He guided me through steps to assure I reported it to the police and the insurance, as well as, fixing my car immediately. He is so well-loved by his clients that a lovely, very thoughtful and sweet lady, by the name of Evelyn, came to pick me -up, so, I was able to get my car, immediately! Robert Ellis is an amazing mechanic. The quality of his work precedes him. He explains everything in details and the repair turnaround time is comparable. He was my mechanic when I purchased my 1st Lexus in 2002 that’s still running. Since then I’ve bought 2 more. I highly recommend him.

Awesome experience, me and my friend bought a 2003 lexus is 300 from this dealership. Robert the salesman was great! He was friendly, kind, and very understanding. He allowed us to freely test drive and look at the car and gave us a more than fair price on it. Even gave us a 30 day warranty if anything was wrong with the car.
