I use them for anything mechanical with my BMW and they are not only reliable, but honest! They don’t charge you for things you don’t need which is hard to come by around here. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating, always getting me in asap whenever I have an issue. My most recent experience I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars to only be told it was a simple fix. I highly recommend this company!! A hidden gem!

These guys are geniuses! They have given a new life to my old BMW (2001). I had major problems that seemed to affect the transmission and other systems. All sorts of things would happen (radio going off, multiple signals lit on the dashboard, and many more.) I had the transmission checked by a specialist who found nothinh wrong. One day, my car failed completely and wouldnt start. I towed it to my regular repair garage who kept it one week without finding the problem. BMW Surgeon got it very quickly and identified that the major problems were coming from the anti-theft system. It was changed and with a few other repairs, since then, my car has found by its original zest and power. It almost eels like a new one ! Their service is great and I am absolutely delighted of the work they did.

Someone hit my taillight and left it broken and drove off. I didn’t want to go through insurance because I was scared they would raise my rate and I knew BMW would charge a crazy price. I called BMW Surgeons and Standley (owner) said I could bring the car right over. He is very nice and professional. The estimate he gave me was 1/2 of what BMW would have charged. I just picked up the car and it looks great. I will now be bringing my car here for maintenance!

I had to get one or my run flat tires plugged and I brought my car in to determine if the location of the plug was doable since run flats are unique. I spoke with Stanley over the phone and he agreed to take a look. Lucky for me it was fixable and they took care of me right away. The price was reasonable, everyone was professional and my issue was solved quickly. This is an honest shop and I highly recommend BMWSurgeons.

Honestly it was the best thing I did was take my car to BMW SURGEONS! I bought a 2010 535i GT on 08/2018, the car is currently 134k miles, and a few weeks ago the check engine light turned on the dashboard, I took two other mechanics who condemned my camshaft and instructed me to change the engine because the camshaft exchange would be more expensive than a new engine. Then I found the BMW Surgeons, and was very well received by all staff not only mechanical but also the office. Honesty is the focus of this team! I received an accurate and honest diagnosis, it was just a sensor and I was charged only for this and labor! I am very happy, God bless this company and all the staff!

I recently purchased a pre-owned BMW X3. The owner who sold did not give it a diagnostic. So..... First of all I’m going to start by saying I never felt more welcomed at a business. True professionals who know how to talk to their customers. I looked at these reviews two ;almost three weeks ago after my engine blew. Knowing I was in for a large bill. I was concerned. However, I was put at ease the moment I talked to them. My car was no longer under warranty and needed major engine work and repairs that were done incorrectly by another mechanic. Stan fixed my car quickly and efficiently. They did a full diagnostic and supplied a copy of what they found explained it and the recommended repairs, I have recommended them to everyone I know with a BMW, have been to other shops that changes a lot more for half the service.

HelloI was in that shop couple of times and one of the customers there recommend me the place, that s why I return, to check why my car doesnt t start, well the diagnostic was more than $3.000!!! and he said the 4 cylinders need a compression or something like that.I felt something wrong with that, because month before I was there fixing something else the owner Stanley told me after that service, that my car need gas pump replace, but was not urgent then after the $3k diagnosis I decide to tow my car to vista BMW in Lyions, and the diagnostic was completely different! an d the cost was half o what he said, HE IS NOT HONEST, HE WAS TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE, PLEASE DON T BELIEVE ON THAT GOOD SHOP TAKE 2ND OPINION !!! HE IS NOT HONEST!

Stan took the time to walk me through all points found during the inspection and what they meant so I could prioritize which services to have done.Having all the information presented to you in a no sales pitch manner allows me to make decisions based on my time and pocket. Add to all that, theyre pricing was extremely competitive compared with other shops that I have had estimates from. These guys are amazing! I bought a used BMW for my mother in law about a year ago and they have been taking care of it ever since I bought the car. I went to this place because I used to go to the previous owner when they had this warehouse. I took my truck there for a simple $30 dollars oil change but when its time to pick up the truck they seemed kind of confused. Anyways, I get the bill and its $100 bucks and I asked why is this? and they said they put synthetic oil on my truck without my consent. I was furious but I kept my composure and told them I didnt ask for that. They just said synthetic oil is better etcc (OBVIOUSLY I KNOW WHAT SYNTHETIC OIL IS) but that wasnt the point, my issue was I didnt ask for that service and it was more expensive. I never came back because I felt disrespected by this. I would had come back if they hadnt done this and just had done what I wanted, a simple oil change on an old truck.

In the past, I have been very skeptical about taking my car to any service center other than the BMW dealership. However, Ive had enough of the outrageous prices for parts and labor and I am no longer interested in paying thousands of dollars and being ripped off. I researched and found BMW Surgeons. Standley, the owner, gave me a very reasonable price for repairing the leaking oil for my 2015 M235i, in addition to some other issues. I trusted the reviews that I saw online and needless to say, I am not disappointed. All of the problems were fixed within a very satisfactory time frame (with 100% genuine BMW parts!). BMW Surgeons is an honest, kind and reputable mechanic. I called BMW Surgeons for immediate service on my vehicle after having a miserable experience with another mechanic in the area.I had planned on leaving for a trip to Orlando, FL later in the afternoon but woke up to find my check engine light on.Stanley encouraged me to come to the shop as soon as possible. Once I arrived, they took my car immediately into the shop to look it over and diagnose the issue.Not only did they fix my car within the afternoon, they also gave me the most fair price. I had been quoted by another mechanic to fix the issue for $1,500 (not including labor!). BMW Surgeons fixed my car for $800 (including labor) and had it done for me the same day.BMW Surgeons succeeds at providing the most comfortable automotive experience. They kept in contact with me about the status of my vehicles repair. They were kind and understood my situation and made every effort to repair my vehicle at their earliest convenience. Bought a used bmw and took it in for a check engine light, Stanley pulled about 50 codes which had me thinking I might have bought a lemon. Stanley said there was a battery warning and we should start with that 1st, ended up clearing all but 2 codes with a new battery. Will be going back to finish up the work, trustworthy shop 💯 !!

Fair pricing. If its an obvious problem that requires a part replacement, Stanleys guys can handle. I was looking for a mechanic to help maintain my older BMW, not just replace parts as they present problems. Unfortunately, I dont think Stanley is set up for this.
