Terrible. I have a Mustang 2015 ecoboost. I have been taking my car for service for the last 4 years. Today I paid 89$ for change engine oil and rotate the tires but they always forget to rotate the tires. hou do I know because I marked them before. Its the mechanics not the front desk. O I forgot, no sticker in the front window remain u when to come back for next squedule. TERRIBLE.

Nice dealership and service center is clean and nice. Service advisor need to be trained on communicating with the customers. The first person a customer confronts at service center is a Service Advisor, so the dealership should have them represent them at a professional and customer friendly way.

The oil change was $20 more than my usual Ford dealership

Engine light on4 hours just to tell me that I need a sensor

Waited for more than 4 hours for a simple maintenance ( with appointments made ahead of time). Had to check in multiple times to make them check on our vehicle. Not recommended

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We were sold a brand new car with defects in the doors and we have had to bring our car back several times. The service center can’t figure it out. You’d think they would enlist help from someone else at Ford? The people who work in the service center are clueless, they never seem to know what’s going on. They don’t honor their own appointments. When our car has been brought in for a couple of maintenance services (oil change, a recall, etc) they keep our car forever. What should take a few hours takes them three days. They once had our car for two weeks, only to NOT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM. Just today, I picked my car up after needing a few things done. They didn’t even fix the things needing to be done- they did an oil change. This place is beyond unprofessional. On top of that, during covid, their own employees aren’t all wearing masks and if they are they are down off their nose or under their chin. Ridiculous. This place is the absolute worst.

If your looking for a Ford Service Provider DONT GO HERE! My entire experience with them has been AWFUL! First the person I made an appointment with did not work the day he scheduled me for service advisor how I had an appointment with wasnt even there the day he scheduled me. Then the service advisor who took over (His name is Andrew ask for anyone else if you get him) tries to up charge me from the minute I got there. I was told a diagnostic was 70 dollars he tried to charged me 97. Took all day, called back after 5 (knowing other shops would be closed and itd be hard to call around for other quotes) and quoted me 600 for a Purge Valve Replacement. Also when I said I would call for other quotes he tells me the car wont be safe to drive after the inspection so Id have to tow it to move it to another shop. I finally reached someone at another ford dealership (Grieco Delray) who quoted me 480.Looking online this should be under 130-190 including parts and labor but dealerships are always more & other mechanics told me I needed to have this done at a ford shop because they needed to reset something in the computer I understand people need to make commissions but theres a difference between a fair price and a rip off. We are in the middle of a pandemic that has effected almost everyones income. Very disappointing.

Fast, friendly, Great service, but it is so expensive, although I definitely would not desire to do the work, especially in Floridas close to hellishly humid hot weather!!

Showed up for an appointment only to be told they didnt have enough technicians to help me therefore my car couldnt be taken care of. Very unprofessional - terrible, terrible service, or lack there of!! No stars for them.

Had to take my 17 Mustang in for service. Set up an appointment with Ricky in service. He took care of me with great care. They had to replace part of the A/C on my car. I expected my car to be there for days! My car was fixed and back to me in 24 hours. Impressive & excellent service & care!
