Chance changed out by battery. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very respectful and new what he was doing. What impressed me even more was that while I was waiting next to my care there was another mom with her daughter came out of the store. I talked with her a little bit and she asked if I knew any one around the neighborhood that would be able to change out a light bulb for her. I said no. Then Chance responded with I can change it as soon as I finish this this car. That right there is great customer service. Above and beyond the call of duty. Very honest, loyal, and respectful!! Tamara and Kamal made my visit so stress free.Tamara showed me different options and answered all my questions. I Came in to buy a battery and planned on trying to figure it out on YouTube, but not only did they do it for me but they had amazing attitudes and provided excellent customer service! I would like to give Tamara a special shout out for the excellent customer service she gave me also Brayden for installing my battery you guys ROCK…Last night I had an issue with my car battery and the floating store manager at that store refuse to sell me one, but offered to sell me a charger kit for the battery which made no sense to me because it’s still a sale, long story short I left scared and afraid because I didn’t want my car to die on me.Floating store manager you know who you are please have more empathy for women…

We went to Autozone Margate for an issue with a battery. We were greeted by Abby who was attentive, friendly and ready to assist us. Abby checked our battery for any issues and assisted with a replacement. He was quick in replacing the battery and extremely helpful as we were with our newborn baby. He HELPED with my AC by putting in the leak & seal for me...two other employees were NOT as courteous and professional by making a comment in front of me stating how he shouldnt be doing what he was doing...the first man was VERY rude then he walked away only to have another person come out to say something too...I interjected by stating he was helping me because I asked if he could then she walked away...SERIOUSLY?? What ever happened to customer service and courtesy? Im 62 years old and have a disability, Miguel never questioned my age or disability he just said, No problem, Ill do what I can! Ive been coming to this location for years now. Each time I have an issue with my car this is the spot I go to. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. I need a new battery, I know who to go to. I need a steering wheel cover, I know who to go to. I always end up having a good conversation with Tina and Marcus before I go (So kind and so professional). On my recent visit I believe Carey and Lucas or Luke, was working. Very welcoming as usual. These boys really know what theyre doing when it comes to cars.I hope I mentioned everybody, I would feel bad if I missed anyone cause of all the hard work they do and how helpful they are whenever I go.

Went to Auto Zone today to see if I needed a new battery. Miguel and Paul are awesome😄 The battery for my Chevy was checked and explained how and why a new one was reccomended. No pressure at all to buy a new one or feeling rushed. Great atmosphere/ customer service.

I visit this Autozone frequently because of the proximity to my house but also because of the excellent customer service. I’ve had nothing short of amazing help from all of the guys with every problem I’ve encountered. Aby, Carey, Luke and a few other gentlemen who’s names I don’t know stand out quite a bit also. One has dreads and a small car he parks on the side and another is taller with shorter hair and glasses. Thanks for the great service.
