The employee at the front check out when I came in was very helpful directing me to where I could find what I was looking for. Another employee later asked if I needed help as I was just looking around the store. Very nice to have friendly employees to assist me.

Discovered really cool supplies to use for quilting. Bought bungee cords and clamps to float my quilt top for free motion quilting. Magnetic dish for pins, sharp picks for cleaning cutting mats and stencils, metal rulers, triangle shapes for quilting.Gloves with grips for bike riding + painting, reasonably priced paintbrushes.Flashlights for camping.

Staff was very helpful. I needed a certain size tarp that was indicated on line to be in stock. When I went to the store, there were no tarps of that size on the shelf. I asked an associate, and the person went to a storage area in the back and brought out the appropriate tarp.

Nice employees and very helpful. But the last few times Ive been here there inventory has gotten bad and they are always out of stuff Im looking for. They use to be so well stocked.

MISLEADING ADDS!I was sent an add that clearly stated 30% off of any single item for the insider track membrrs, went to the store to use it..... showed it to the manager and they told me it could only be used with the coupon items.Bait and switch to get you into the store.I am done shopping here!I will also be sure to warn others about their adds.

I call it the China Harbor. They have decent tools and the staff are very friendly and helpfull. I try to buy stuff made anywhere but China. I will go here if really need something that day.

On line said the nails in were in stock on sale at the store 20 miles away. got there none there. On line said in stock where I came from..... Called they had none... Get you stuff together I went to Menards.

Alot of #$*! Talk about the ol harbor freight but like every one else in America they have had exactly what i need. At a damn near free price. Gets ya out of jams... Kudos gents

Staff is helpful, easy parking.I figure for things youre not sure youll use a bunch you should buy the cheap Harbor Freight version to start with and upgrade later if it seems worth it. Lots of stuff at budget prices for sometime budget or even better than budget quality.

They always have good prices but really bad customer service customer service is really bad its like they dont greet you they just let you wander around for a little bit and as I get tired of looking at you on the store then theyre asked if you need anything thats after 30 minutes or so but its sad but really good prices

Great place if you just need cheap throw away tools. They carried a lot of products. But the staff is under trained and dont know their products very well.

I like Harbor Freight for certain things. I was in to get mechanics gloves today. For $4.85 they are a great buy. They hold up very well. The one drawback is the streachy fabric between the fingers. They can be put in the wash, I even spray em down with a strong degreaser and then use the pressure washer on em. Doesnt faze them a bit.

The best place for cheaply priced tools. Most everything you need for told from precision screw drivers to lifts for your car.

Im a big fan of harbor freight the employees are always polite and knowledgeable and you cant beat prices and sales they have highly recommended

This is one of the better stocked HF. But I like going to Harbor Freight in general. Great place to pick up both cheap and good tools.

Awesome selection. Registers and cashiers approach and appreciation are second class. Seems outdated when watching how it works. Looks like it needs a complete overhaul and a seperate area for returns or exchanges too. Overall. Love the store!!! Just saying.

This place is much larger then my home store of Minneapolis. Its also laid out really nice. The floors were clean, shelves organized and very little was out of place. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. If it wasnt 2x the drive time, id shop here!

Friendly and knowledgeable employees; the store has good inventory, very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, from this store, I bought an Engine for a lawnmower, based on the recommendation of their technician, came home and perused the specs and found out it wont work with the Honda mower I had; took it back unopened, and they still charged me a restocking fee of $25.00. I complained and the manager said I should have read the fine print.When I bought it all they said was that I could return it within 90 days, but to make sure there was no gas in it. All they could have done was equally explain the restocking fee policy to me; I wont have accepted. I contacted their executive office about this plight, and they said they will get back to me. Its been more than a month now, and am still waiting. These are the facts, judge for your self

Went in for a rather large tool haul. It was our first visit. The cashier took the time to go through the book of coupons and let us know we would save nearly $70 if we added the $30 membership. It was a no brainer for us. Very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and the store was very clean. Highly recommend.

Me and my son Arrived to store and they said they were closed when the store hours say their open for another hour. And was very rude.

They actually loaded this huge jack i just picked up for me.. that was sweet cause if i had to do it, it would of hurt bad.. Its a 3 ton daytona low profile floor jack friken huge!!!

Cheap chinesium tools and some of them are actually decent. This is where DIYers go for specialty tools theyll only use once or twice a year. Still though, always love Hazard Fraught.
