Service was Great! Very friendly people at counter, explained things very well and they had me in and out relatively quickly. Only thing I wouldve liked is if the service people wouldve told me when I picked up my car when I would be due for another oi change.
I was welcomed by Adam in the Service Dept. Luckily, his appointment was a no-show so he was able to take care of me within 5 minutes of my arrival, even though I was a walk-in.He was courteous and quick in getting me taken care of. He also arranged for a driver to bring me home while they took care of the car. He kept me in the loop and didn’t try to pressure me into getting any services I didn’t need, which I appreciated.
I made the terrible mistake of taking my f350 to AutoNation ford margate even after seeing bad reviews. First they lied to me saying that it would take maximum 2 days to diagnose it. The other Ford dealer, which had good reviews, told me it would be a week to diagnose the problem. So as naive to believe the crooks I ended taking it to Auto Nation Ford because I needed the truck as fast as I could to be able to work. I called every day and couldnt get a hold of my advisor Andrew even after leaving messages. I went to the shop a few times when I could. Once the truck was on the lift and next it was outside parked. After a whole week Andrew called me and said that they needed to change a sensor which was perfectly fine. The only need that needed to change was a small bumper that costs $2. So Andrew wanted to charge me $550 to change the sensor and the little bumper. I was very upset that they took a week to tell me the problem that they find out in 5 minutes. If a shop was that busy why would they want to change something that was working perfectly fine? They could have told me it was only a $2 small bumper and I would be pleased to pay them $100 for the diagnoses. But no. They needed to lie one more time. So I said I couldnt do it and went to pick up the truck. When I got to it the first thing I noticed was a ding on the driver door. Now I found out that they damaged my steering wheel. It was perfect and now the leather skin is is coming off in the top. Now I dont know what else they have done to my $60,000 truck. I told the manager Jim about the ding on my door as soon as I saw it. He said that the dealer is not responsible for it and that his men needs to drive the truck to check it. This is killing me. I need some help
Took my 2012 Ford Explorere in for some routine maintenance. I really like this location especially for service. I find everyone to be very helpful and accomodating. I dont ever feel like they are trying to sell me a service I do not need for my car (not the case in other places I have visited). Also, they get the job done quickly and I am in and out. I would recommend AutoNation Ford Margate if you need your car serviced.
Kim Delucia is an outstanding sales person. She explains is detail all the specifics of the cars she has on their site. Kim takes time and care with you. She does not pressure you into buying something you cannot afford. Kim is the best!

Bad services, I let my truck because the have recall and the dont touch the car. This is the second time I take. I call for know if the truck is ready the said yes. But Never do anything. I was waiting for the person know about my truck after 15 minutesThis person started to take care a person how has after me on the line.VERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, I PAY FOR A BAD TRUCK!I dont recommend Ford!
Showed up at 9:20 am for an oil change, did not leave until 11:40. Yes, only for an oil change. Upon check in, I asked if they could check a noise my car was making. I was told they didn’t know how and wouldn’t do it since I had a Lexus and they were a Ford dealer. At 11:30 I asked why was it taking so long for an oil change, I was told the mechanic 1) had a lot of paper work to complete 2) didn’t know how reset the light because I had a Lexus and they were a Ford Dealer. I asked there was another AutoNation I could go to that had the capabilities to work on my car and was told no. After waiting an additional 10 minutes just to bring my car around, there was black grease marks all on the door and seat of my beige leather interior. Mind blowing just for the lack of consideration. When I asked why would you bring my car back in this condition I was told the mechanic was new…. Complete waste of money to prepay my maintenance from AutoNation Lexus when I’m closest to an AutoNation Ford to actually complete the maintenance. It appears they are incapable of actually maintaining my vehicle and take 2 1/2 hours to complete a simple oil change. I then had to go directly to the car wash to clean up the mess left behind.
The sales experience was very good. Michele D. is so caring and really wants to make sure you get what you want. The F/I experience was much more pleasant than I expected as they offer you the various extended items/warranties and dont keep trying if you say no. In fact, the went out of their way to find the one thing I needed extra. I actually had to bring the vehicle in the following week to tweek some minor things (door needed adjusting) and the service experience was great and it was fixed perfectly.
This place will sell you a box with wheels! Beware! Yes I purchased a 5 year old car but they did not inspect a thing before selling it. I had to take it back 6 times and they said they spent over 30 hours on it and it would still say overheating, still shake and rev on it’s out. I am now spending hundreds of dollars after only 4 months of having it and still paying 300 a month for car payment. This place is a bunch of scammers and take advantage of people. You have been warned! And they will push your call on and on until you warrantee expires. NEVER AGAIN WOTH THIS PLACE!
My biggest mistake is going to this Ford and purchasing a vehicle from them which I’ve had for two years and to find out water is leaking from roof when the car had never been in any accident and was supposedly in good condition when I bought it Totally not true my worst nightmare and also trusting my vehicle here for repairs and service is a big risk. Now the issue is starting to manifest and nothing can be done about it.this car had to be defective and I wasn’t made aware all they care about is money. Dealership sales people cars that are no good this is so sad.Theses peoples really don’t need to be open at all …
I will NEVER use AutoNation Ford Margate again! I took my 2017 F350 there for its 5k maintenance. I have a maintenance contract, through Ford that is very specific on what is to be done anyone of the items is that I paid extra for every oil change to use Full Synthetic Oil. I pointed this out to Adam, the Service Tech when I checked in my truck. I even pointed it out to him when he pulled my maintenance contract up on the screen. Ford Synthetic Diesel Oil is 5w 40 qsd. I travel and have had this maintenance done at locations across the country. Every Ford dealership that I have been to carries it. Well despite showing this to Adam when I dropped off the truck, they Diesel Tech who did the work put in the non Synthetic oil. When I went to pick up the truck I asked Adam if the Diesel tech used the full synthetic oil. Adam said that yes he did. I then pointed out to Adam that according to the paperwork, the tech had in fact put in non synthetic oil so off he went to the back to ask the tech. He came back out and told me that the tech put in the specific oil that Ford requires and that it is the same oil he always puts in my type of truck. This, despite what my contract and all other dealers have done, this tech new better. He even said they dont stock full Synthetic diesel oil. Adam was absolutely no help. He backed his tech even when I showed him paperwork from a previous 5k service that listed the oil used as the 5w40qsd type. Well it took the service manager getting involved to get this situation corrected. At one point, the service manager looked at Adam and said, just give them what they want. As Adam walked back to the service bays to tell the tech to do a new oil change with the correct oil he muttered to himself, but clearly loud enough for anyone around to hear, Ill see if the tech will do it. Well, sure enough not only did they have the correct oil in stock, but the tech did the new change, including a new oil filter. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As Adam was finishing up the paperwork he did say that he was sorry for any confusion. Of course he did not say that he was sorry for being such a big horses butt. Frustrated, you bet I am. But I do want to thank the service manager for making the right things happen. Too bad it should never have gotten that far. At the very least, when the service tech thought he knew better and was not going to do what the contract called for, Adam should have called me immediately to let me know. We would have cleared things up then and there. A complete cluster. Stay away from this place and if you must go there, and Adam is your Service Tech, immediately ask for someone else.

Customers Service is the best I have ever seen. From JP and John to Jose our salesman, everybody made us feel like part of their families. This is the type of place you would like to be part of. Definitely recommend.
Adam was great. He helped me through all that I needed to do for the car. I scheduled an appointment and stayed in the lounge until it was done. They finished with the car sooner than expected. They had my truck for five days. They told me my radio/entertainment system problem was resolved. After picking up the truck from the dealer on my way home the radio still has issues and has not been fixed. Service advisor said to bring vehicle back and get me in a loaner again. I do not want a loaner. I want my Vehicle fixed. So I went back and They did more diagnostics. Then they said they need to send this information to Ford in order to get a solution. And that could take 1 to 3 days. OMG.
Salesman, Tom Anderson, went above and beyond expectations. General Manager, on the other hand, was not forthcoming with correct information on when I would receive title on my previously leased car that I purchased at the end of the lease.
At first I was a little hesistant to go to this service center due to the other reviews not being good but I decided to take a chance and I don’t regret it at all. My car needed to be looked at immediately due to a burning smell and AutoNation Ford was able to fit me in first thing in the morning.My service advisor Ignacio Cidad was super friendly and explained everything that was going on with the vehicle clearly. He went out of his to ensure that I didnt have to pay a single dime since it was a wear and tear damage that wasn’t covered under the warranty. I am glad Ignacio was my advisor and was able to make my experience at AutoNation much different then I expected.
Although I did not have a issue with the dealership and/or associates, I do have a problem with being charged over $7.00 for washer fluid which I did not ask for. I also had an emissions recall that they would not honor because it expired 15 days prior to my visit. I have worked for dealerships for over 20 years, in service, and have never in that time seen a RECALL EXPIRE. I was told that my extended warranty would cover but I would have to pay a deductible. I chose not to get the service, BECAUSE THIS IS A FORD MANUFACTURING ISSUE!! I think it is horrible that FORD will not honor a RECALL. Feel free to contact me regarding my still pending RECALL.

Great and welcoming service. I would like to mention that Brandon at the service department was very helpful and made bringing my truck in very easy. Got my truck in and out the same day.
The service was incomplete. I even brought to the attention of the service person that my tire pressure was registering very low and he said he was sure it had been checked and it would reset after driving a few miles. After several miles that day it didnt reset and I had to stop at a gas station to inflate all 4 tires.
Adam the service writer was very kind and helpful. He explained everything that was needed and why. He was also able to give me options so that I could split up the needed services and make things fit my budget. Ill definitely ask for him again!

I would love to give a shout out to the management team and specially to Shmae (I hope Im spelling his name right). He was the only one to step forward and understand my frustration to schedule an appointment with the Autonation Protection Plan. Im very thankful for his time and consideration and he also make sure I was getting taken care of with the Insurance. I believe this needs recognition and the same way we complain when somebody do something wrong; the same way we have to take time and accomplish those who are taking the extra mile like Shame to do it right. This experience definitely turned me from detractor to promoter. Definitely Ford has a key employee right there. Keep it up! 💪🙌

We spent three hours waiting for an oil change. We had requested an appointment the day before and regardless this, we spent three hours waiting for the service to be done. We were informed that they don’t have enough people working and one mechanic may be working on 5 or more cars at a time. Where is the manager? Where is the person doing the schedules? They were “at a meeting”.The keys were handed to us when the service was done and no person came to us for advice on next maintenance or to report some concern about future repairs, as normally done.The name of the Service Director is Jim Helm.Shame on AutoNation Ford!!
What started as a nightmare( Ford dealership in Clemson, SC...Anderson I believe... 2 months of waiting on a part that I later found out was never ordered and the employee had quit) was quickly resolved with the help and direction of my service representative (Shomari Willis) and his service manager @AutoNation in Margate. It still took some time, however, they stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date. I was finally able to get my sons car back to him in Working condition. To Shomari Willis and his Service manager, your commitment to ensuring that the job was done correctly makes me happy that I got my sons car back to him up in college. Thank you for going above and beyond with a staff shortage. I dont know what we wouldve done without your mission to satisfy your customer.Thank s again👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The windshield of my car is broken, but they are taking full responsibility. I went to other dealers, but this dealer is great, I prefer to drive farther and be treated as a real customer. Purchased a car and the engine light came on. They did fix it. However after you sign the contract and they receive the money from the bank. Don’t expect anyone to return your call. I will never purchase from them again. It’s been weeks and no one has returned my call yet.

AUTO NATION ASKED FOR A REVEIW SO HERE IT IS.....I own a 2016 Ford Focus I have taken my car to Auto Nation in Margate where I bought it in 2017. I have repeatedly told them the transmission is slipping I was told no it just drives that way On Aug 10 2021 I took it to them again THIS TIME they wanted me to pay over $3000 for a clutch in the transmission.. I took my car to plantation Ford who fixed my Transmission and it only cost me $100 the deductible for the extended warranty on the Transmission that Ford has to provide due to a class action lawsuit. My car runs better than it ever has in the 4 1/2 years i have owned it. Go to a real dealer Go to a place where they listen to the customer. It is obvious these people are only interested in trying to get you to pay them for something that is covered. Go to Plantation Ford they are honest and reliable. Go anywhere else but not Auto Nation!!!!
The repair that was done on my 2015 F250 was completed without issue, however I called back twice with a simple follow up question and my calls were not returned.I then tried leaving a message for a manager and another 2 calls were not returned.I can only assume that once they have your money there is no more interest in customer service.
If I could give JP, Jason and AutoNation (Margate) TEN stars, I would - they have located and delivered two awesome trucks to me, my partner and my company. The communication and service is stellar - that’s what we seek in complimentary services to ours. Each purchase had paperwork that they prepared in advance that cut down “in store” time to less than 1-hour out the door. I recommend this location, JP and Jason to anyone who wants the best the auto sales and service industry has to offer.
My service technician, Adam, was very rude. He complained about another employee in front of me. It was clear he was frustrated because they were short staffed, however, that is no excuse to be rude to customers. I had an appt. for an oil change at 7 am and was the first person at the service department, before they had even unlocked the doors. I let him know I had an appointment at 9:30. At 9:20, I had to remind him and he basically told me it was my fault and that I told him I had to leave by 9:30. I said, no, I said I had to be somewhere by 9:30 and he just shrugged and shook his head at me. Then when he was finally checking me out, he told me it would be quicker if I paid out of pocket with my card since I was in such a rush but if I wanted to pay with my ford pass points, it would take longer. This was because he did not know how to do it with the ford pass points. He finally asked another tech to help him and the other young man, Sean, was very nice and had me out of there quickly using my ford pass points. I work in the restaurant industry on the weekends and understand everyone is short staffed and it is frustrating, however, it is not an excuse to be rude to paying customers. I was very disappointed. To be honest, I would rather just go back to my private mechanic in Fort Lauderdale and pay out of pocket from now on to avoid this kind of treatment in the future.
I am so impressed with the level of service I received from AutoNation Ford Margate, particularly thanks to Ignacio, my Service Advisor. After I bought my 2020 Ford Escape from another dealer I brought it in to get a recall taken care of and regular maintenance. There was an issue that I hoped the recall would solve but didn’t. Ignacio didn’t hesitate to hop in the car, immediately consulting with his team of techs directly to identify the problem and order the parts. Ignacio is a problem solver! He called me within days to bring the car back to get it repaired, after getting the parts in earlier than anticipated. The repair was estimated to take up to 2 days but again, they finished the work the same day, faster than expected! Ignacio even assured me that he test drove it to make sure the issue was resolved. I truly appreciate that Ignacio’s approach was to under-promise and over-deliver, setting realistic expectations with clear, transparent communication about what was needed and when they could deliver it. The service center’s modern, welcoming & clean reception area reminds me more of a hotel lobby than an auto shop, which is fitting as the level of service provided by Ignacio & his team is just as hospitable as a hotel concierge service!
I do NOT ever recommend bringing your car here for recall work.I brought my car in for a door latch issue, during that process something happened with my panels and they CONSTANTLY get stuck to where my doors wont open. I have been back FIVE times.Want to know whats being done? Nothing. I get to come back to this place every few months now for the rest of the time I have my car because the manager refuses to fix it. Ford denied helping because negligence on the dealerships part caused the damage. The manager? Zero care. Said sorry and good luck.Anyway, i may have to see these guys constantly now, but I genuinely hope no one else goes through this. And I hope it you have recall work, go somewhere else that wont screw you over like Im being here.

This has been THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! They sold me a lemon car that SHUTS OFF on me WHILE IM DRIVING WITH MY 5 year old in the car. The past 2 weeks I’ve been calling and was told by BRANDON that his manager JIM will call me and never did. I went into the dealership screaming and yelling because this weekend I almost gotten into an accident and JIM ignored me in person and called the police on me for being upset and yelling due to them not wanting to help me about a car that SHUTS OFF WHILE IM DRIVING ! They taken my car TWICE and this is the THIRD TIME. Once the police came that’s when JIM want to “inform” me through the police that my warranty is expired but I can use my prepaid maintenance to fix the problem. Mind you I’m a ducking customer I come first why didn’t JIM say that?! He immediately called the police like a child just to not worry about my car. Now if I get into an accident it’s all Autonationa FALUT ! For not fixing the problem correctly
Its surprising that I am still paying an extended warranty and oil changes of which there are still four to be used. The bill is not cheap at all, over #130+ a month. My surprise is always the same on every visit I make to Auto Nation. Sir, your bill is $XXX.XX. It doesnt fail. The only excuse the rep has over any valid reason is also always Sir, maintenance items are not covered. If that is true, then the manager who sold me the five services lied to me. He told me that There were five services that would cover the necessary yearly maintenance on my F-Explorer. Well if he is right, then reps are wrong or I am being taken, because I even had to pay for a filter this last time. More for you to be aware. Ever since I bought that car and every time I took it for service, it would be washed and cleaned inside. I thought it was a mistake that someone forgot about it. Well not really. They simply did not clean it, period. I am glad you consider me one of your best customers. However, I have fallen into the misery of being just another john doe from the corner.
This was my first time financing a new car. Autonation Margate was the best choice I could have made. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The first person who walked up to me in the lot was a man named Muhammad. He stayed with me right until the end when he put the licence plate on my new car. What an amazing experience. Five star service from beginning to end. Cant thank you ladies and gentlemen enough for the help. And I love my new car!!
Took my car in with what seemed like transmission issues. Met with Shomari in the service center that morning and he had my car looked at that very same day. I was able to pick it up the next morning. Unfortunately, this issue was more severe than we first thought and my check engine light/issues came back later that afternoon. I called Shomari and they were able to take care of me - got my car towed back to the shop and looked at again. They found the real issue, ordered the parts the same day and worked with Ford to make sure it was covered. Shomari was great, kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the process and had my back when it came time to pull out the wallet. I would absolutely recommend AutoNation and would certainly recommend Shomari. Grade A dude
Brendan and Jim were awsome. Even after I got a little annoyed when i was told it would take longer than promissed, they were profesional and respectful and assured me they would do to keep me on my days scheduled appointment. I eas out 10 min later than anticipated so in the end i was able to maintain my schedule. Cudos to an excellent service team.
On Thursday 5/13/21 after work my 2015 mustang would not start. I had a co worker give me a jump all the while thinking I may have to get a battery. I know nothing about this computerized car so Im dreading the idea I have to go to the dealer thinking I have no appointment they may have to keep the car or I may have to wait all day. On Friday morning 5/14/21 I arrived at Automation Fords service department at 7:05am and was greeted by Andrew Stewart. I explained what happened and he put all my fears to rest. This gentleman took my car in and assured me it would be no more than one hour to one hour in a half. He came back in 45 minutes and got me from the waiting are stating your car is ready. I am very pleased with the service I received from Auto nations service department. Thanks again Andrew. Arthur Tyson

My tire shredded on I-95 and the only place I could be towed to was this dealership - it was almost closing time but everyone was so helpful. They didnt know if they had the tire but found it- They took care of everything, calmed me down and didnt price gouge me - Sean, (not sure of spelling) my consultant was wonderful - They got me on my way and home within the hour and they stayed to get it done right - If I lived closer, I would use this dealership- excellent service
Brought my car here twice. My oil change and tires rotations have been done right and for a good price each time. However, every other service wasn’t done right or I was quoted for a ridiculously high price that I know I could get it done for half the price. I had my car aligned here and I personally don’t think it was done right after having to negotiate with a manager on a reasonable price. Took my car in for a call back on my passenger side door latch and the problem still isn’t fixed, my door still opens frequently while driving. Took it in to change the front brakes and they told me the front and back brakes were gone. Had it look at somewhere else and I was told only the front brakes needed to be changed at the moment.To be honest I been to all of the fords in south Florida. The only ones that I think are honest and actually do a good job is the location in west palm and maybe Pembroke Pines.

As always, the Ford Repair Dealership in Margate was a pleasant experience. Not too crowded and I felt I got an honest account of what needed to be done. It helps, too, that the same employees seem to be there year after year which means it is a well run organization. My Ford Explorer is an 06 and has been kept running like a top through the advice and ability of the employees. And they surprised me and even washed my car.

Many years ago I purchased my first car at this dealership and will never forget it. The sales team understood what I was looking for, didnt try to oversell or overwhelm me in the sales process. The atmosphere was great too and because its connected with AutoNation, they were able to help identify the vehicle I wanted, in the color I wanted easily. Will certainly be back.
The service has improved substantially since I last visited a few years ago. All existing Ford service centers in my area are usually packed, but Autonation Margate was able to fit me in for a battery replacement. Awesome customer service here! This was the first time I brought my car here to get work done and everything was pretty smooth. Ignacio was great with ordering the parts that were needed and helping get everything done quickly and also letting me know right away when everything was done!
This is a follow up to my previous review. The general manager reached out to me stating he would like to discuss and to make things right. After three voice mails, and two messages left with staff i am of the conclusion that was not a sincere response. I was so happy with my new truck and the service I received when I purchased it, now that experience seems to be forever tainted. Whatever you do at this dealership do not use Sean in the service department, he is ill informed and does not care about the customer not the customers experience. This is my second review of anyone ever and is very sad.
Thanks Anthony for introducing me to Mr Wiggins and his crew, they gave me a great lease on a new Explorer ST to replace my 2015 ST, words cannot do justice to this new car, amazing! Mr Wiggins made the process painless, as luck would have it my new car was waiting for me on the sales lot, the appraisal/trade in and final bank approval took no time at all, I was treated like royalty and I am enjoying every moment behind the wheel in my new ride, thanks again.

I will never attempt to buy a vehicle from this place ever again. I completed the necessary documents to reserve the vehicle and provided my credit so that a deposit would be held until the loan was approved. This was done on Saturday (memorial weekend). On Tuesday the salesperson called and I told him that the loan was in process and should be approve soon. On Thursday, the loan was approved and the dealer advised that they sold the vehicle to another person. No one called me all they saw was a potential sale. My credit was pulled twice dropped my score in the process and the dealer screwed me. There’s no place for this type of treatment.

Sean, the service advisor was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to schedule an immediate service appointment. I took my vehicle in and they corrected the problem on the spot. It was quick, efficient and courteous service. I, definitely, would use them again for my service needs, if necessary.
Had a 12pm appt. on Friday 5/28 for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 HOURS!! of siting in the waiting room I inquired about my truck to only find out that they hadnt even been started yet. Got my keys from the service adviser and left never to step foot in there again! No more second chances for this dealership, over the years they constantly have provided poor service or in this case NO SERVICE!

They wanted to add $7k dealer charge for reason! This is a way for authorized Ford retailers to screw over customers. I went to pines Ford and got myself the same exact car (mustang Mach E) for $10k less. When I told them I found it online cheaper they sales manager he told me he would find someone willing to pay the extra amount. Make sure you do your research before purchasing from them. A 30 min drive could save you thousands!

The experience was so easy. No haggling. I bought a 2015 C-Max with low mileage, and it’s a pleasure to drive.
Take your money but wont give it back.Called and actually spoke to someone in the finance department one time. Have been trying for two days to call and the line keeps you on a loop.The only people that answer are in sales and when they transfer you it loops again.
Jim was my service writer and he was awesome. He kept in touch with me as he said he would with every step of the truck repair. It was under the warranty for the last work done and all went great! Pros: Other dealerships will not hesitate to blatantly lie to you, waste your time and gas and bake and switch you (@Napleton West Palm Hyundai and many others), but since Autonation is no hassle (which unfortunately just means they overprice their vehicles and disallow any & all negotiation), this won’t happen at an Autonation. I received an automated email from another salesman at this location scheduling an appointment with me to look at a vehicle, then showed up and he was not in the office or available. BUT The reps at Autonation Ford checked that the vehicle I was interested was actually 100% on the lot and not pending contract, and Dain jumped into help me. I will also say Dain and Val were patient and helpful on the day of purchase, and Dain is kind and does always get back to me. The cons: perhaps this is reflective of management or of the shady nature of a dealership than the people I dealt with particularly, but once your sale has been made, it takes a lot of time and pulling teeth to get anything else done. For one, no one would try to get an answer or solution for me; anyone outside of my salesman would not help me at all except to tell my salesman to get back to me. I couldn’t speak with anyone directly. My vehicle was at a different dealership in Pembroke and while purchasing the vehicle I was under the impression I should receive the vehicle within maybe a day or two if not same day. After purchase they said it still needed to go through inspection and detailing (why was it listed before inspection?) and it could be a few days. After purchasing, I was provided a loaner car. Helpful, but it was an ant-infested (literally infested) gold Ford Fusion, so probably the least desired vehicle on the lot. OK. Over a week later and many follow ups the vehicle was ready around 8 pm. I picked it up and was notified for some reason the standard backseat headrests weren’t available and has been ordered and to expect them sometime next week. I requested an inspection report and almost 2 weeks after purchase I’m still waiting on the headrests and and the inspection report. Dealership won’t let you speak to anyone but your salesman with questions or needs but they keep them way too busy to be able to handle that. I had to get in touch with title clerk myself after a ton of miscommunication and wasted time. Not the salesman’s fault, he stays busy trying to sell more cars. But I needed help and it was like pulling teeth to get it.
The service department was great, I got a factory recall that they took care of it quickly.
This dealership from day one of getting involved with them has gone above and beyond when it comes to making sure that my vehicle was in its top condition.

I bought a used Ford that had a keyless door lock but didn’t receive the factory code. I went to the dealership and they said they had to hook it up to a computer and it would take an hour to retrieve the code. I figured out the code is on a sticker in the truck. Took five minutes to get to it and didn’t cost me a thing. They were going to charge $70 to “figure out” the code with a computer which isn’t necessary at all. Hard to trust places when they lie.
It is daunting buying a new vehicle after 12 years. The technology is all new and the covid precautions make everything nerve wracking. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Automation Ford in Margate. Kim, our sales associate, was amazing! She was so patient and determined to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Dave, a manager, was great with following up on everything. Arturo was terrific at explaining the cars mechanics and synced my phone with the car for me. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much! Excellent service!

Worst car buying experience that I have ever had. They are still holding out on the package highlighted in their listing plus numerous lies and delays. The AutoNation experience is about as substantial as the license plate holder.
I have been coming here for a while and they give good service just need a little more communication with costumer .
Great service, my salesman Arturo was very helpful and straight to the point to get me in and out of the dealership with no hassle or long wait. Can’t say I have had a better experience anywhere else. If your thinking of buying a car from Autonation Ford Margate rest easy that they will take care of you. All the way up to the finance manager these guys are awesome. Having worked for dealerships and having done many car purchases I’d recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times. My dissatisfaction is caused by two things. 1) I called the day before to make an appointment for the oil change, but their representative said that I don’t need an appointment. When I arrived the next day, I was told the other way around, so I had to wait for two hours for the oil change to be competed. Another misinformation was about the price. Over the phone I was told $29.99 for oil change, at the facility the price was $44 and strange looks of disbelief how I could have been told differently. 2) They didn’t notice that one of the lids under the hood was missing, so they never offered to fix that. I also forgot to tell them until I was already gone. Makes me wonder if inspection was done properly. I hope they can improve the quality of the communication and service.
