Friendly people and nice atmosphere. But they take to long to fix phones. I brought a iPhone 8 Plus in and the worker said it would take 5 days to fix due to part he had to order. Days went by and I went to see if he was done he said the part said just got in, come tomorrow. I came the next day he still wasn’t finished also told me he would call me at 8. It’s 8:40 and they close at 9:00. Horrible Customers Service.

Well where do I begin about the people in the store you know when you lose your phone it’s like losing a limb you can’t function without it you’re devastated there are some people that if they leave their phone home and they realize an hour and a half out down the road that they got to go back for their phone well I’ve had many broken phones in my day and I’ve always worked with AT&T and let me Telya I knew I couldn’t afford to keep going back to AT&T and buying their coverage and their insurance and my face is on my phone kept breaking and breaking and breakingAnd then I found this wonderful little Store and I walked in and got the most wonderful welcome anyone could get and say how may I help you ma’am and of course I’m in tears crying telling them I need my phone back in one hour I’m waiting on an important phone call as her anyway you can fix his face on my phone and fix my phone the gentleman looked up at me and he said ma’am I will do my best I went home and got a phone call exactly 45 minutes later and he said to me your phone is ready come and pick it up well I must tell you all that wasn’t the firstTime that that happened and it happened again and again and then with a laptop face cracked and then all my grandchildren were breaking phones and there was never anybody in town that we have more reasonable in price and more kinder than this gentleman and his crew that worked with him wonderful wonderful people and wonderful service and I am so grateful that I found this little tiny storeTo fix all my problems thank you all of you God bless

The one cell shop in town you can trust. Bring your phone in with almost any problem and it’ll come back in better condition than you walked in with, I use this shop and all my friends do to you should tooo!!
