I made an appointment with Franck and he held the car keys for me until I arrived and actively intercepted a coworker who was planning to show the car. I really appreciated his diligence and his commitment to our appointment. Upon bringing the car home I had a few follow up concerns. Everyone at Lexdan was prompt and helpful when addressing all of my concerns. They followed up immediately and were persistent in getting all the information from me. They listened to me and we created a mutually beneficial plan to make sure the car was everything I had expected. I had a good experience there and would buy again.

I purchased a vehicle in June for my daughter. Car was clean and priced approximately. Within the first week I noticed oil leaking from the vehicle. The check engine light also came on that first week. I brought the vehicle into the shop and had a $1700 bill to fix it. The shop told me if the car was looked over at the dealership the issue should have been caught and would have been a $400 repair.

Great customer service by my salesman. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle on the lot. I test drove a Acura MDX and loved it and purchased it. There was a slight pull on the steering and the plastic panel on the inside of the tailgate had a hole and a crack in it. They agreed to fix those two very minor details at no cost. The rest of the vehicle was amazing.

I love this place. Im a returning customer & the 2nd time around was even better. Franck was very professional and listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle. The folks at Lexdan auto were very welcoming and easy to deal with. It was a low pressure environment and they worked with me to get a good deal on the car I wanted. They let me take the car to my mechanic to get it inspected which gave me the peace of mind that I was buying a good car. We noticed a defect in one of the tail lights and they agreed to buy a replacement tail light. The car I bought didnt come with floor mats which was odd, but I was able to find some Toyota Genuine all weather mats online for a decent price. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.

Very nice and helpful, however; the vehicle only came with one set of keys and didn’t know that until the paperwork was done. We found out later that it would cost $450 to make a second set of keys. They suggested looking online...Online key replacements DO NOT WORK. Had to go to the dealer to get the correct key. This was the only unexpected sour note about my experience with Lexdan Automotive. The vehicle is very nice and the price was reasonable.

Franck was solid presenting the vehicles information upfront. Very approachable person. I had a great experience with him and did end up buying a really nice Honda. Price was very competitive with other vehicles when comparing overall condition.Only reason why I gave a 4 out of 5 star was because vehicle came out the lot half tank. Left a bad impression since it sends a message. Should give like a 10 or 20 dollar gas card to compensate as a goodwill gesture.

The car I was looking at online brought me to Lexdan. Franck was who helped me and as much as I was very standoffish and untrusting, he’s a good guy. Franck and the dealership stood by the agreement we made as there were just a few basic things after the fact (I.e bulbs etc) that were out. He was great with our kids and made sure they had enough hot chocolate to their hearts content. We had a battery cable issue come up a few days after our purchase, they handled it right away, made sure we had a loaner car and fixed it that day! We were happy with the experience we had with Scott & Lexdan Automotive!
