Excellent customer service here. I believe his name was Joseph. Joseph had asked if I needed any assistance in picking up a hot food item, he then proceeded to thoroughly wash his hands, put on food safety gloves, and then used tongs to grab the food items I had requested. I applaud and appreciate the clean and friendly service!
I use to frequent this location, but I won’t spend a dollar here anymore. I bring ✨my own✨ cup to the location to purchase items and get ice for the water I purchase. When it comes to checkout time, the staff charges me .50 for ice, but the policy is to charge when you use ✨their cup✨. The more knowledgeable staff is aware, but it’s the newbies seem not to get it wrong. My last two visits were quite hostile and down right rude. I was accosted and stared down by an employee for getting ice 🧊 in my personal cup. I contacted corporate, but little to nothing was done. My last and✨final✨time going, the same thing occurred. But this time the actual manager (young Venezuela, female) was there, and she was VERY rude about the whole situation. As she approached the cash register, she hastily punched the buttons to remove the fee and had such an attitude about it.Thankfully, they are building one on Banks Rd and Coconut Creek. I will no longer patronize this location. Just like you charge a fee on anything else, you should make a sign advising of such a fee, if you’re unable to obtain free ice in your own cup. To the manager that assisted me that day, you know who I am, and your behavior was disgusting and deplorable. Learn how to better service your public better, as your actions over .50 were not warranted. Please do better.Although, you won’t have to worry about any future interactions, as you have lost a valuable customer!✌️
What’s the sense of this store being open 24/7 if you can’t purchase all items ? I didn’t even come here for alcohol I can for propane and was told they don’t sell it at 11:30 but any time after 7am . ? Is there a reason for this? Do they believe I will use it irresponsible? Help me out here. That should be a posted rule if it is indeed a rule at all I mean what the cut off time for getting propane?
No excitement or friendliness from cashier
Just stopped by this store to pickup a few snacks @ 8pm. It was busy but didn’t have any problems with the employees or customers. The employees were friendly and pleasant. The store was your typical convenience operation. Thanks for reading my review and a thumbs up would be nice. Good luck to you and yours.
I havent been getting my points like I used to. Why Is that? I put in my phone number or have an employee scan it
The crew are very polite and helpfull.
Old management was a lot better
Covenient, but not alot of selection
Extremely clean and great staff
Best 7-Eleven in the area for sure, store is always clean. Gets very busy in the morning but employees make sure that coffee is always made and food is always fresh! Just found out there is new management running the store and they seem to be getting the hand of the store and beating their competitors in the area with cleanliness and customer service experience! Extremely recommend the Orange Chicken
Nice employees and snack selection.
The owner me a phone card that did not work and proceeded to not give a refund. No customer service.
Friendly service
Courier. Very nice 7-Eleven employee
The owner mistreats customers and is known for treating the homeless terrible.
Unprofessional no customer service store always dirty
Great customer service friendly staff
Bad place to go cashier are so rude ask something they answer bad and i have bad experience there with my family. i don’t recommend this place never never .
This location is pretty good for a 7-Eleven. Its very conveniently located on the busy Atlantic Avenue corridor running east. Unlike some other locations it is clean without a lot of sketchy people around. This may be due to the fact that the local police can usually be found hanging out at a back table. I am trying to cut down on junk food and there is a Dunkin Donuts next door for what I think is superior coffee so I usually just dash in on the weekend to grab a newspaper. They carry all the usual suspects so whatever your vice is, highly processed foods, nicotine, alcohol, and lottery tickets, they can all be found here. I actually used the bathroom here once and surprisingly it wasnt too bad. All the people who work here are friendly and fast so if you need to grab something in a hurry this is a great option. PS. Dont forget to get your free slurpee on 7-11 every year. My daughter and her friends come with more and more outrageous containers every year. I think last year was a bucket that produced an epic brain freeze and stomach ache.
Everything’s way over priced. Heard owner barely pays employees.
This is disgusting. I went in today Oct 13 to purchase Davids sunflower seeds. . . . but to my surprise the date on the back of the product said August 20. I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager since this was not the first time that I found a product more than a month expired still sitting on the Shelf at this particular 711 however there was no manager available I did inform the young lady of the date on the package & I gave the two packages that I picked up to her Im pretty sure the rest of them on the shelf is still expired as well. This is my second complaint. I fear nothing will happen until someone becomes sick.
I reviewed this location previously and have seen that there have been some more friendly early morning employees since I posted that review. I am proud that they listened to that and Im much happier with the early morning staff as well as the afternoon staff.
Terrible location. Registers are constantly not accepting cards, or freezing during purchases, meanwhile the lines pileup. This morning, because the registers have been shhoddy for almost a week, several customers including myself put our stuff down and left. To the manager: Thats money walking out the door pal, and now with all of the terrible customer service including the place during into a homeless crackhead den once with the sun goes down youve seen my last dollar. There are too many options nearby (WAWA, Cumberland Farms, etc) to bother with this place anymore. Instead of crying to the local news that the Margate commission shouldnt approve variances for the new Cumberland Farms down the street because it would hurt your business you should have been identifying the real factors that are hurting it.
Nice place for the daytime. Becomes a homeless handout hangout at night
I love them, the moment you walk in they greet you very happy feeling.
The best diet coke ever. The only location that changes out the fountain drinks regularly
Very well stocked. Convenient location in Margate
They failed to post any signs that they can only do cash purchases. Rude female employee looked at me like I was an idiot for asking if the systems were down. Terrible way to handle customers.
Store employees barely speak English and arent very helpful. Always a line and never 2 registers open.
Bad service
Really rude and apparently the restroom has been out of order for months. Ok prices though
Very clean, speedy service
Great service
Gteat place
I bought a bottle of wine and it was bad I almost got sick from it and they didnt want to make the change. I do not recommend this sitecustomer service is very poor.I bought a bottle of wine and bad wine they did not want to accept the return. The attention to its clients is not appropriate I do not recommend this site.
There are never things to eat in the hot greenhouses in the morning, you can get to the place where you are early, you have nothing. And dirty, soon unclean uncle, and attitude tmbm 👎👎
