They only let 10 People in the store at a time. I understand, but the square footage of this building can sustain many more people still socially distanced. There are some goods find if you goOn Wednesday when they offload. Even at 50% it’sStill Pricey.

Some nice pieces, a lot of stuff was damaged and returned items, have to really look at what youre getting.

Great store with high quality furniture. Get there early as due to covid they only allow so many people in at a time.

My husband loves home design, every time someone visits us for the first time, they mention how much they love our home, and I always say the same thing, every single room was designed by my husband and not by me. My husband listens to the Ballard Designs podcast and one day found out that they actually have 1 location in Florida, not just a regular location but an Outlet. When we searched, we were thrilled that it was only an hour away from our home.We have been to this location several times in the last couple of months, and the merchandise is always different because they sell out quickly. We have purchased two rugs for our home and what makes these rugs incredibly amazing is that they are made to withstand the outdoor climate yet beautiful enough to use for any inside space. When we went the first time, they had an additional 60% off on everything in the store, and the people were frantically buying. this past time, everything in the store had an additional 50% off. Their merchandise is more traditional than our style, however; everything is exquisite and we always find pieces that we would actually incorporate into our style. One of the items that they have that is very exciting to us is Sunbrella cushions at fantastic prices. We are going to be purchasing new cushions for our outdoor area in our next visit.

I love Ballards outlet! Jon was so nice and helpful along with the rest of the staff. They sell beautiful peices and I love to walk in and see what they have on a weekly basis.

This is a wonderful outlet filled with most of the items found in the catalogue at a very good price. Whenever Ive been there, an extra 40% reduction was added.There is an abundance of items from which to choose, including large & smaller furniture pieces, outdoor furniture, accessories, and linens.There are two things to keep in mind.There is no delivery service; you must arrange for your own pickup. They will help you to load the heavy pieces.The second is that all sales are final! You must check all items carefully before purchase. There are signs throughout informing you of this policy.I was able to purchase a gorgeous armoire for an amazing price. Also, the staff was very helpful and gracious.

CLOSED BATHROOM...not helpful when you drive an hour to get there. I understand its a pandemic, but bathrooms are open.

The people there are always nice! You can get great deals, just pay attention to what the additional discount is when you walk in the door. (usally 40-60% off the tag). STRONGLY suggest inspect anything FULLY before leaving the store. It IS an outlet! I personally had 3 mirrors laid out to inspect and they were fine with it and helped me clean them to find one without marks!

Fabulous outlet! I go to see what they get in once a week. Great prices!You need to ask about what the final price would be...sometime the price stickers are still catalog prices. Wonderful staff they take great care of the customers and the store too.

Worth the time. I travelled ~45 min and happy I brought the big vehicle. I was shocked that you can find items currently in the Ballard Designs catalog and on the website for 1/2 price!

This is the outlet of a high end furniture store. But it has very limited options of furniture and prices are still high! Staff is very friendly and location is great but could use some more variety and better prices.

The staff was very friendly on my initial visit. I bought a curtain rod and after getting home realized it was the wrong type. I went to return it to the store and found out all sales are final. Since I was asked at the time of purchase if it was first time in the store I feel i should have been told the policy. There is nothing posted at the register and I now notice the policy on my receipt, however at the point I get a receipt the purchase has already been made. The sales associate was very nice and said she would need a manager to approve the return. A manager was called and told me IF I could find something for the same price she would exchange it but would not just return it. It was only $10 so that was not likely. It is not the money that bothers me...it is not giving me all the information and the inflexibility of the manager.

Fun store for home decor. Its a place you spend time searching for hidden treasures. Expect prices to be on the high end.

I have been shopping the Ballards catalog for years. Wonderful to have a outlet store near our 2nd home in Fort Lauderdale. Totally our taste and love all the looks and items in store.

Only furniture outlet store I know with such helpful, friendly and genuine staff and managers. Good quality products at good discounts

Selection is limited however a decent turnover of items as inventory is updated regularly and with weekly sales you can find some good bargains! Not too many customer service member on the floor, so be patience while they get to you!

A designer buff dream! I loved finding items that, many times are still available at the catalogue for a 1/4 of the price. Corteous service, great atmosphere.

Beautiful household items, but a little pricey. Cheapest item I saw was a bowl and that alone was $22.00. Better off going right across to Homegoods.

They have a lot of inventory that changes often. When they have sales, there are good deals. Remember, its an outlet.

Horrible customer service, I ordered 3 arcylic curtain rods. For my formal living room and was on a time crunch to get them before my guest arrived. I paid extra for 2 day shipping which is point less since I got it 4 days later and only had partial ordered delivered. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking it may come it 2 different shipments I called the customer service line and was told everything was delievered I told the agent I dont have everything just 1 rod in a long box and a small box with the brackets. I was told they will contact UPS for tracking and I would have to wait 10 days to see what happened to the package or I can spend 500 bucks more and place another order. I spent over 600 on 3 8ft curtain rods and the fact something so expensive is left at your front door is crazy, it should have required a signature. I was looking forward to buying more products from them since I just purchased my house but after the resolution they gave me and the wait time I want to return that single rod I have and get my money back. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

Way way way over priced for the things they are selling, it was 100 for 1 pillow case.

I went there for the first time and walked around the store for a good 30 minutes. I was amazed at how rude and negligent the sales people were. Not one person greeted me or asked if they could help me and they walked by me multiple times. For this reason I will not return to this store.

Customers beware with this store! We bought a carpet that seems to be fine and new but when we got home, the carpet was full of holes underneath. The store manager didnt want to take it back. We didnt want a refund, all we wanted was store credit and he denied to do so. We spent $90 for a BATH carpet that is going to the garbage. As bussines owners ourself we understand the final sale policy but cant stand the rip off of having customers buying defective products without even telling the customers. One thing is that you cannot change your mind on a product you purchaseand another thing is buying a defective products without letting customers know that you may need to throw it away because is defective.
