I was shopping around for a bedroom set. I went into Empire furniture store, which was my 3 store. As I enter Ms. Millie greets me with a warm welcome. I saw this royal blue bed frame with box spring and mattress and fall in love with it, and I got it delivered to my home the same day. 5 stars also for the delivery guy. It take him no time to unload and put my bed together for me. Love this store, it will be my 1stop shop furniture store.❤

Disappointed in service I received here. Waited all day for an agreed upon morning delivery, but delivery guys showed up late in the afternoon with the Wrong mattress. To top it off, the sales lady from the store wanted me to keep the mattress at my home until they can get the right mattress 3 days later. How can you ask a customer for a favor when you havent apologized for the inconvenience caused? Then, in their attempt to deliver the correct mattress for the second time, they arrived 5.5 hours early while I was at work. Im sure other folks had a better experience at this store than I did, but its just bad luck sometimes...Sad.

I was very lucky to find them, I had been searching for a bedroom set for weeks, all the big stores were backed up until July and I had just moved. Luckily I came across this store and the exact bedroom set thats Ive been wanting was actyally available and they delivered it 3 days later. I was very happy.

This was by far the best furniture store I came across. I already knew what I wanted and they ordered, delivered, and assembled it in the room. Pricing was great. I would definitely recommend this place to buy your furniture.

Incredible service from beginning to end. I went into the store to purchase beds for my kids after seeing some of their beds on Offer Up. Millie and Adam were awesome! They really listened to our likes and dislikes and made recommendations based on that. I ended up not only purchasing beds for the kids but for myself as well! The delivery was fast and when I had a concern with the bed I choose, they were quick to address and resolve it. They were friendly, personable and made this process easy! I went with my two little ones, Milly didnt have a problem with them being in the dtore and playing around, she was able to understand my needs and my struggles, she found exactly the bunk bed I needed for a really good price and a full size bed for my oldest one that she absolutely loves, the service was nice, they gave me financing, which if you are able to pay within the given initial time doesnt add interest and it gives you some relief, if you dont pay within the period stipulated, youll end up paying double.The delivery took almost a week, but the guys worked well and assembled the beds in a great way, no mess was left and there were no scratches, I received what I ordered and everything looks beautiful, I only had to wait a few extra hours to have one of the mattresses delivered, but it was not too late, I recommend this place.

Sleep Empire Furniture is definitely the place to go for all of your furniture. With me being on a budget, Millie was able to accommodate all of my needs, at a great price and the furniture looking beautiful. She is also an owner that is true to her word. When we scheduled a day for the furniture to be delivered, she means it.And I know this because on the day that the furniture was supposed to be delivered, her driver was unable to be available, so she delivered the pieces herself! And this was after hours! Very true to her word.Also if you are a return customer, she has offered exclusive pricing which I thought it couldnt get better. My experience went totally beyond my expectations. Highly, highly recommend!

We went in to the store looking for a bed and left with a bed and a dining room table and chairs. Millie was very patient while we decided what we wanted to order. The order was delivered yesterday and I’ve couldn’t be happier with it. Very good quality and it met all our expectations. The delivery man David was also wonderful. He called when he was on his way, when he got here he introduced himself and shook my hand. He was very careful with the furniture and my walls with moving the furniture into the house. I will definitely go back for other purchases!! Great place to shop !

Sleep Empire (Margate, FL) is a great place to shop for very nice but reasonable furniture! I give the store 100% for customer service, cleanliness and quality. Millie was welcoming, very polite, and knowledgeable of her products. It was a process furnishing my entire place and I grew tired. However, she never once lost patience or tried to sell me something I wasnt interested in. I would recommend her store to anyone. Kudos to Sleep Empire!!!

Millie was very helpful and patient with helping me choose my new bedroom set and a recliner. I highly recommend this place for sticking to their word. Upon delivery and opening of the boxes, a couple pieces were broken but the delivery guys promised to return later in the week with new pieces. They came back with new, unbroken pieces and all was well.They are very responsive and have truly shown customer service. Its very hard to find trustworthy businesses but Sleep Empire is a gem.

My wife and I recently made a major purchase of a bed from Sleep Empire, and we can honestly say that it was an enjoyable experience, which I never thought buying a bed could be. We were actually on our way to the discount mattress store, where we had purchased several times in the past, but fortunately for us, they werent open yet. We, by chance, saw Sleep Empire on our way to the discount mattress store, so we, somewhat hesitantly, went in, and we are SO glad that we did. Millie, the owner, greeted us immediately with a big smile, and made us feel so comfortable right away. She asked us what we were looking for, told us about her many years in the bedding industry, and never tried to sell us on any product. She fully explained all the Sleep Empire products, and made us feel so at-ease the entire time. We ended up buying two twin box springs and a king foam mattress (the Jade model, with a 20-year warranty), and Millies pricing was extremely competitive with everything else we had looked at. Plus, her delivery and set-up guys were extremely professional and pleasant, took the time to explain everything to us, and didnt leave until we were completely satisfied. My wife and I want to thank Millie again for making what is usually a tedious process truly enjoyable. We will be doing business with her and her company for many years to come.

I ordered my items a month ahead of time and scheduled a date. On the date it was suppose to be delivered, they were three hours late and only had my bedroom set (the wrong color) with no mirror. I ordered a bedroom set, dinning room set, and a coffee table set. Millie didn’t tell me that they didn’t have my items, she consistently blamed the delivery driver. The next two days, they brought my dinning room table and no chairs.(there were always three hours late for delivery). No one communicated with me to let me know the items were not coming and that they were arriving late. After two weeks my items were still not delivered. I was distraught, waiting and paying for something that was not in my possession. They came with a scratched coffee table, I waited for a late delivery and the delivery driver told me Millie knew it was scratched, she told him to bring it anyway. I called the next day, she lied and said she didn’t know and that it was on the truck and she’ll deduct money out of his check. I thought that was very unprofessional and that I did not have updates on my items and for it to take almost a month for everything to be delivered. The delivery driver says she order piece by piece and they’ve been getting a lot of complaints. Also, he said she sends scratched or the wrong items to customers intentionally. She sent the wrong bedroom set color to my home and a coffee table set I did not order. She was very unprofessional and non responsive. I contacted zibby and she responded to them and not me. How convenient? She doesn’t receive the money directly through me but she can answer to zibby. How I can’t return something I did not order... all she had to do was bring the right merchandise. I try my best to support black businesses but I will not recommend anyone to go there. She agrees to a date for things to be delivered and they don’t. I had someone at my home every two-three days bringing a chair, a mirror it was ridiculous. I would rather pay for more expensive furniture than to be treated in this manner. My hard earned money will not go to someone who treats customers like peasants. Your response shows your unprofessionalism.. may peace be upon you
