Brought my SUV in to have another key fob programed .they could not get the new fob to work and Erased my good fob which was working fine.went back to have it programed again,nothing.they charged me 89.00 bucks for ruining my good remote.and sent me on my way.left a message to have the GM of dealership call me.Never got a call from her.very poor represention of a Nissan dealership.Stay away.

Gave me a volvo that didnt feel safe, (brakes) to test drive. Lots of cars! Cant build a car right there, you go home to do! No snack or creature comforts still due to covid! Ditch Masks, vaccines are 40%, time to communicate again.

Very friendly. I am a fan of communication, however I think they over did it with multiple emails, texts and phone call for me to come in for a simple look at a vehicle. I guess I would rather have more than less, but it felt a bit excessive.

Good dealer service environment. You can schedule your service appointment either online or talk to service manager. Both are good. If you are Costco member, you can get 15% discount by getting coupon from Costco website

Kline Nissan has a great staff. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I had a GREAT buying experience at Kline Nissan, when I leased my 18 Rogue. Ill definately shop Kline Nissan again.

Dont waste your time, I went there three times last year looking for a new vehicle to buy. I walked around the lot and showroom and not once did anyone approach me and asked me if I needed help. Not even the reception said anything to me.

Had to drop in for an unexpected service. No appointment, but they had us out in under an hour, code cleared, car washed, snacks for kids, no charge. This is my third positive experience with Kline service. The other two were scheduled major repairs. Always good communication and fair price.

Even though he knew we would not be purchasing today, he still worked hard to get us to a point where we could make an informed decision next week. What saved this visit was someone by the name of Juan, I believe from sales. I had a service question/concern on the Nissan we purchased there several years ago. We purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. The person in the service department completely dismissed me, not helping me at all, without even looking at my vehicle. This person told me to ask someone else about the warranty. I found Juan. He took care of everything! He addressed the issue I had come in for, found a service technician to help right away, also a friendly/helpful young man, and made sure I was good to go. I started only by asking about the warranty but he was not satisfied by the brush off I received and helped even though it probably wasnt his job. Thank you Juan! Kline Nissan is blessed to have such an employee!
