While we filled out paperwork they detailed the car which included a full tank of gas, an oil change, and wonderful tires. Overall a splendid job! I would go there again, hopefully not too soon ;). They also had a very large, but cool fish tank available in the waiting room, along with coffee and tea. They did have snacks / a vending machine but it was hidden away by the financial office... darn. Thank you all for the wonderful service!

I recently got out of the military and found the exact car I was looking for at Maplewood Toyota. The buying experience wasn’t as easy it took almost a month to get the paperwork shipped to me which is okay but during that time I had asked if I could print them and sign them and they told me no they had to mail them over that month they sent me 3 different sets of paperwork the first two never showed up and the third they decided they could finally email them to me. Along with that issue I feel like I was put on the back burner of their priority I had already paid for the car and at the point only would hear back from them if I contacted them first. My last issue was I repeatedly asked for detailed pictures of the car such as any damage and I got a few but it didn’t cover the extent of the paint issues/rust in the door jambs. I feel like the situation was taken advantage of because I could not see the car in person.Edit I did get a reply from the company but after emailing them two weeks ago I have not heard back from them. Changing my review to a 1 star

After raving about this dealership for 10 years all it took was the most distasteful customer service experience of my entire life to quickly decide I will never be returning Maplewood Toyota and this is the last Toyota I will ever purchase. I spent thousands of dollars on a repair here only to have multiple lights on the dash start flashing. I stopped in not knowing the severity of the issue and after standing around as the only customer in the bay for 5 minutes was promptly shamed for not having an appointment and told to go home. Peace!

I leased a vehicle from Doug Fulton at Maplewood Toyota and the experience could not have been better. Doug was prompt and had the answer to answer all questions I asked. He was professional and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend asking for this gentleman any time you walk through their doors (his desk is right next to the front door)! Doug was very polite and even offered waters that he had purchased and kept at his desk.I would not recommend going in on a Monday morning as they didnt have any sales managers on the floor due to a meeting... This was during a severe limitation on production and Terry was able to help me get the make, trim level and model I was looking for in the color I wanted. It was simple and straightforward and the pricing was competitive or better than other dealers in town. When the car arrived it was simple taking care of the title, license, and delivery without a bunch of added fuss.

Ive serviced my truck here a few times since moving from South Carolina, but the icing on the cake was this location handling a potential warranty repair when they didnt perform the original repair. I dont normally go to large dealerships like this when I purchase my cars. I decided to give this one a try because I needed to get the wife a newer car because thats what awesome husbands do. Right?The salesman, Larry was very kind and was not pushy at all. One of the reasons I hate car shopping is because of the salesman. He was very friendly. Likewise, he was patient and let us drive off with the new car before we could come up with the title to the car we were trading. The used cars seem a bit pricey, but they look almost brand new.The dealership can look a bit confusing at first. On one side of the street, theres the sales floor. The other side are buildings lined up with garages. For oil changes, the garage is located on the side of the sales floor. The people that service the vehicle are also friendly. The waiting area is clean and has personal televisions and a cappuccino machine. Its quiet and it wasnt crowded on a beautiful Saturday which is nice.Overall, I would recommend this dealership when you look for your next Toyota.
