Today was my first experience in a metro by T-Mobile store that was not a headache, that I did not have to wait hours to get help and the most pleasant person Ive ever dealt with. Her name is Nicole she is very patient and very nice and easy to understand. Ive been looking for help with my phone or a new phone for the last 3 months. And today was the first day I felt confident in the person that was helping me in understanding. This is after 4 metro by T-Mobile stores. Thank you Nicole for all your help. And this company should feel extremely proud to have someone like her working for them. Because of the other four visits I almost left this company in search of another and so glad that I gave it one more shot.
My experience today at metrobymobile was by far the most professional Ive yet to receive in a very long time my representative was a gentleman by the name of jayme very patient and attentive to his customers I will definitely recommend him always.
Been here for a half hour and theres only 1 person working in this store, a bunch waiting, now they taking the person thats just here to pay but the rest of us are still waiting. Ive been coming here for years and am truly disappointed Ive been waiting this long, havent even been acknowledged and THERES NO INE ESLE TO HELP ME OMG! LIKE WAITING AT THE DOCTORS OFFICE SMH
My phone apparently reset itself. I couldnt get past the welcome screen no matter what I tried. I was really frustrated. I went to the Metro store at Banks and Atlantic in Margate where Nicole worked her magic and got everything working again! She was so nice, and so helpful, and took the time to offer some really helpful tips for the future. I am so grateful to her.
I would give 0 stars. My dad went there after 10am this morning. He spoke to Jennifer the rep at the counter to let her know the phone he bought from their store just a little over a month ago was defective. He had issues with receiving, placing calls & internet connectivity. We are on a shared plan with 4 of us in all & he only started having these issues after buying this new Samsung phone from their store. He explained the issues he had then was told by Jennifer he should try to sell the defective phone, purchase another one because due to store policy he could not return/exchange it. When my father disagreed with selling a defective phone and requested to speak with a Manager about the issues, the store clerk claimed she called the Manager & the answer was the same. The most shocking thing happened after refusing to let my father speak to a Manager: She called the police on him! My dad remained there because he wished to voice his concern with the police officers & how rude the Rep had been. The officers advised him to not deal with her anymore & to call corporate which we did to file a complaint. I have been with Metro PCS for over 10 years & in all my 34 years of being on this earth this is the worse Customer Service that my family has ever experienced. How could this Employee treat a customer this way who was not irate or using profanity & how could the Manager she called be so unprofessional to not even speak to my father. What kind of place is this. I will never go back to that store & I will never recommend anyone to that store. My advice please get proper Customer Service training, emphasize empathy & professionalism. Did she want to be on the news/limelight since there is so much of that going on nowadays? I might call Help Me Howard on them that is about all the negative press they will get. Plus the kicker is my dad was not new to this store. He has been going there for 2 years & we liked the other Rep Usman but this was my dads first encounter with Jennifer. Sadly, you have lost our business since her & the Manager(whoever he/she is) dont care about their customers

Absolutely worst experience ever. the lady working there this morning had no idea what she was doing. I needed technical support with my service which all metros usually help with and she said I need to buy a new phone or unlock it lol
What an excellent experience at this location. Love dealing with the salesman on duty tonight. Second time dealing with him and always leave happy. Great customer service
Sadly I agree with most of the reviews. They do find the way to scam you and you end up paying more at the end. Avoid this place. If you read the reviews you will find nice ones too... Dont fall for them maybe you walk in on the day that they are ready to scam you with a smile on their face so you think is good customer service.
Always very helpful at this store. Clerks are well versed in product knowledge and solutions to phone problems.

I went there mad because of the costumer service over the phone werent able to resolve my issue, but staff at this store called for me to metro customer and resolved my issue, I left happy, these employees are the best
Unless you like being deceived please avoid this store.My sales person was Jaslene R.I came to the store to make a simple phone purchase and asked for a screen protector as well. She not only told me that the phone would cost about $200, but also that I could get the screen protector with the phone case if I opted to get the phone case. So, of course, I opted to get the phone case. To my dismay, I had to pay $30 each for both items - in her defense I DID get the screen protector with the phone case - BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR BOTH.She also told me that I would get $10 off. I said sure that sounds good. I looked at the receipt. No sign of discount anywhere, except at the bottom in the comment section where it says: Discount: Customer Satisfaction. I kid you not.She also included a 16 GB Micro SD card which she said came with the phone. This card cost me an additional $30.Looking at the receipt it says that none of the optional items (phone case, micro SD card) are refundable.Remember how she said the phone would cost around $200? The phone actually cost $129.99. She added all the other things to bring up the total so that it wouldnt seem like much compared to the original $200 that she stated. And people wonder why there is so much hatred in the world.But, otherwise, great store. Just lovely.
I was visiting from aurstralia and stopped by this metro for one month service, i was welcomed rightaway with smile, took care of us very quick.ThankYOU, very impressive
Went in to PAY MY BILL and couldnt because I didnt have exact change. Dude wanted me to go next door to Dunkin to get change so I could pay it. Ended up just going to another metro. Not the first time having problems with this location.
They had a free phone promotion. I was forced to get the $60 unlimited plan for the first month. The following month when I tried to change my plan, they locked me out from being able to change my plan via my phone or calling metro. I had to go to the corporate store to unlock it. Corporate told me I didnt have to have the $60 unlimited and didnt know why I was locked out. For now on, no more authorized dealers for me.

This guy messes ups your plans and tries to persuade you to buy stuff. Had to deal with multiple fees and situations that I didnt had to deal with. Go somewhere else.

My husband was talked into getting an expensive phone which is way more than he needs. Then they sold him an over priced screen protector, 2 days later it fell off in his pocket, crumbled and cut his hand!!!!! Thanks for the over priced phone, over priced screen protector, and the doctor bill!!!!!!!!

Went there looking for a new phone, the couple working behind the counter were rude and too preoccupied with their own conversation to be bothered with help a customer, went to boost a few blocks away and was treated amazing definitely ruined metro for me.
Buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and head to a corporate store. This franchise is a scam, they rely heavily on commission and will push to sell you whatever they have in stock at the time. They set up to take advantage of people in the local area.

He did not want to change my plan to a better one or advise me to renew my phone and that of my family, he just wanted to sell us a new line by changing our numbers because we are not old customers because we are not ...
