I am just now leaving this location and I could not be more thankful!!!!MR. JOHN went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and was able to catch my international flight. I came in with a problem I did not think anyone would be able to resolve, but little did I know he got my phone performing better than new! I dont usually write reviews-but not only did he resolve my phone issue; I came in with my 3 year old son who was having a tantrum and making things very challenging- but John (without me asking) played the BABY SHARK song in the whole store for my little one and even did the dance with him!!!!!Needless to say my son had a smile from ear to ear and was dancing along. Hi I had a problem with my charging port which I assumed I have a Samsung S9 and when I went in the store I was greeted immediately with a mask which is great following safety protocol and Andres was very friendly asked for my phone asked what I thought was the issue and then tested it himself. Came back with a new original charging cable which was the problem. Now he could have been a crook and took my money and said it was something else. He was HONEST and told me exactly what the issue was saved me money and gained a forever customer which I will recommend him and the company to Family and Friends. It was great customer Service very knowledgeable and professional.

More issues with my phone after “fixing it.” I have to get a new phone since their “repair.” Disgusting lobby..Bugs everywhere, layers of dust. Condescending owner. Was told I could get a refund if it will “make me feel better.” The tech was the only positive thing at that place. Too bad he is leaving the company..wonder why?

Terible store,, been their twice and will never return. No attendant at the front, store completely empty, had to wait about 12 minutes inside until someone decided to come out and ask what did I need. Awful experience, No good customer service and No thank you, dont bother...

Brought in a galaxy S6 for a account removal and repair back screen glass only at the time I brought phone in camera was working they had phone for 2 days.Went to pick phone up the tech had a discussion with me saying that camera don’t work he tried giving me a demonstration on the why it don’t work and that it could be repaired I wasn’t giving them not one more dollar. Didn’t trust Them anymore to do anything with the phone, Took phone to another phone repair shop to be fixed. And it was the camera system had to be reset.Take your chances if you want to I advise shop around choose wisely.

The first time my phone was repaired it was a 5. Now... not so much. My selfie lens was left unclean now when I take selfies they are blurred. The new replacement parts are loose in some places. This was a definite rush job. I dont think I will be using this place again!
