The entire buying process from the initial phone consultation to walking out of the dealership with the truck was an absolutely phenomenal experience.To begin with, Fred (Sales Guy) was extremely friendly, informative and respectful. My boyfriend and I had a million questions regarding the truck - test drive, features, specifications, etc. He was more than patient with me!Lt. Dan (Sales Manager), Alejandra (Insurance Rep.) and John (Finance) were also very helpful. They made the entire process very easy. Thank you the the entire team!

Recently just bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Arrigo and i am very pleased so far! During the whole process i was very skeptical because i was so attached to the car i was trading in, but as time went on, i opened up a bit and I’m glad i did. I absolutely love the Jeep i bought & it’s all thanks to Jean & Josh! They were both very helpful and understanding. Josh also helped my husband about a year ago when we were at Arrigo buying a truck. Everyone there insures that the customer is happy before walking out the door. 10 of 10 would recommend!

If you like Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge this is the best dealer to buy a brand new or used Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge in Broward County.Ask for Rony or Isac and they will be taking care to fulfill your expectations.The paperwork is a little long, but at the end you will be happy with your car and the dealer discount.

10 out of 10 would not recommend. Brought my brand new truck in for its very first maintenance. Simple oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the dealer after services were performed I immediately noticed a heavy shaking which was not present prior to service. I brought the truck back to the dealer and it sat for over 24 hrs and no one had yet looked at it and they had no answer for me when I asked what was going on. Having lost all confidence with their shop, I opted to take possession of my truck again. Upon closer inspection at home I noticed that they removed some of the original balance weights from all 4 tires. They left some on making it clearly evident that they intentionally did this. Mind you the truck was BRAND NEW and the tires were road force balanced from factory. Very deceptive, and very disgusting that they allow this to happen in their shop, presumably to ring in more business. Be weary when bringing your vehicle to be serviced here.

Absolute worst service experience so far in my automotive years. Brand new TRX (with 125 miles) took it in for a rough idle, and bunch of lights on the dash with codes... Drop it off the night prior... dealer doesnt even call to update me the next day on whats going on etc. I ask for a loaner, Unfredo replies we have to see if this is under warranty Again, this truck has 125 miles. Now they are trying to charge me 4700 over some bogus claim that the truck has bad gas and ruined the cats. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I dont believe the station nor department deserve this poor review, for one mans poor performance. However, this Individual name Brian from Service adviser team gave me the most horrible customer service experience someone can have. I was put on hold 3 different separate times for more than 30 minutes each time. After leaving my vehicle for 24 hrs, just to be told all that was done was an inspection and nothing was found. This is unacceptable. It does not take a genius to figure out something is wrong with the suspension when three of your tires are worn evenly and the fourth tire is not. His brilliant mine brought himself to the conclusion that it had to be the cause of lack of rotation. If I were to take Brians advice, what do you think would happen if I were to place which ever tire on the same suspension that caused the uneven tire wear? No more further words need to be given for this individual.. If you dont believe me, remember his name and go deal with him yourself.. you will soon realize what Im talking about.

Would not recommandTook my jeep in on a Friday didnt hear back from them until I called on Tuesday. Which gave me a feeling that they never diagnose my vehicle in the first placed, I took it for service because there was a squeaky noise coming from one of the rear brakes. They told me that I need to replace my entire rear brakes system including brake lines and that my brake fluid was dark black. Everything was going to cost $3200. They also said my vehicle was unsafe to drive and needed to be tow. I refuse all repairs because nothing they said made any sense. When I went to check out they charged me $250 for diagnose and oil change which wasnt the amount Representative Jonathan had gave me on Friday.When I got home I inspected all brakes, rotors, calipers, and brake oil. Come to find out my brake fluid was not dark as they stated. Rotor, calipers and pad were only bad on one side which was the rear driver side.That beings said this dealer get one star rating, if I didnt know about cars they would have taken advantage.Be honest to your customers and you wouldnt get reviews like mines.Why did I go to the dealer for service knowing what I know, the answer is Im on vacation and all i wanted to do was relax but unfortunately that didnt happened but I save a ton of money.

Nester was totally chill. From the moment we met he let us look on our own time and in our own way. When I returned to look more closely the next day he again was very mellow, helpful and answered nearly every question. Best part was when he didnt know the answer he said so. When a qualified customer comes to a scheduled appointment from a recent referral, you should have good customer service. I was ready to purchase a vehicle with a high dollar trade in, and was not allowed to drive the vehicle without numbers being ran. This was a complete waste of time and very disappointing. I will be going to Arrigo Sawgrass as they will let me test drive the car I’m interested in. Thank you, the GM has to hire more efficient sales representatives. Don’t waste your time with a dealership like this. Very disappointed to say the least.

Went here on a Wednesday to get my computer fixed on my car. I had to get a rental car because, company doesn’t give loaners. I was told the vehicle was going to be ready on Friday that turned into Saturday of the following week. I didn’t receive a call about anything that was happening to my vehicle and when I called either I was on hold or my messages didn’t get a call back. Finally after car was done I wasn’t even informed. I had to go to location and that is when I found out my car was ready.After a hefty bill the problem was still there I had to wait possibly an hour. Then came another problem the tech didn’t tighten the computer. The professional was unbelievable. Had I known what I was getting into I would have went somewhere. After all of my troubles I didn’t even get a reasonable apology almost as if this happens everyday.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this dealership to anyone! We bought our truck about 4 months ago had to go back the very next day as I reviewed my contract, I was being charged for things I never had agreed too and things like window tint which the car already came with 😳all I can say is please read the fine print! Ordered a hitch took about 3 months to get finally get it installed and what would supposedly take 3 hrs took 3 days. Got my truck back all dirty with oil prints on my white paint 😡 took almost 3 hrs for them to wash my car that day. I leave go home and check the wiring for the hitch and it Doesn’t work!!! Now I’m fuming! I call and call all I get is answering machines finally get someone on the phone and I bring it in again. Another 3 days later they say they needed to add another device to the wiring harness for it to work. They wanted to charge me for the misunderstanding which I quickly said no way. The service here is extremely horrible this is not the first bad review this dealership has. Please reconsider where you buy and maintain your vehicle.

Trying to get a service appointment has been a nightmare with Arrigo. The battery went dead on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, which is a wheelchair accessible modified van and my only vehicle. I had AAA come and jump start the van, than immediately called Arrigo to make an appointment to bring it in, it is still covered under warranty. I called on a Wednesday and their system is they take your information and tell you a Service Rep will call you to set up an appointment. On Friday three days later I still did not hear from them. I had to have my van flat bedded to them Friday night, Saturday I still had not heard from the service department. Not until I got irate with them on the phone did someone call me back. Their excuse was they are short technicians and are only taking emergencies. I said if this is not an emergency than what is? I will use them until my warranty is up, I would not purchase another vehicle from them

I was shopping for a truck for about 7 months and found this location. Salesman Justice, did his due diligence by keeping constant communication with me, and finding the truck I wanted. It was like having my very own concierge representative. While in the dealership Lt. Dan Welsh, did a great job negotiating deals and the end result being a very comfortable payment for me. This location has a few team members that were fairly new with the process of dealing, PDIn and detailing the vehichle, financing, payment, to out the door. But, Lt. Dan, Ash, and Cliff, were there to guide the team members as the process moved along showing that this is an environment were new members can get on the job training and hopefully be successful throughout their careers. Overall, the end result is a satisfied customer and I look forward to seeing those team members who helped with the purchase process as the years progress. I would purchase/lease another vehicle from another dealer next time. The Salesman Fred was awesome. The sales manager who changed the price higher than what Fred had written down initially. Then all along the process I advised them I was going to check with my credit union. The next day I advised the dealership that my credit you did in fact offer a better deal The same sales manager told me the deal he gave me was because dealership was going to make money on the backside. He told me to my face that he would not have done the deal and lost money both on the front side and back side. Never in my life have I heard something so ridiculous. At the end I went with a better dealership deal but only because I felt they were not going to redo the contract. John the new finance guy was great and so was Dan the head sales manager. They are also very very pushy on the extended warranty.

I purchased my Dodge Ram Truck on 2/2021. On 6/23/2021 just made my 3 payment the truck had to get towed to the dealer by AAA. Truck was in their possession for 5 days. The truck would not Reverse or Drive warning lights flashing ABS were all Locked and had to change the Battery. This is a Certified Pre-Owned. So I had to pay $557.09 to get my truck. Which I explained why do I have to pay all this money for battery and and completed quick learn trans. Was completely brushed off. I have asked to speak to a manager but once again none on site how convenient. Had called several times and never was ever to speak to manager even left my number to get a call never received a call. About a week later call comes in from customer service to see if truck was running good. Explained my concern regarding having to pay for battery on a truck that was just purchased in 2/21, he was puzzled as to why was I charge all that money stated to representative that I felt I was ripped off, and if this was Arrigo policy to sell a vehicle with batteries to last only 3 months also for my ABS to all lock up and not being able to reverse or drive. Told me that he would explained the situation to his manager and would call back. 10 minutes later received call from customer service again. The representative started to tell me that he has spoken to his Manager and was willing to give me a and to give me $200.00 worth of free services if I do a survey. Expressed myself that I was not happy and that I was going to be Honest. Thats when the catch came in. In order to get the $200 free services I had to lie on the survey and give them all good review and once they see the survey within 24hrs then they would send me an email with the $200 free service. Here we go. I proceeded to tell representative, it wont look good if I would be honest .He proceeded to say that would be correct What is Arrigo coming to with this situation. I never filled the survey do to the fact that I felt I was ripped off and try to insult me. I am so disgusted with Arrigo trying to play me to make themselves look good. When it is time for another vehicle I will never by Dodge again. I always love Dodge but this nasty taste that Arrigo left me with will never be forgiven. Reach out if you like you have my info.

I would not recommend this dealership. My salesman Ramon was a nice guy, but I can’t say the same for the other “managers” and reps on the floor. They ran my credit 3 times without authorization when I approved told them to do it once. Now my credit report is all screwed up and I’m currently dealing with the headache of fixing the issue they caused. They also made me switch insurance policies for the new car and pay for the first month of insurance up front ($287), only to tell me the car price they offered me before signing wasn’t available anymore. After wasting 5 hours of my life, they tried to push a few other cars on the lot but they lost my trust after that. When I decided to walk, I spoke to the insurance agent at the dealership said not to worry about the payment I made and that it would automatically cancel within a few days. It was almost two weeks after the fact that I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Will definitely consider going to another Jeep dealership soon, but not this one.

Military do not buy from Arrigo. The post-buying support has been terrible. Two months later I still do not have my permanent plates and despite multiple phone calls, they have missed sending temp plates again (meaning that I can’t legally drive the truck). They still owe me window tinting that has again been due to no returned calls and lack of follow up. Talked to General Manager, Zeke Williams, and he blew us off and passed the buck. They are not well organized and there is no incentive or accountability to support the customer after purchase. Only went here because they had what I wanted in stock…should have waited and gone somewhere else!

Purchased a 2020 RAM Promaster City. Michel Domenech was the sales person who proved to be very helpful and professional. The whole team was exceptional including Alejandra from insurance to John at finance who gave us a better rate than expected. Attractive price to get you to contact them. List price on Internet for used vehicle is not the final price. After I showed interest and discussed the price with the sales person he went to go see if the manager could do any better on price. Came back hours later with a increase of 15%. This was the explanation that I received.We often get vehicles in bulk. Instead of waiting for the inspection we get them on the internet as quickly as possible. Often there are repairs required which increases our cost.Which is odd because they had inventory for over 2 months and listed on CarGurus website for over 92 days. The price on Cargurus also continued to drop. This company is what gives dealerships a bad name.

Well I was thrilled thought my issue was solved. Drove over 2000 miles..and tonight driving to work the tracking light came on and additionally the check engine light. This has not been able to be fixed. I now am going to check up on the lemon law. I have been in and out of service for the tracking light 4 times.

Service DEPT really bad customer service. My service tech was out, no one was overseeing my car repair, my car just sat there and I got no status update on the warranty coverage. I asked for the service manager to call me, but to no avail. I suggest don’t waste your time there.I’m back about a month after the service department fixed my transmission with problems once again. The check engine light is on, the drive is failing and cannot be driven. Service did not offer a tow-in or a loaner car yet. We are at the dealership now and been here 45 minutes waiting to complain to the manager. No customer service and worst service I’ve ever seen on a vehicle that was already repaired!It’s been 6 days since I dropped off my vehicle at service and no one has talked to me about the status of the repair. I called service and was on hold for over 30 minutes and forgotten about. There is no customer service in the service department.

STAY AWAY! Servicing dept is horrible. You cannot reach anybody here. I call 7, 8 times and get disconnected, hung up on, and my service advisor is nowhere to be found. Nobody calls to tell you status of your repair. And this is after I made an APPOINTMENT for servicing in advance. I would NEVER buy a car from somewhere with this kind of service.

Service department driver backed into my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee while it was parked at the service entrance waiting to be towed to another location. Service Director Michael Lewis claimed responsibility for all damage and let me know their insurance company would be contacting me within a couple of days. That call never came so I wrote a few e-mails and calls that were never returned. I had to finally go through my insurance company to get my car fixed and they also have not been able to get any response from Michael Lewis or Arrigo. I have to spend over $1,700 out of pocket for an accident that was not my fault!

I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord with this dealership and like 80% of the used vehicles on the lot this car was involved in a accident. The car turned out to be a lemon and left me stranded while at work in multiple states as it would not start. I brought the car back within 30 days and they refused to give me a refund. Then this 2017 I was forced into has electrical issues and appears to be a lemon as well. If you want a dodge, fine shop here, but anything else you better steer clear!

I’ve been communicating with Reggie about a new Jeep grand Cherokee Overland that I saw advertised on your website. reggie told me today that he cannot honor the price that is posted on the Internet. This is a bait and switch.Not honoring the prices that you have listed on your website might be the most dishonorable things that a dealership does. This is the kind of stuff that gives car salesman a bad name. After letting me know that he could not honor the price on the Internet he still invited me in to see what the best deal he could do for me. there isn’t a chance that I’m going to drive one hour to go to a dealership that will not stand behind the price as they advertise online. reggie has my phone number if anyone would like to call me.Not only is he trying to pull a bait and switch they offered me $10,000 below Kelley blue book on my trade that I purchased six months ago from Arrigo West Palm Beach. After I objected to the price, lo and behold Reggie came back the following day and said the manager made a mistake and that they could offer me as much as 34,000 prior to seeing it. Absolutely abhorrent business practicesI purchased my previous vehicle from Arrigo in West Palm Beach. Napleton jeep in my area has the same vehicle.I wouldn’t make my oil change appointment with a dealership this dishonest

Worst service by Jesse in the service department. Had me waiting for 20 mins with no customer and then walks up and just gives me straight attitude like it was a inconvenience for me to go and spend money there. Will never ever consider doing any business with arrigo.
