The drive-thru line is a complete joke. It took 45 minutes for me to pick up my prescription yesterday. That is totally not acceptable. They need more help in the pharmacy. Not only that when you walk in to do your business the line inside is just as long. Please fix this the rest of the store is very clean and well organized but the pharmacy needs help hire some more people

Manager Jenny kept nervous kid getting a shot waiting again, even longer this time. 30 minutes with no one in line. Second time this happened where staff is telling her someone is waiting with an appointment and she scoffs. No third try for me on this location. CVS should consider another manager.

They never answer the phone, I was waiting on the line for 48 min and got disconnected, my doctor left a voice message with me on the line for a very important prescription and CVS is saying that we never call. horrible pharmacy...

Its a very good CVS pharmacy, the personnel is always very polite and helpful, the store is usually clean and organize. I use the CVS app., so I always get great discounts.

Dont waste your time here. On three separate occasions, this store claimed to be out of a medication and gave me a partial refill. On every occasion, when returning to get the remainder, I have been accused of already having picked up the meds, and have had to argue to get my medication. These are not drugs someone would steal- one was a skin cream, one blood pressure, and one an antibiotic. Ive called CVS corporate, and written letters- and the company is totally unresponsive.Calling the pharmacy is an utter waste of time - I was on hold 25 minutes last night and finally just drove over. There was ONE car in line and one customer inside - and I was still on hold.As long as I shall live, I will never set foot in another CVS: ive researched, and their drug prices are not competitive and the prices on everything else is high, so why bother going here? Why subject yourself to people that wont answer the phone and accuse you of stealing?

Whoever the lady that worked the 11am shift on 2/4/2021 was very rude. I had one pair of stocking I wanted to buy for work and as I was walking up to the counter she points to self check out and says go there, I’m taking care of a lady. OK no big deal, I go to self check out and as soon as I turn she takes care of a lady behind me with multiple items. And I asked her about it and she apologized and said the lady had one item, LIES. I was SO upset leaving that store today, this is not the customer service I was expecting.

I visited this CVS today and it looks as if they do not take pride in cleaning their parking lot. There was trash and litter throughout, it looks horrible!

The pharmacy is horrible. The people working there have NO COMPASSION for people. They are VERY LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I would rather suffer in agonizing pain before ever going back to such a HORRIBLE PHARMACIST!!!!!!!

Phone call takes forever, too many prompts, then you still cant get anyone and if do your on hold forever!!

Relean should not be allowed to speak to people she is utterly unprofessional and smells horribly of liquor I have been coming here for 5 years and after dealing with her I will never come back. I’ve never met such a rude woman. The manager needs to know what is going on without a doubt. Truly disappointed

Ordered two sets of photos. Got two emails saying they were ready for pickup. Went to store to pick them up. Was told the photo machine was broken so my orders got lost. I asked how is it then that I received an email saying the photos were ready for pickup?? I was told their system automatically sends the ready for pickup even when they are not ready! Great store for prescriptions, but photos? Back to Walgreens.

Scammers !!! If you go there to get some medication one time after tooth extraction, they will subscribe for their drugs so they can send you bills all the time !!!

The staff is very friendly and shelves are always stocked. But the reason im giving 5 stars is because of the pharmacy department. They are amazing. My son needed a urgent prescription filled and i came to CVS because another place said it would take hours. Once the pharmacist saw what my baby needed i was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was 4 prescriptions so i was so happy. Everyone was polite and understanding that i was there with my crying baby. This is definitely my new pharmacy going forward. Keep up the great job guys!!!

Pharmacy suffers long lines inside and in the drive through almost all hours :-( In store there are lots of items in stock and staff is always helpful so thats the good news.

Im always greeted with a friendly Hello when I walk in. That goes a long way. Most of my trading is done in the back with the pharmacy. Sometimes, I fly right in and fly right back out. Other times I wait a little bit. Regardless, I am ALWAYS given the BEST price on my prescriptions (due to not having health insurance, fyi) and I dont even ask. THEY JUST DO IT : )By far the best customer service at any pharmacy.It would be nice if they could list PHARMACY HOURS, not regular store hours, on website. OR maybe I should just remember it myself : )GREAT GREAT GREAT

Overpriced on everything. All the employees are nice except for the pharmacists! Unsmiling and short unfriendly response to questions. Stick with other pharmacies in the area .

DONNA is a very Rude Employee before I even got inside the store she was rushing me questioning how many things am I getting because their going to close as in I didn’t realize that. Then she starts yelling across the store poor Lady Ari apart of management just standing their shaking her head at the ridiculous behavior I’ve encountered and I just went to get one item AS THE LAST Review said Don’t waste your time.

Dont waste your time. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.Typically, I dont write bad reviews. Ever. But after spending ELEVEN HOURS calling, waiting, and driving around Broward county with a sick 1-year old, trying to fill a prescription because he was in the ER that morning, they had it and refused to fill it with 5 hours until closing.The pharmacist pulled it off the shelf, showed me they had it (8 others I tried didnt), and then assured me he could call for the transfer, but wont. I have other things to do. Refused to even check another CVS for me, put it on the shelf, told me to drive south, and walked away. Scum.

I was staying at the motel across the street & their was a tall indian young lady there who was very helpful. She is one of the nicest employees there! However, the pharmacy needs someone with a positive work attitude like her there. She deserves more than just being a cashier. Wish her the best in her future indevers

I always go there and it’s very friendly overall. Although I have noticed that if someone is just starting to coupon, they give them false information. One time, I went in and they didn’t accept my coupons because they had the same barcode number ?? An example below. (Blue part is the same) They said that they have just started couponing themselves. I just accepted it because I was not in the mood. Four days ago, I overheard them telling someone that the coupon didn’t want to go through because they usually don’t work four days before their expire date.

It’s my first time using this pharmacy for my prescriptions and it will be the last. The pharmacist is very rude and also the technician that assisted me. I’m very disappointed. There are too many pharmacies around town to put up with their unprofessional service

Worst CVS ever.Their pharmacy never picks up their phone.On a Sunday at 10:30am I know they aren’t busy.Just lazy and back there talking and letting the phone ring off the hook.You call the front counter and some man answers and hangs up.Its ok though.Walmart will be having my business from now on.

This location needs a lot of work in my opinion. First, the front end is always cluttered and very unattractive. Next, patrons are required to spend at least $5 to get cash back. This policy is horrible and simply discourages people from coming there. The isles are stuffed and often islands are erected to hold quick sale items. This is simply bad planning as Ive seem partons wander endlessly looking for things. The electronics department is small and often missing a lot of items. Finally, I have never seen management up front or in the isles assisting customers. This location in my opinion needs a lot of work and I can only recommend it if you are desperate for a CVS.
