They always have my prescription ready to go when i get there to pick them up. there are some people there that are very nice and some that have attitudes when you just pull up and say hello. there is 1 women that no matter what she always has an attitude no matter what you say and its very upsetting to deal with her because it rubs off on you she doesnt smile and she should not be working with people if she is not a people person she is representing your company and her attitude is horrible to your customers . no matter what you say to her and even my mom at 86 years old has delt with her and when you try to explain something she cuts you off. very rude also.

Just got home from the vaccine. The girls were rude! The person that gave me my shot was even worse. I felt like i was at her mercy.Last time walking thru those doors. They say they paged me 3 times. I was standing right there. Im so upset right now...
Horrible i told them i’m on a time crunch and my order took 2 hours after calling and making it get ready, then i selected curbside and when i got here had been waiting 20 mins while still on a crunch. Guy told me the story was busy and when i walked in employees doing nothing, never coming here again waste of time

Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. I only went here because it was 0.2 miles from my house, and even then it wasnt convenient.Will you get your prescriptions done correctly here? No!Will you get your prescriptions in a timely matter? No!Are there enough people working the pharmacy to make sure your orders are filled? No!Not only did they mess up my prescriptions multiple times, at one point they refilled all my meds but one, and then they claimed that Id already been giving all my meds, so they couldnt legally refill the medication they forgot to refill. Even though they could tell in their system that I didnt pay for nor get these sleeping meds, and they also couldnt get my doctor to renew the prescription, they did nothing to fix it and told me I just needed to call my doctor and beg them to write a new prescription. So I did, and had it filled at another pharmacy, because Im never going to deal with that super understaffed God awful Walgreens.Also, the manager is rude as hell and mean. One time he yelled at me in the parking lot 😒 He told me what i was doing was illegal (I was walking with a box in the parking lot, thats all) and that I needed to leave. I didnt even get into the store, I just left.Terrible Walgreens, worse management. Just dont go here.

Honestly I was not pleased with the experience from the pharmacy they are very unprofessional and rude I felt very uncomfortable they did not respect my time nor my concerns I don’t recommend 👎🏽.
This was a terrible experience st this Walgreens. My wife put in for a refill for our sons prescription for his acid reflex 4 days ago. Received a notification that prescription is ready. Come here and get nothing but attitude on why it is not done and just blaming each other then tells me I’m going to have to come back after driving over an hour in traffic. Due to this being the only Walgreens in the area that compounds this medicine. The Indian looking lady was nothing but rude and nasty then makes comments to co worker as if I’m not listening but clearly hearing everything she is saying. Giggling acting as I asked for this in a way. When my 8 month old son just needs his medicine that expired today and needs new script. I wish there was a different Walgreens I can go to. Will be looking after this for a better one where there services actually mean something. Very disappointed with this Walgreens pharmacy costumer service. Makes sense when I look and read all the bad reviews you kinda wonder why.... well here’s your reason.
Always a pleasant experience
This is the worst Walgreens ever. Everytime you visit there is an issue. The staff is not very customer service oriented. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat a while and no one acknowledge me. Staff even use the computer by the driver thru window and didnt even have the courtesy to let me know that hey I see you and we will be right with you. So many incidents I can comment on but it is not worth posting. I hope Walgreens Corp is reading these reviews and make changes. Train your staff, but in the meantime I will be taking me and my husbands business to CVS where it is appreciated by employees.
Very rude employees working in this pharmacy; to summarize, they are curt and dismissive. Dont expect this pharmacy to acknowledge you if you need to fill a prescription or have a question. Long wait times accompanied with poor customer service and rude communication. No thanks... Counting the days for automation/AI/robots to replace these people :)
Best Pharmacist Christy really cares even the techs no my name and ask how Im feeling Im very happy with them and if they have to special order somethg I always get it in 1 or 2 days.I have no complaints
Andrea and her staff are phenomenal! Andreas knowledge, insight, and concern for her customers is amazing. She makes this location feel like a small town drug store with the perks that only a large company can offer. I hope Walgreens executives treasure this wonderful asset to their company!
My last prescription I got from here, they did not have 90 pills, gave me 70 but at almost the same price as 90. Now they say it’s back ordered don’t have any. I called a compound pharmacy they ordered it right from the company. He sent me 100 for same price as Walgreens & I got it in 2 days by mail. Upon taking 1 pill omg what a difference. It was fresh melted in my mouth. Walgreens was old, hard, had a hard time chewing them they were stale. I will never go here again.
Horrible in the pharmacy I have had an emergency rx that hasnt been filled for 4 days; different excuse each time I call Zena was rude and didnt seem to care that my son was in pain!! Only use them because the insurance dictatesDefinitely would be elsewhere
If, I can give them a rating of zero I would!! THE PHARM TECH AND PHARMACIST ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS!! I ordered prescriptions through the automated service and my fiance went to go pick it up and they gave her the complete opposite prescription!! On top of that they charged her three times the amount of the prescription that was ordered. And she should have checked before she paid for it!! Shouldnt the farm Tech check that out and say maam you already have that prescription I dont think you need it but instead they will charge you 3 times the amount!! Really!!
Do not use Walgreens. They are most expensive. Do not use any drug store. Best prices are Publix and Windixie for prescriptions. They wanted over a $1000 for four meds with insurance. I was devastated then they dropped to $500. Was in real need of meds for heart condition. They said by law they can’t advise what to do about price but go online. Come to find out they have a contract with the drug companies that gags them from telling how to get a fair deal “unless you ask” and I did but they don’t know the rules. Could have walked out paying like $50 instead but they would not help. The expensive meds (patented) you just have to sign up for a discount with the drug manufacturer that has a patent. If that don’t work then get it from Canada. Time to fight back at these big drug companies. These are people’s lives your dealing with and nobody on the planet should have to choose medication over food or rent. We should take care of people.. just look for these companies to go out of business one day soon and mark my words.. they will
Pharmacy staff = Incompetent staff .Ive been dealing with them for 4 days straight about getting my FERTILITY drugs filled. They do not know how to properly fill the order. They marked my order ready for pick-up but only filled the needles not the meds. When it was ready they did not have the most important one in stock. I needed 10 days worth, they only filled 1 days worth. When the remaining meds were ready for pick up they were charging me an additional $300. On separate phone calls, both my husband and I had to explain to them their MATH was off AND EXPLAIN WHAT THEY STILL HAD NOT FILLED. The last pharm tech I dealt with was Stacy and it was very clear she did not like anyone correcting her.With that said I hope Stacy reads this. Someone please share this with her.Dear Stacy,You need to learn to look at the patients information; you are dealing with PRESCRIPTIONS. You better start getting it right before one of the patients ends up dead because you INCORRECTLY filled a prescription.Also, I understand not everyone is great at math but we BOTH knew I needed a TOTAL of 10 300IU of Follistim but another staff member had already filled 1 of the 10 carts/boxes 2 days earlier (other 9 were out of stock). THAT MEANS I still needed 9 300IUs of Follistim (9 carts/boxes).AND if 1 cart = $291.80 and I still needed 9 cartridges filled, then my total amount due is $2,626.20 NOT $2,918.BTW who the hell is giving this store anything else but 1 star reviews? The employees?
Good store, not good for prescriptions...there is always a waitI requested a refill, where they had to request from doctors office, I went into store, spoke with staff and they just did not do it! when I called and asked why, I was told it was up to pharmacist???....for prescriptions its a mess in there...go to another walgreens up the street or cvs

I ordered photo prints online and had my husband pick them up the guy who attended my husband couldn’t find our order and when my husband said look under his name he said it wasn’t there without even checking, had to call customer service and what do you know it magically appeared, so inconvenient for us to drive back there again when he should of just checked in the first place instead of being lazy.

Lazy, inefficient pharmacy employees. They make you wait intentionally. They dont complete your work and go to the next customer while making you wait for no reason and the drive through is a nightmare.
The pharmacy and assistants are always rude to me and never know where my meds are and always say they are waiting on the doctor or the insurance whereas my meds where at the wrong pharmacy for over a week...
