honest and always tell you like it is. I even take my vespa to him when it needs work. I wont go anywhere else, and refer all my friends & neighbors. SO Friendly services is simply the best!

Basically, dont buy a used car or accept an estimate on service from a dealership without South Orange Friendly in your back pocket. They just saved our bacon...AGAIN! We told the 2nd hand dealer for a car for a child of ours that we wouldnt buy the car unless SO Friendly checked it out first. They found hundreds of dollars in repairs that had to be done immediately and told us what price we should be paying. Over the years, on cars weve owned, they have beaten the cost of service from dealership service centers 95% of the time. So now we generally just take it to SO Friendly first, except on recalls. We are customers of Darrens for over 10 years. Did you ever feel like you might be getting taken advantage of by car dealers or repair shops that thought they had you at a disadvantage? SO Friendly doesnt do that. Instead, theyre your ace in the hole against a-holes. Cant understand why I didnt write this review years ago.

I sent my wife to have her car fixed and they treated her like she was family, they took very great care of her and her needs. Some people say mechanics take advantage of women but not them and they do great work for a great price. Thanks South Friendly we will continue to have our car service with you.
