I was stranded with my rescue dog in the back seat so REALLY STRANDED. I was so lucky to find this shop. They were busy with other cars but got me in and back on the road fast. I have 47 dealerships in 5 states, you will learn about a repair facility by hanging out in the waiting room. Kens has been in business for 30 + years and with the same core of techs working for him. The labor rate and parts prices were spot on fair. The quality of work was superior. You will probably get to meet the shop mascot Randy she is a friendly puppy. Thanks for a great experience...

I would not recommend this place to get you car waxed. I brought my car in that I bought a week earlier to get a wax and when I came to pick it up there was a dent and crease in the side of my car. When I pointed it out saying it wasn’t there when I dropped it off he tried to use cleaner to get a smudge out. Later when I brought it home I realized how bad the damage was and contacted him and he said that he wouldn’t do a thing about it. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up having to pay another company to fix the damage.

Was not on time for an appointment. Didn’t service my vehicle properly. Has a dog in waiting room with dog hair everywhere including the seats. Argued with me for a simple question of why wasn’t I told about the software issue when my Keyes were handed to me. It’s the worst shop ever in every way u think of it. I believe osha should come inspected this place

I havent even been there yet but I would go there just to pet the dog in the waiting room. How awesome is that.

I had a 9 am appointment on one of the coldest days this winter. When I arrived 5 minutes late, I was greatest respectfully. The vehicle I was having worked on was in the shop before I knew it. I was going to be a long process, when Ken and Rainy got there, they offered a ride to the mall.Prompt, reliable servic, courteous, explained the situation. Brought my car in for a hesitation. After saying it could be 3 different sensors, I said sure. $600 and some change. I can budget that. After they put in the new sensors the car wouldnt start. They had my car for 3 months. The only times I knew they were even working on it is when I stopped by to ask what was going on. They said they were looking for a short somewhere. I said I dont have money for them to search for a wire short for three months I was told that I wouldnt be charged for it. This was a lie. When I took it for a test drive the breaks were soft. They said they bled them. But it didnt work. I asked for a quote on a new master cylinder and was given a price. When I went finally pick up the car after 3 and a half months I saw on the receipt the they out in a used master cylinder. I pulled away 5 feet and found that the breaks were still soft. When I went back in to confront them about this after already paying they told me thats just the way they are and to drive it. Theyll get better.I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When your not originally from Minnesota and your in need of vehicle repair, it can be frustrating. I came upon Kens after looking for a close by home garage. I called and Ken answered. He told me bring my vehicle in and within 3.5-4 hours he had it done. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back again. I did not feel like I was being told I needed something I didnt and then overcharged. Awesome customer service. And an adorable pup greets you at the door.

I had a very big issue with my car and kens auto diagnosised and repaired it quickly. They were honest and let me know of all my options, pricing and even answered all my questions before working on the car. It was very comforting and wonderful to work with them.

I took my automobile their with a issue, and while having my car fixed observed the owner himself working on another vehicle doing a repair most people wouldnt do and purchased a tool to do the work properly. The people there were impressive and kind and professional, I will always consider them first and foremost.

Good work and got my car in quickly. Im not happy with the mark-up price for the parts. Max for the GM part I needed replaced was $165 but was charged $228, I asked about it and he said its after market price. Im not even sure it was the GM part put on it, the off brand was $89.

I have brought my 2008 Dodge Caravan for service after a bad experience at Fury Motors. He has always been able to get my vehicle in to his schedule, he calls with updates and lets me know when it will be complete. His pricing is very reasonable, and always gives me tips to help keep my costs low. I will always take my vehicle there for service and maintenance. I feel so lucky to have finally found a Mechanic I know and trust.

Brought my car in after a little accident. Initially was told that my bearing and my struts were bad. He gave me an estimate of $700 total after insurance coverage. I told him to go through with it. He called me back about my car and how they did the bearings and rotation but not the struts. At this point, I was confused.He then told me that my wheel was bent as well and that repairs would be $100-200. Like before, I trusted his decision and told him to go through with it as well. A couple days later, he calls me back and tells me that the wheel is irreparable and that he will order me a new one for $300. Im concerned once again, and ask to see my car and the irreparable wheel. He tells me that he doesnt have it and that its elsewhere. I tell him to order a new one for me.At this point, Ive taken off work a couple days to allow for the repairs, but because it was taking longer than expected, I needed my car to go back to work. I go in to pick up my car and he tells me the wheel wont be in for 3 business days. He then tells me that the struts also still need to be changed and claimed that I said I didnt want them. Im shocked that he would come up with such a bold faced lie. I ask how much the struts would cost me and he said he would get an estimate for me. I tell him to just give me my car and Ill be back for the wheel when it comes. I pay about $500 and leave disappointed.A couple hours later, he calls me back with the price. $1700 to replace. Im stunned. Before he told me, $700 for the total of everything together, but now he tells me that just struts will cost me much more than his initial pitch. I realize that this guy was just taking me for a ride. I tell him that I dont want the struts and to just let me know when the wheel is in.5 business days and a weekend go by, and not a call. He said it would be in 3 days. I end up calling them and they say that they have it. I go in a get a quick fix from Eddy and leave quickly and happy with Eddys professionalism and friendliness.Ken had an attitude that he didnt seem to care at all about my problems. He was clearly trying to take me for a ride. Everytime he called me, it was because he apparently found a new issue that wasnt found in the initial inspection. He blatantly lied in my face about something he claims I said. Eddy, one of the mechanics, should be the one running the place as he knows how to properly treat customers.If anyone is considering this shop, consider otherwise.

Great customer service, Ken and Bob are like a well-oiled machine, I had the engine replaced out of my wifes 2010 Buick LaCrosse Ken had found an engine with low mileage they did a partial rebuild on the new engine with seals and would not let the vehicle go if they found one single problem this was done a year ago in September 2016 and the engine is still running strong and no problems. Like I said before great customer service will always return. Give them a try youll be pleasantly surprised and relieved you found such a good auto shop!

Fast knowledgeable service, doesnt sell you parts or services that you dont need. Reasonably priced and stands behind their work. Its the only place I take my vehicles! In response to some of thsee negative feedbacks, I have been going to Ken for many years 15 or more. I have referred numerous people to him and have never heard of any inferior repairs. They have actually referred others to him as well. In closing, I would be willing to bet that what these few people have written is strongly exaggerated if not completely false.

Brought My Expedition, to Kens cuz I thought the power steering pump was going out. He said it was the steering shaft which was correct, and also told me my tranny lines were leaking. I trusted him and told him to fix them. I also had a noise sounding like a wheel barring or a warped disk brake. Ken looked at it and said it was my Transfer Case not disengaging. I found a used one at the junkyard and asked Ken if he would put it in, He hesitated but then said yeah labor would be around $300.00+. I normally bring it to Roys on 3rd and Maria who is a great friend of mine but he said he was busy and couldnt do it for a week and it would be about an hour and half labor, so no more then $200.00. So I waited and brought it to Mikes with the tranny case, Mike at Roys on 3rd and Maria checked it out and found out it wasnt the transfer case, and that it was the rear wheel barrings. So I wonder if I would have brought it to Kens would he have just put the case in and then told me my barrings were also going out, or told the truth. Im thinking Ill wait if I have to and keep going to Roys on 3rd and Maria. Least I know I can trust him... This makes me wonder if my Tranny lines were really leaking??

My 98 Toyota Rav4 died on the road because the timing belt broke. Towed it here to see how much it would cost to replace the belt. They estimated a little over $3300 to fix because they believe the pistons and valves were damaged, so it needed engine work. What they didnt know (perhaps they did but didnt want to tell me) was these Toyotas had a non interference engine, so all it needed was a timing belt. Got the timing belt replaced somewhere else for cheap and the vehicle runs normally again.

Overcharged prices here just go somewhere else
