My daughter went used car shopping and was ignored by several sales staff at other dealerships. Jeremy Woerner at Kline Volvo was happy to assist her, was exceedingly helpful, answered all her questions, helped us through the process to purchase the car she chose, and we felt we had gotten a great deal on our trade-in. I would 100% return to Kline Volvo for my next car purchase. Cant say enough good things about them, everyone was friendly and helpful.

I do not write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I am. If I could give 10 stars I would. I recently bought a used vehicle from them that wasnt a Volvo. I honestly read the reviews prior to choosing which dealership I would go too. I had found a similar price/vehicle but the dealership had less positive reviews then Kline Volvo so I went with them.We worked with Owen, he had the car out and ready prior to my arrival. He was very pleasant and not pushy at all. He was very responsive with any questions or when we need to communicate with him. We got to test drive it home and came back the next day to purchase it. We financed through the dealership and their rates where just as good as what I was independently looking at. Mike the used sales manager was very pleasant as well to work with. He was able to make our set budget price work. The whole process took about 1.5 hours.The real gem here at this dealership is they CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE OF THE CAR. We had something come up within a week of purchasing our car. They took care of us with a loaner car, delivered it to our door even, drove our car back to the dealership till they could look at our car, took care of the problem, delivered it back and picked up their loaner. (This service is amazing especially when you have little kids 3/5yrs old.) Owen our salesman also delivered/dropped off the cars.I have never been partial to any dealership when buying a car, but I would 110% recommend working with these wonderful people at Kline Volvo and if and when I need a new vehicle I will be looking at them first.

Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo. We’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and really enjoyed working with Ann in Sales. She was transparent and fair with pricing for our trade and the XC90 we were looking at. Her and managers Melissa and Mike were courteous, professional and class acts which is sometimes tough to find in this industry.

Kline Volvo service is awesome! I have serviced my 2010 Volvo XC60 there since I purchased it. Now my car has over 150K and I love the 15% off of all service because of my mileage. I use to get my tires and batteries elsewhere - because of the cost. But Ive changed to Kline because they are very attentive and prices are about the same. Bo Dunaski, my service provider, is always helpful and squeezed me in last week when I needed an urgent battery replacement. It is nice to have a relationship with your provider.

I stumbled upon purchasing the XC40, as I had already built my BMW and was going to purchase at the turn of the year. I was contemplating the price point upon comparison and felt like the Volvo was a way better deal (after spotting an XC40 at Target). I initially spoke with Tim, who was phenomenal. I then test drove with Madison Schoonmaker). I sealed the deal with Paul Christenson in finance who was sooooo amazing and honest. Everyone I worked with was personable, reasonable and informative. I appreciate the people that I interacted with. They made my experience pleasant.

I recently purchased an xc90 from the dealership, they were very responsive till the vehicle was purchased but after that they dont even bother to answer any questions. I dont bother people if not necessary, my plates were not transferred even after 2 weeks of purchase when I called them They tell me I have to sign an other document and have to come to the dealership to do that . When I tried calling my sales person(worked with the sales manager Mellisa ) she ignores my emails and phone calls, if youre gonna purchase a vehicle with them Good Luck.

Buyer beware; my garage kept 5 year old (just off warranty) Volvo has an interior chrome issue they won’t accept responsibility for at dealer or corporate level. If a car manufacturer can’t make the simple cosmetic parts well how can we trust the safety?ETA 2/2020 attempted to find a used part to replace this and found that ALL the volvo cars in salvage have the same or worse condition. Mine is not an isolated incident and Volvo has no desire to replace after many requests.

Terrible service. It was a very difficult process. I have no idea how they have 4 stars. I needed to pick up the new vehicle. I was given a phone number and contact to reach out to, to get the pickup scheduled. I gave that number to call Peter. I was given Peters cell phone number. He was not happy about that, told me I should have never called that number and it was rude of me to call his cell. (I did not know it was his cell. I called the number I was given) Instead of helping me get the car, he gave me a number and abruptly hung up in the middle of the conversation. I had a friend that warned me about this dealer. They were right!

As always, when I called Kline Volvo for a service appointment to investigate a dashboard alert, my service representative - Bo Dunaski offered me several choices for service the next morning. I arrived at the dealership 15 mins early, and Bo had my vehicle in a service bay immediately. Within the hour my issue was resolved and I was on my way. If you decide to get a trailer hitch for a XC60 at Kline Volvo think twice. This is how it looks like now that its installed. Our service manager told us thats just how they do it. Really? This looks to me like someone quickly carved it out with a knife. And they didnt even bother sanding it down or cleaning it up. And there are scratches around it. VERY POOR JOB - we are VERY disappointed with the quality of work done on the 2017 XC60 we bought last year from Volvo.Call from service manager is still pending at this time.Update: The service manager called me and replaced the bumper cover right away, I appreciate that. It just unfortunate that @Volvo doesnt make a cover for the trailer hitch of the XC60.

Avoid Kline for your repair needs.I was advised that I would save money by completing two connected repairs. They charged me over $1,400 in labor for 2.75 hours of actual work performed. I raised this issue of being overcharged with the service department to the highest level of management only to be dismissed and ignored. Kline does not value or respect their customers.I will be servicing my Volvo elsewhere- with a company that is actually honest and reputable.

I was just leaving Costco to drive home when I heard a grinding noise in the front of my car. I was right next door to Kline Volvo and drove right in to the service dept. Mike, took my car out to listen and stated it was the brakes. He got me right in and in an hour I was on my way with new brakes. Ive been taking my 2003 S-60 to Kline Volvo since 2004 for annual maintenance. Its a wonderful car and taking good care of it is important to me. Scott Muellner has been in charge of my service many times including 2/18/20. This last time the manual called for only a routine (7500 mile) package of maintenance but, not surprising for a 17 year old car, new tires and front brakes were also required. The process took longer than expected, but Scott kept me in the loop. (Tie rod nuts were frozen and had to be heated up for the wheel alignment to proceed. ) But even with the extra wait, knowing why and enjoying the snacks, comfortable fireplace, and unusually good selection of magazines made for a nice experience. I always ask Scott how long I can keep coming back with my venerable car (before it must be retired). This time he told me hed seen models like mine pass 300,000 miles. Music to my ears.Incidentally, it didnt happen this time, but a few years back I went in for a headlight bulb replacement, a bit too tricky for my mechanical aptitude. Scott put the bulb in for me, reaching down under, extracting the spent bulb and putting in the new one without even having to look at what his hands were doing. Best of all, no charge!

Went in for some repairs and an oil change and noticed that half the staff are not even wearing masks. And some of the other staff are walking around with their masks on their chins. I went to talk to a manager and he didnt even have a mask on. He said hell talk to the staff. Nothing changed afterwards. Still walking around maskless.

We were happy with our purchase and experience! We were a little disappointed we couldnt receive all of our keys the day of purchase but did get them in the mail a week later (why we gave 4 stars). Darrell was wonderful! Took the time to help us through. He wasnt hovering or talking your ear off like some salesmen could be. I made an appointment to test drive a used vehicle. After the test drive, salesperson asked how I liked the car and what they could do to close the deal that evening. It was filthy inside and plenty of minor paint issues. I told them I wouldnt be interested unless it was thoroughly cleaned and fully detailed. They said they would follow up but never did.My visit was after the mask mandate went into effect. There was a couple in their 40s in the showroom without masks on and neither GM nor salesperson did a thing about it. Classless behavior on both sides.

One thing is that I wish they would ask you if they can wash your car. Mine came back with a couple of scratches, that I think came from the car wash. Otherwise, this is a great place to have your Volvo serviced!

Where is the button for zero stars? This was absolutely the worst car buying experience of Our Lives. My partner and I received an email this morning saying we were approved for the Volvo subscription all we had to do was pick out a color so we drove all the way from Stillwater to Kline Volvo and when we got there they put us in a car to test drive it... we test drove the car, loved the car... adored the car... imagined ourselves driving it for the next two years and then as we sit down to sign the paperwork with the brand new salesman who had no idea what he was doing an email came in saying our order has been cancelled and is now why was that I wonder discrimination? I think probably so this was a bait and switch or discrimination by all means and I like to boycott Kline Volvo logo

I went with my friend to Kline Volvo to purchase his bmw 528i. Patric sold him a car and told him he would not purchase it if the light was on. The light came back on 2 weeks after barely driving the vehicle. Patric lied about the problem, when the car cut off in the middle of the road it was more then just a engine problem. The codes that were on the vehicle were erased when he purchased the vehicle and was lied to about the problem and the solution. Would not recommend this dealership to ANYBODY! DO NOT GO TO KLINE VOLVO!

He was respectful and courteous as he explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. KLINE VOLVO HAS NO ETHICS OR INTEGRITY! I was told by a sales associate, Patric Von Drashek that if I bought the 2013 BMW 528I, that the problem associated with the check engine light would be fixed. Upon that arrangement, I agreed to buy the vehicle. Von Drashek told me that it was simply a light problem, and Kline Volvo went over the BMW light codes to fix the issue. After fully purchasing the vehicle, the vehicles engine shut off on me in the middle of the road. It was eventually revealed that the problem wasnt a light problem and that Kline Volvo simply just cleared the codes. As their vendor stated clearing the code doesnt fix the problem. Unlike Kline Volvo, their vendor was able to identify the problem; a mixture control fault (118002) which was an initial code. The vendor was able to diagnose the problem by doing a simple pressure check on the crankcase, which is a standard procedure that Kline Volvo failed to test. After working with the general manager, Mike Theisen about this issue, he refused to cover the repair that Kline Volvo never fixed even though my purchase was contingent on fixing the vehicle. Do yourself a favor, and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I have shopped here twice in my life both time I was told the car was on the lot and when I drive right over oh sorry its been sold. They need to have smarter sales staff or a simpler innovatory system.

It was my first time purchasing a car, and Francisco Aplicano, along with the rest of the staff, helped to put my anxiety to rest through the overwhelming process. (Apparently I never posted this review as it was waiting for me. Wanted to make sure it made it to Mike. This was from 2019.)I have had the opportunity to work with Mike Hendrickson on a couple occasions. During both, Mike was excellent.My first visit was related to a question about climate control. My air conditioning was not very cool. Mike was reviewing the controls when the air conditioning compressor started making a noise. He quickly grabbed a technician who analyzed the situation. Mike set me up with a loaner on the spot and repairs were completed just over a day later.The next experience was with a pulsing brake issue. Mike was able to get me in the same day I called. I arrived at 4:30, a technician took the vehicle, 45 minutes later the front rotors and pads were replaced.Mike is excellent, he is very friendly, detail oriented, concerned about the customer experience and ensuring any repairs are completed in a timely manner.Great job Mike. Thank you for your exceptional service.

Drop off was fast and easy.Bo Dunaski kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle.He had vehicle ready when he said it would be.He went over what was done to fix the problem, and had my vehicle cleaned when it was returned.Overall, a great service.

Brought the car in for a regular service appointment and my service advisor, Bo Dunaski, met me and checked me in. He explained what work would be completed, how long it would take, and made sure my questions I had were answered. While waiting in the comfortable customers lounge, which offered WIFI access, I felt secure because the staff had masks on and there was more than enough space between the other waiting customers. Bo came over to advise the car would be finished shortly and was on schedule. The car was finished and Bo reviewed what work was complete and there were no surprises and he also answered my questions. When I went to the car, I noticed it was freshly washed and looked great. Thanks to Klines for execllent service and making my vehicle maintenance simple and carefree.
